Flapen cover for Reflex Consultancy vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator drawing a five-step path on a whiteboard for the team

Reflex Consultancy describes itself on its website as a UK based boutique Amazon agency for established brands. Its Full Managed Service names advertising, listings, SEO, creative, and account operations under one senior team. Flapen employs 50 operators who source, launch, and run brands, and the majority reach profitability inside the first year.

The short version

  • Reflex Consultancy states a full service scope. Its site names a Full Managed Service and a fixed fee Scale Audit.
  • Advertising carries its own page. It names Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Two partner mentions sit on the site. Its site carries an Amazon Ads Verified Partner badge and names membership of Amazon's Service Provider Network.
  • Three advertising tiers are named, no monthly figure. A £500 one-time setup fee is stated for all of them.
  • Flapen publishes its own outcome. The majority of the brands we launch reach profitability inside their first year.

What Reflex Consultancy says it offers

Everything in this section comes from two pages on reflexconsultancy.com, captured on 5 September 2026. No founding year appears on either page.

The home page title names an Amazon agency in the UK and boutique Amazon experts. Its meta description states an agency helping consumer brands grow sales, cut wasted ad spend, and build long term success on Amazon. The headline states that a brand deserves more than a dashboard.

The services menu names a Full Managed Service covering advertising, listings, SEO, creative, and account operations under one senior team. A Scale Audit sits beside it, stated as a fixed fee account review with a costed 90 day growth plan. The same menu names Amazon Ads Management, listing optimization and SEO, and expert coaching.

The second captured page is titled Amazon Ads Management, and its headline names ads management by verified specialists. Its meta description states that it manages Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns, cutting wasted ad spend and growing profitable sales.

That page opens on its own PPC results, then what is included in every tier, pricing, and a self managed against Reflex managed comparison. Campaign management, reporting and insights, and strategy and optimization sit under what is included, which it calls a full service advertising management solution. The working sequence runs a deep dive audit, restructure and launch, then ongoing optimization.

Three tiers are named there, Essential, Professional, and Enterprise, under a heading on clear and transparent pricing. All tiers include a £500 one-time setup fee for the onboarding audit and campaign restructure, it states, and no monthly figure sits there. Its site carries an Amazon Ads Verified Partner badge and names membership of Amazon's Service Provider Network, as of September 2026.

What Flapen offers

You are paying an agency every month and cannot point at the line where that money moved the account.

Fifty operators sit on our payroll and run about 70 brands by hand, about 1.4 brands each. Sourcing and quality control sit in our Guangzhou studio, creative in Dubai, and our engineers write the software, none of it subcontracted.

All 50+ services are included at every tier, from $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five. Notice is 30 days, and the account, the campaigns, and the creative leave with you. That is Amazon brand management.

Five steps sit in our system: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. Step 1 rejects any market running under $2 million a year. Step 2 builds a product for 0.2 stars above the niche average.

Phase 1, validate, puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000. Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing. Ads and valuation run on software we wrote, on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month.

Where Reflex Consultancy may be the right fit

Fit and outcome are different questions, and this section is about fit. Its site states that established brands benefit most from its Full Managed Service, while smaller brands prefer one-off projects and consulting. Its ads page states the service works best for brands investing at least £1,500 a month in Amazon advertising.

It states that it works with brands from the UK and internationally. Its coverage section names France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom, then Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Saudi Arabia.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Oral Pouch Solution is a dry-mouth oral care brand we manage on Amazon, and it lives or dies on repeat purchases. The headline figure is repeat buyers 7% to 14%.

The outcome sentence reads: Sales rose 42% month over month while the repeat-purchase rate doubled, the number that matters most for a consumable.

How to test both of us

Most readers write it the same way: I'm spending money on ads but don't know if it's working. Send the third column to every company you weigh, mine included.

What you are seeing What sits under it Who owns it, and what to ask
Year two, and still no profit The outcome was never named The agency. Ask its share of brands profitable in year one
Ad spend climbs, profit stays flat One target ran at every stage The agency. Ask the launch and mature ACoS
Reports land weekly, decisions do not Nobody owns the stop call The agency. Ask its Kill Criteria and the window
Every request returns a quote The scope is priced job by job The agency. Ask what your tier includes
Your manager replies in days Too many brands per person The agency. Ask how many brands per manager
Leaving feels risky Exit terms were never written You. Ask what you keep, and on what notice

Score the written answers you get back, not the adjectives around them. If my answers fall short of your bar, hire someone else.

What most agencies will not tell you

One agency writing about another proves nothing, so weigh the middle column instead.

What you see before signing What sits under it Who has to fix it
Growth promised with no window No outcome was set in months Whoever writes the scope
One ACoS target for the catalog No one asked the product stage The agency, before campaigns run
A fee that moves with ad spend The invoice grows in your thinnest month You. Ask for a flat number

Profitability in year one is an outcome, not a line in a scope of work. Ask what share of an agency's brands got there, and when.

Reflex Consultancy alternatives

Four structures sit behind this purchase, and structure decides more than the invoice. Full service puts one team on the whole account, a specialist takes one function, and an in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll. A platform leaves the doing with you.
