Flapen cover for Seller Drive Global vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator planning a launch budget with a printed timeline and a calculator

Seller Drive Global states on its website that it is a full service Amazon agency running a dedicated team model from India. Flapen employs 50 operators from Abu Dhabi, sources in Guangzhou, and launches brands from zero. Set both against the same eight questions below.

The short version

  • Seller Drive Global states a full service scope. Its site names account management, advertising, listing optimization, A+ content, and backend operations.
  • Its site states a dedicated team model. Structured teams rather than freelancers, with an in-house team from India.
  • No fee appears on the captured page. As of September 2026 you request the pricing model in writing.
  • Flapen publishes the bar a market clears. 193,753 niches scored, 4.8% clearing it at the 2026-08-26 capture.
  • Flapen names what stops a product. Four signals, read over 60 to 90 days.

What Seller Drive Global says it offers

Everything here comes from one page on sellerdrive.com, captured on 5 September 2026.

The page title states a full service Amazon agency for brand growth. Its meta description states that a full service Amazon agency can enhance Amazon account management services for a brand. A heading below it reads Your Dedicated eCommerce Execution Team.

One captured sentence states that Seller Drive provides a full-service in-house team supporting global brands from India. Another states that the company does not offer freelancers, and instead provides structured teams aligned to your business goals. Three one-word headings sit beside those lines: Dedicated, Structured, and Built for Scale.

The page numbers five areas in order: Account Management, Data-Driven Advertising, Graphic Design, Outreach Strategies, and Global Expansion. A second run of headings names PPC and Advertising, Listing Optimization, A+ Content and Design, and Backend Operations. Its navigation names marketplace consulting, social commerce, and launch acceleration.

Under account management it names performance analysis, listing optimization, inventory management, review management, promotions, and Amazon reports. Under advertising it names Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands Video, Amazon DSP, Sponsored Display, and Amazon Live. Under listing optimization it names A+ content in basic and premium form, infographics, a brand store, landing pages, and video content.

Its global expansion block names SEO, marketing, targeting, and SMM. Repeated headings call it a one stop marketing, advertising, and creative agency. Another captured sentence states it is a full-service digital commerce agency working across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok.

The capture also records a partner badge for Amazon's Service Provider Network. No fee, no retainer, and no founding year appear on that page as of September 2026. Its case study headings carry dated figures instead, among them a 70% sales growth line dated February 2026, with no starting number beside it.

What Flapen offers

We scored 193,753 niches and 4.8% cleared the bar at the 2026-08-26 capture. Our science publishes that rate because the rejections are the point. A market below $2 million a year, or with returns not under 8%, never reaches a quote.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average. Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Fifty operators carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 each, all on our payroll. Sourcing runs from our Guangzhou studio, creative from Dubai, nothing subcontracted. That is Amazon brand management, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five.

You stay month to month on 30 days of notice and leave holding the account, campaigns, and creative. Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month.

Where Seller Drive Global may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states it focuses on, and this section is fit alone. One captured sentence names Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok together, so a seller with several storefronts sees that scope. Its case study headings name TikTok Shop and a Shopify store build, as of September 2026.

You may be the seller who says my product is live but sales are not where they should be. A team model described as structured rather than freelance is written for that reader. Verify the Service Provider Network badge with Amazon directly.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. SnoreLessNow is an anti-snoring sleep brand that Flapen manages on Amazon and beyond, with listings, advertising, and inventory on our Full Account Management membership. The headline figure is TACoS 10.8% to 9.9%.

The outcome sentence reads: A multichannel sleep brand at six-figure weekly revenue. Ad efficiency improved while expanding into Walmart and the UK.

How to test both of us

Six symptoms, six causes, six written questions for everyone on your shortlist, mine included.

Symptom Cause The question to send
Ad spend rising, units flat Nobody owns the stop decision What would make you tell me to stop selling this product?
Sessions up, orders flat Conversion read as traffic Which of listing, image, price, or reviews comes first?
Reports arrive, decisions do not Reporting and the account sit apart How many brands does my account manager carry?
A win you cannot reproduce No account or period behind it Which account, which dates, what starting number?
The fee moves with ad spend Incentive tied to spend, not profit Is the fee flat, a share of sales, or tied to spend?
Handover raised only after notice Exit terms never written down What do I keep on exit, on what notice?

A specific answer counts, a general one does not. If Flapen cannot answer the first one with four signals and a window, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

A comparison page by one agency about another is not evidence, so read the table and skip my adjectives. I once held a product three months past its window believing the ads would turn it around.

Symptom Cause Who has to fix it
ACoS holds while profit drops Price and return rate moved, the ad target did not Whoever sets the ACoS target by product stage
A product runs past its window No Kill Criteria were written down Whoever owns the four signals and the window
Validation ends with 200 units and no verdict Rating, conversion rate, and CAC were never the exit The team that wrote the three milestones

All three are diagnosis problems, not service problems, and no scope of work names them.

Seller Drive Global alternatives

Four structures sit under this decision, and structure matters more than the name. Full service means one company owns the whole account for a flat monthly fee. A specialist covers one function, most often advertising.

Hiring in-house moves the skill onto your payroll. A platform hands you the numbers and leaves the work to you. Choose the structure, then compare two names inside it.
