The blades are fine however the scalpel holder is not a Surgiclass one as shown in the product description

Not Actually Size 10 Blades. Product Description says Size 10. Box says Size 10. Photo on box shows Size 10. Upon opening sterile pouches, blades are size 11. Frustrating as not suitable for intended use.
