Flapen cover for Bispoke vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: two Flapen operators counting a first modest inventory on a pallet

Bispoke publishes Amazon analytics software on its website, a Chrome extension named Bispoke Sidekick and a data integration named Bispoke Data Hub. Flapen employs 50 operators who run about 70 brands by hand, with sourcing in Guangzhou and creative in Dubai. Eight rows below compare both models against a capture dated 5 September 2026.

The short version

  • The Bispoke home page leads with software. Its headline states that a seller gets Amazon insights with Bispoke Sidekick.
  • Two products carry their own headings. The captured page names Bispoke Sidekick and Bispoke Data Hub.
  • No fee appears on that page. Its single dollar figure describes revenue managed in the platform.
  • Flapen publishes the whole price list. $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five.
  • Flapen sources, launches, then runs the brand. Guangzhou sourcing, Dubai creative, nothing subcontracted.

What Bispoke says it offers

Everything in this section comes from one page on bispoke.io, captured on 5 September 2026.

The page is titled Home, and its headline states that a seller gets Amazon insights with Bispoke Sidekick. Its site carries a Walmart Partner badge on that page. Two products sit under headings of their own, Bispoke Sidekick and Bispoke Data Hub.

Of the first, the page states a Chrome extension that delivers ASIN-level sales, traffic, inventory, and ad insights on the Amazon detail page. Of the second, it states a data integration that transforms what a team can do for itself and for its clients.

Another line states that a seller can gather, report, and analyze Amazon sales, advertising, and operations data in the tools of their choice. The words the page carries beside that line are Shopify and Walmart. A heading above them states more than $1 billion in revenue managed in platform, which is a scale figure rather than a price.

One heading states that brands and agencies trust the company, and a Testimonials section follows it. Headings for Products, Resources, and Contact Us close the page. A street address in Utah and a sales contact line sit below them, as of September 2026.

No fee, retainer, or price list appears on that page as of 5 September 2026. No founding year, operator count, listing service, or account management scope appears there either.

Read as a purchase, that page sells tools that report numbers, and nothing on it states that a team signs into a seller account.

What Flapen offers

Sourcing and quality control run out of Guangzhou, creative out of Dubai, and nothing is subcontracted. One company inspects the pallet and writes the listing that sells it.

Fifty operators carry about 70 brands between them, about 1.4 each. All 50+ services come at every tier of Amazon brand management, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five. You stay month to month on 30 days of notice and leave with the account, the campaigns, and the creative.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year or we do not quote it, and each call rests on 90+ data points. The product is built for 0.2 stars above the niche average, then Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Our operators work inside tools we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation. Those tools run on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month.

Where Bispoke may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states, and this section is about fit alone. A team that wants Amazon sales, advertising, and operations data inside the tools it already uses is reading a page written to that need. Its own heading names brands and agencies as the audiences it addresses.

A seller carrying Shopify and Walmart beside Amazon sits closer to that stated scope. Its badge line reads Walmart Partner as of September 2026. Reporting at the ASIN level suits an operator who reads numbers weekly and is free to act on them.

A brand we launched and run

Nine brands on flapen.com/results were built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Grady's Pitching School sells baseball training equipment, and we run the account. Its headline figure is +30% year over year.

The outcome sentence beside it reads: Untangling self-competing ad campaigns cut ACoS five points while sales rose 20% and held three months over profit target.

How to test both of us

Most sellers comparing these two say a version of one line: I'm spending money on ads but don't know if it's working. Six written questions, sent to every company on your list, answer it.

I spent years on the buying side at BRANDED and Moonshot Brands, signing agency invoices across 60+ acquired brands. These six separated the renewals from the rest.

The question to send Weight Full weight looks like
Which account and date range sit behind your figure? 20 One account, one window, one starting number
Who touches my account weekly, and are they on payroll? 20 Named roles, named cities, named subcontractors
What do you do that I cannot buy as software? 15 Work a person does inside the account
What makes you tell me to stop a product? 20 Four signals, over 60 to 90 days
Is the fee flat, a share of sales, or tied to spend? 15 A number, then the services it buys
What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? 10 Account, campaigns, creative, handover, notice

Full weight for specifics, half for a general answer, zero when none arrives. Mine sits at 70 out of 100, and if Flapen does not clear yours, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

A comparison page by one agency about another is not evidence, so score answers and skip my adjectives. This second card scores what a company volunteers before anyone asks.

What usually goes unsaid Weight Full weight looks like
Your share of attention after the next ten clients sign 30 A published brands per manager ratio
Which deliverables a person makes and which software makes 25 A named owner per line
Who owns the decision to stop a product 25 A signal set and a window
What leaves with you and what stays 20 Account, campaigns, creative, raw files

Score it against the same pass mark, from what you were told without asking. I publish that ratio because attention decays first as an agency grows, ours included.

Bispoke alternatives

Four structures cover this purchase, and the structure decides more than the invoice. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a fee. A specialist takes one function, most often the ad account.

An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your own payroll. A platform hands you numbers and leaves the doing with you.
