OMNIFOX describes itself on its website as a full-service agency for Amazon DSP, PPC, and retail media, based in Munich. Flapen employs 50 operators, sources and launches brands from zero, and reads four signals to decide whether a product scales, gets fixed, or stops. Six weighted questions separate the models.

The short version

  • OMNIFOX states a full-service advertising scope. Its headline names Amazon DSP, PPC, and retail media as of September 2026.
  • OMNIFOX writes from Munich. Its about heading reads your Amazon agency from Munich.
  • OMNIFOX publishes no price on the captured page. Ask for its fee model in writing.
  • Flapen runs accounts on tools we built. Operators work in our own software, on the data layer 15,000 sellers use.
  • Flapen sources, launches, then runs the brand. Guangzhou sourcing, Dubai creative, 50 operators, nothing subcontracted.

What OMNIFOX says it offers

Everything here comes from one page on omnifox.com, captured on 5 September 2026. Its title reads Amazon agency for DSP, PPC, and retail media. The meta description states an Amazon agency of former Amazon experts, naming full-funnel advertising and vendor management.

The headline repeats full-service agency for Amazon DSP, PPC, and retail media. Nine section headings follow in captured order. The first five read trust from leading brands, Amazon success needs more than good products, customer success stories, why OMNIFOX, and full-service Amazon support.

The last four read an overview of agency services, about OMNIFOX, your Amazon agency from Munich, consulting for informed decisions, and sustainable Amazon growth.

Its navigation names Amazon services, retail media, an OMNIFOX AI tool, successes, and about us. Two result headings read a top three finalist placing in the Amazon Ads Partner Awards 2025 and a superglue at number one across EU countries. Two more read 64% year over year growth without advertising and zero to 200,000 euros a month.

Those headings carry no account, period, or starting number.

Four reasons come next: former Amazon employees, own seller experience, AI data analysis, and a certified partner. Six service headings close the page: Amazon vendor management, seller support, PPC management, DSP advertising, strategy and consulting, and international expansion.

Their sentences state that whether Seller Central or Vendor Central, it takes on the operational management of your Amazon account. One states that it steers your Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Another states that with Amazon DSP you reach audiences through display, video, and streaming TV ads.

An SEO line names keyword research, listing optimization, and A+ content beside brand stores. Its badge field names a Verified Partner mention, the Amazon Ads Partner Awards, and a Service Provider Network badge. No fee, retainer, or rate appears on the captured page as of September 2026, and it states no founding year.

What Flapen offers

Our operators run each account inside software we built, on the same data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month. Every task an operator finishes becomes a written procedure that trains the agents, and the agents that take action ship next.

Fifty operators sit on our payroll and carry about 70 brands between them, about 1.4 each, nothing subcontracted. Sourcing and quality control run from our Guangzhou studio, creative from our Dubai studio.

Every tier carries all 50+ services, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, no commission. You stay month to month on 30 days of notice and keep the account, the campaigns, and the creative. That is Amazon brand management.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2M a year, and a product is built for 0.2 stars above the niche average. Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing.

Where OMNIFOX may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states about its own focus, not quality. A seller reading this often opens with one line, I'm spending money on ads but don't know if it's working. OMNIFOX writes to that seller, with DSP, PPC, and retail media in its headline.

Its site names Seller Central and Vendor Central in one line about running your Amazon account. A service heading writes international expansion as scaling your brand into new Amazon marketplaces.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Silver Aid sells pet wound care for dogs and horses, with Flapen managing the brand on Amazon. Listings, advertising, and weekly reporting all run through our Full Account Management membership.

The headline figure is a 16.9% conversion rate. The outcome sentence reads: Roughly double a typical category median conversion rate, with Amazon's Choice held on both the dog and horse gels.

How to test both of us

I once funded a failing product for three months, hoping the ads would turn it around. The stop question leads this card, and all six go in writing to everyone you weigh.

The question to send Weight Full weight looks like
What would make you tell me to stop selling a product? 30 Four named signals, read over 60 to 90 days
What do you fix before you kill, and who decides? 20 A named diagnosis and one owner
How many brands does my account manager carry? 15 A ratio. Ours is about 1.4
Who does the work, and where? 15 Employed roles and named cities
Is the fee flat, a share of sales, or tied to spend? 10 A number, then what it buys
What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? 10 Account, campaigns, creative, notice in days

A specific answer earns full weight, a general one half, a refusal zero. Set the pass mark yourself, and 70 out of 100 is fair. If Flapen misses your bar, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

A comparison page by one agency about another is not evidence, so score the answers rather than my adjectives. Most pitches leave four things unsaid, and this card scores them.

What goes unsaid Weight How you score it
Who owns the decision to stop a product 40 Ask for the last product they told a client to end
What your share of attention becomes 25 Ask how many accounts the team took last quarter
What the fee covers when sales stall 20 Ask which services continue with no extra invoice
What leaves with them 15 Ask for the handover contents in writing

Score it on the same 100 against your bar. A team that never told a client to stop has never had the conversation you are paying for.

OMNIFOX alternatives

Four structures cover this purchase, and structure decides more than the name on the invoice. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a fee, and a specialist takes one function. An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, and a platform sells data and leaves the work with you.
