Flapen cover for Scale Fortune vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: two Flapen operators counting a first modest inventory on a pallet

Scale Fortune names six Amazon services on its home page, from advertising to product sourcing, and invites a quote request. Flapen publishes a monthly price list, sources and launches brands from zero, and sizes a market at $2M a year before quoting. Six written questions separate the two models.

The short version

  • Scale Fortune names six services on its home page. Amazon Advertising and Listing Optimization open the list, Amazon Creatives closes it.
  • Scale Fortune publishes no fee on the captured pages. Its site invites a quote request and offers a free ad audit.
  • Scale Fortune sets out four steps to get started. Onboarding, Optimization, Advertising, and Enjoy Results.
  • Flapen sizes the market before it prices anything. $2M a year is the floor, and Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5K to $10K.
  • Flapen sources, launches, then runs the brand. Guangzhou for sourcing, Dubai for creative, 50 operators, no subcontractors.

What Scale Fortune says it offers

The statements below sit on two scalefortune.com pages, captured on 5 September 2026.

Its home page opens on a heading reading Scale Your Profits With Scale Fortune. A section headed Our Awesome Services carries six in this order: Amazon Advertising, Listing Optimization, Account Management, Product Sourcing, Product Research, and Amazon Creatives.

The advertising line asks whether you want to conquer the Amazon marketplace with Amazon ads. The account management line names a team of virtual assistants who take on most of your mundane tasks. The product sourcing line states that sourcing is a challenging part in private label.

The page offers a free ad audit of your Amazon PPC campaigns. A section headed Some of our projects names four: an Amazon PPC case study, listing optimization, Amazon creatives, and a health and fitness brand. The testimonials below sit under a heading reading your dedicated full service growth partner.

Under Easy steps to get started the site sets out four stages: Onboarding, Optimization, Advertising, and Enjoy Results. The optimization stage names Amazon catalog, SEO, creatives, and strategic planning.

The second captured page is a blog article about growing on Amazon while fees rise. Seven question headings run through it, from what Amazon SEO is to the fastest-growing category on Amazon. That page is published opinion, not a statement of what the company sells.

No fee, no partner badge, and no founding year appears on either captured page, as of September 2026.

What Flapen offers

You have a category in mind, a budget you are unsure of, and a shortlist ready to quote before either is measured. Market size comes first, the price second.

Fifty operators work for us out of Abu Dhabi, and they run about 70 brands by hand. Quality control and sourcing sit in our Guangzhou studio, creative in Dubai, and the software comes from our own engineers, none of it subcontracted.

Amazon brand management costs one price for all 50+ services at every tier, $800 a month for one product and $2,400 for five. The agreement runs month to month on 30 days of notice. You leave holding the account, the campaigns, the creative, and a handover in writing.

Our system publishes five steps in order: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2M a year, grows year over year, and holds returns under 8%, or we do not quote it. Phase 1 then puts 200 units in front of real customers on $5K to $10K.

Our science shows the scoring record, 193,753 niches at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% of them passing. Our operators work inside tools we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month.

Where Scale Fortune may be the right fit

Fit follows stated focus, and it is separate from quality. Advertising leads the six service headings on its home page. A seller whose live problem sits in the ad account is reading a scope written toward that.

Its account management line names a team of virtual assistants, and its product sourcing line addresses private label. A health and fitness brand finds its own category among the four projects named.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. TuffTynz makes pouch storage cans, and Flapen manages the brand on Amazon, creator campaigns included. The headline figure is a 9.5x creator-ads return.

The outcome sentence reads: $575 of creator spend returned $5,492 in sales, holding daily orders steady against a category down 22% on search volume.

How to test both of us

Sellers reach this page saying I don't know how much money I need to launch. That number comes out of the market, not the invoice. Send all six to every company you are weighing, mine included, in writing.

The question to send What a full answer contains
How large is this market in dollars a year? A figure and its source. Our floor is $2M a year
Is it growing, and over what window? A year-over-year number with its dates
What return rate does the category run at? A percentage, and the margin after it
What does the first phase cost and buy? Ours is 200 units on $5K to $10K
How many brands does my account manager carry? A ratio. Ours is about 1.4
What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? Account, campaigns, creative, notice in days

Three replies come back, and each points somewhere different.

The reply What it tells you What to send next
A market size with its window The market was measured first Ask for growth and returns
A service list and a fee The scope was priced, the market was not Ask which figure sized it
A price after one call Nothing was measured Ask what makes them decline work

One decision rule: hire the model that shows you the market size before it shows you a price. If Flapen does not clear your own version of this test, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

A comparison page written by one agency about another proves nothing on its own, so weigh the replies. Two things look like the offer and decide none of it.

What the pitch puts forward What the outcome rests on How you check it this week
A monthly fee The market it is spent into Pull the category revenue first
A list of services What the first phase needs Ask for units and a dollar range

One rule covers both rows: the number that decides your result is the market size, and it is knowable before anyone quotes.

Scale Fortune alternatives

Four structures sit behind every name on a shortlist. Full service hands one team the whole account for a monthly fee. A specialist takes a single function, most often the ad account.

An in-house hire puts the skill on your own payroll. A platform sells data and leaves the execution with you.
