This is not what I would expect from a product sold as new

I have one and it's pretty bad, if I paid attention to the details I wouldn't have invested £400 in the lock and keypad

which adds to the feeling of poor quality

It's a little expensive

Quite expensive for something that you may deem unnecessary

Need to have stable Wi-Fi connection

This means it does not connect to wi-fi
