Flapen cover for Red Dog PPC vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: two Flapen operators counting a first modest inventory on a pallet

Red Dog PPC states on its website that it specializes in Amazon PPC and SEO strategies designed to grow sales. Flapen employs 50 operators, inspects goods in its own Guangzhou studio, and runs brands it launched from zero. One model works the ad account, and the other owns the product behind it.

The short version

  • Red Dog PPC states an advertising and search focus. Its site names PPC, Sponsored Products, DSP, and SEO.
  • Its site states how it charges. A monthly retainer on ad spend, plus a percentage of total sales.
  • A beginners guide sits on the same domain. It walks the auction, ad rank, and campaign setup.
  • Flapen inspects the goods before they ship. Sourcing and quality control run from our Guangzhou studio, on frameworks from 500+ brands.
  • Flapen publishes flat tiers. $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, no commission.

What Red Dog PPC says it offers

Everything in this section comes from two pages on reddogppc.co.uk, captured on 5 September 2026.

The home page title reads Amazon PPC by Red Dog, Amazon Strategies That Deliver, and its headline reads Amazon PPC That Drives Sales. Its meta description invites a seller to contact it for an Amazon PPC strategy.

Its site states that its advertising services are grouped into clear outcomes, launching faster, ranking higher, cutting spend, or fixing a mess.

It names a Premium DSP management service that retargets past visitors and high value segments, and states manual targeting by humans. An Inventory-Driven PPC Strategy sits beside a diagnostic that identifies whether the issue is PPC, SEO, inventory, or pricing.

Its site states that supporting services include SEO, inventory forecasting, TikTok for Amazon-specific campaigns, and DSP advertising.

As of September 2026 its site states that pricing includes a monthly retainer based on your ad spend. A percentage of total sales sits on top, typically around 5%. No retainer figure appears on the two captured pages, and no partner badge or founding year appears either.

The second captured page is a beginners guide to how Amazon PPC works and what it costs. Its headings run the auction, ad rank, ACoS, and automatic against manual campaigns. One step sends the reader into Campaign Manager in Seller Central for a first campaign.

What Flapen offers

At BRANDED and Moonshot Brands I paid vendors who never opened a carton where our goods were made.

So we built this company from the factory backward, not from the ad account. Sourcing and quality control sit in our own Guangzhou studio, and creative sits in Dubai. Fifty operators carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 each, nothing subcontracted.

Every tier carries all 50+ services, from $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five. You stay month to month on 30 days of notice and keep the account, the campaigns, and the creative. That is Amazon brand management.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2M a year, and the product returns under 8% and is built 0.2 stars above the niche average. Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing. Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month.

Where Red Dog PPC may be the right fit

Its costs are in pounds and its home page carries a United Kingdom number, so a UK seller reads familiar figures. A seller whose problem is the ad account, not the product, reads a site written to that problem.

Its stated experience spans aggregator-acquired brands and independently operated businesses, and it names a one-time diagnostic with optional turnaround support.

A brand we launched and run

Vora Bowl sells chilled serving bowls on Amazon with Flapen managing the account. Our Full Account Management team plans the ad spend, keeps the listings sharp and reports on the numbers every week. The headline figure is 5.7% TACoS at scale.

The outcome sentence reads: Record sales days on the most efficient ad account in the portfolio, with six-figure monthly targets carried on $5K of monthly spend.

How to test both of us

Sellers weighing an ads agency send me the same line: I'm spending money on ads but don't know if it's working. Send these six to everyone on your list, mine included.

  1. Who opens a carton before my goods ship? The role, the employer, the city.
  2. What changes at the factory when returns climb? The spec change and its owner.
  3. How many brands does my account manager carry? Ours is about 1.4.
  4. What makes you tell me to stop a product? Four signals, over 60 to 90 days.
  5. Is the fee flat, a share of sales, or tied to spend? The model, then the scope.
  6. What do I keep on the day I leave? Account, campaigns, creative, notice.

If Flapen does not clear your version of this test, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

I am one of the companies compared here, so weigh the answers, not my adjectives. Ad budget has a ceiling in one of three layers.

Where your ceiling sits What more budget does The early signal
Bids and campaign structure efficiency improves, then flattens ACoS falls, units stay flat
Listing and creative clicks rise, orders do not click-through rate holds, conversion does not
The product itself spend buys returns and one-star reviews return rate climbs, rating trend turns down

Spend on the layer your numbers point at, because the four signals of Scale / Fix / Kill read the product before the campaign. Those four are rating trend, return rate, conversion rate, and cost of customer acquisition trajectory, over a 60 to 90 day window.

Red Dog PPC alternatives

Four structures cover this purchase, and structure decides more than the name. Full service puts one team on the whole account, goods to ads.

A specialist takes one function, an in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, and a platform leaves the doing with you.
