Flapen cover for Goodz vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator drawing a five-step path on a whiteboard for the team

Goodz presents itself on its website as a marketplace agency that manages Amazon, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, Alibaba.com, and Aliexpress, plus marketplaces in Mexico. Flapen employs 50 operators who carry about 70 brands between them, about 1.4 each, and launches brands from zero. Eight questions separate the two models.

The short version

  • Goodz states a marketplace scope. Its page title names it an agency for marketplaces and online sales.
  • The captured page reads in Spanish. Title, headings, and description sit in that language.
  • Its menu names six marketplaces. Amazon, Amazon US, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Alibaba.com.
  • No fee appears on that page. Its dollar figures sit under a results heading.
  • Flapen publishes attention as a ratio. 50 operators carry about 70 brands, 1.4 each.

What Goodz says it offers

Everything here comes from the one gogoodz.com page captured on 5 September 2026. It reads in Spanish, so the wording below is translated and the headings named as the site carries them.

The page title names it an agency for marketplaces and for managing online sales. Its meta description states that it manages Amazon, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, Alibaba.com, and Aliexpress, plus marketplaces in Mexico. A heading calls it a strategic marketplace partner rather than only an agency.

One headline asks the reader whether they are considering running the operation internally. The next tells them to run the numbers and states the company is ready to grow with them. Another heading asks which channels it manages, as of September 2026.

Its navigation names account management and marketplace consulting as two lines of work. A second menu group names marketplace management, ecommerce training, and logistics and operations. The marketplaces in that menu are Amazon, Amazon US, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Alibaba.com.

A band headed results that speak for us carries six figures as of September 2026. It states more than 700 brands reached, nine marketplaces managed, and more than 500,000 products listed. Those figures describe scale, and no fee sits beside them.

The same band states more than 750 million pesos in managed sales and $70 million in ad spend. A sixth figure states more than 150 hours of live selling operated for TikTok Shop.

Its own frequently asked questions carry two entries. One asks which services it offers for Mercado Libre, the other how Goodz can help the reader sell on Amazon. Five further headings name strategy and approach, support, experience, total cost, and continuous optimization.

A heading titled our certifications sits on the page, and the capture names no badge under it. No price, no retainer, and no founding year appears on it as of September 2026. Nothing states who does the daily work or where those people sit.

What Flapen offers

Our operators run every account inside software we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation. It sits on the same data layer our platform serves free to 15,000 sellers a month. Every task an operator repeats becomes an SOP, and the agents that act ship next.

Fifty operators sit on our payroll and carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 each. Sourcing and quality control run from Guangzhou, creative from Dubai, and nothing is subcontracted.

Every tier carries all 50+ services, $800 a month for one product up to $2,400 for five. You leave on 30 days of notice with the account, the campaigns, and the creative. All of it sits inside Amazon brand management.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year and returns under 8%, or we do not quote it. Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass.

Where Goodz may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states about its focus, and this section is about fit alone. Its menu names Walmart beside Amazon, so a brand carrying both channels sees that scope stated. Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, Alibaba.com, and Amazon US sit in the same list.

Its results band states hours of live selling operated for TikTok Shop, which suits a brand planning live commerce. A seller working in Spanish, or selling into Mexico, is reading a site written for that.

A brand we launched and run

GrillX runs on our Full Account Management membership, with listings, inventory and reporting handled by one team. The headline figure is ACoS 88% to 32%.

The outcome sentence on that page reads: The worst-performing ad line rebuilt into a keeper, while sea freight negotiated to $1.04/kg kept the landed cost honest.

How to test both of us

Sellers who send me an agency name usually add a line of their own. It reads My product is live but sales are not where they should be. Send these six stages in writing to every company on your list and to mine.

Stage The question you send The gate to the next stage
1. Attention How many brands does my account manager carry? A ratio, and ours is about 1.4
2. Payroll Who employs that person, and in which city? Employed roles, named cities, subcontractors named
3. Traffic Which of the five traffic channels will you run? Named channels, with the economics of each
4. Money Is the fee flat, a share of sales, or tied to spend? A number and the services it covers
5. Stop What would make you tell me to stop a product? Four signals, read over 60 to 90 days
6. Exit What leaves with me, and on what notice? Account, campaigns, creative, handover, notice in days

A stage that misses its gate ends the sequence there. If Flapen misses one of yours, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

A comparison page by one agency about another proves nothing, so run the stages instead of my adjectives. All five happen after the signature, where the money is decided.

Stage after you sign What it decides The gate
1. The audit Whether anyone read the account before quoting A written report with prioritized fixes, ours in 48 hours
2. Days 1 to 30 Whether the fee buys work or another report Named fixes shipped, and measurable ACoS movement
3. Phase 1, 200 units live Whether the product earns the next order Rating, conversion rate, and cost of customer acquisition proven
4. The stop call Whether anybody owns the decision to end it Four signals, read over 60 to 90 days, in writing
5. Notice served Whether you can leave without rebuilding Account, campaigns, creative, handover, on 30 days

Stage four goes missing most often, because a stop call ends an invoice. Ask who writes it.

Goodz alternatives

Four structures cover this purchase, and the structure decides more than the name on the invoice. Full service puts one team on the whole channel for a monthly fee, and a specialist takes one function, usually the ad account.

An in-house hire moves the skill onto your payroll. A platform sells you data and leaves the doing to you.
