Mana Analytics publishes a Portuguese language site that names seven service headings, from Amazon setup to Brand Registry and Trademark, and states no price. Flapen employs 50 operators, sources and launches brands from zero, and sets the ad target by product stage. Six written questions separate the two models.

What Mana Analytics says it offers
Everything in this section comes from one page on mana-analytics.com, captured on 5 September 2026.
The page title names Amazon and reads as support for selling and for the internationalization of companies. Its description states that a seller can raise sales and find strategies for internationalization through ecommerce with Amazon FBA. The first heading reads as an official Amazon partner in Portugal.
An about section follows, under a line naming a partner of excellence that the page carries twice. Seven service headings then sit under a line about support in everything that matters. They are Amazon setup, Amazon Ads, design and graphic content, Amazon conflict resolution, SEO optimization, market research, and Brand Registry and Trademark.
Three of those carry a section of their own further down, conflict management, listing optimization, and Amazon Launch, in that order. The conflict section asks whether you are stuck in tickets with Amazon support. Its sentence states that as official Amazon partners it resolves conflicts in your Seller Central account, quickly and efficiently.
The listing section carries a heading about optimizations that move the needle. The Amazon Launch section is headed total setup, then market analysis and strategic positioning. Its sentence states that it studies demand, competition, and the potential of each country.
A free tools block names a free version of its Amazon listing audit. No price, no partner badge, and no founding year appears on that page as of September 2026.
What Flapen offers
Sourcing and quality control run out of our own studio in Guangzhou, photography and video out of our own studio in Dubai. Both are staffed by our people, nothing subcontracted.
In-house changes how fast one fact travels. A complaint an operator reads on Monday becomes a supplier question in Guangzhou and a new image in Dubai the same month.
Fifty operators run about 70 brands by hand from Abu Dhabi, and our own engineers write their software. Every tier carries all 50+ services, from $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five. That is Amazon brand management.
You stay month to month on 30 days of notice and leave with the account, the campaigns, the creative, and a written handover.
Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2M a year, and a product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average. Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5K to $10K.
Advertising runs to a target that moves with the product stage. A new listing carries an aggressive ACoS to buy rank, a mature listing an efficient one to protect margin.
Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% of them passing. Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer our platform serves.

Where Mana Analytics may be the right fit
Fit is not quality, and this section is about fit alone. The captured page is written in Portuguese throughout. A seller who wants advice in that language is reading a company already writing in it.
Its Amazon Launch section states that it studies demand, competition, and the potential of each country. A seller whose next move is a new country sees that question on the page. A seller buried in support tickets sees a section written about that alone.
A brand we launched and run
Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Oral Pouch Solution is a dry-mouth oral care brand managed by Flapen on Amazon. Because it lives or dies on repeat purchases, our Full Account Management team works the listings, ads and inventory with that number in view.
The headline figure is repeat buyers 7% to 14%. The outcome sentence reads: Sales rose 42% month over month while the repeat-purchase rate doubled, the number that matters most for a consumable.
How to test both of us
Sellers write to me saying "I'm spending money on ads but don't know if it's working." Send these six questions in writing to everyone on your shortlist, costliest mistake first.
| What goes wrong, costliest first | The question that catches it | The early signal |
|---|---|---|
| One ad target for every product | What is your ACoS target at launch and at maturity? | One number comes back, not two |
| Nobody owns the stop decision | What would make you tell me to stop a product? | No signals named, no window |
| One person carries too many brands | How many brands does my account manager carry? | A headcount, not a ratio |
| The work goes to a subcontractor | Who does the work, and where do they sit? | No role named, no city |
| The fee moves with your spend | Is the fee flat, a share of sales, or tied to spend? | The invoice rises in a flat month |
| You own none of the work | What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? | The agreement names no handover |
A specific answer counts, a general one does not. If Flapen does not clear it, do not hire us.
What most agencies will not tell you
A comparison page by one agency about another is not evidence, so score the answers, not my adjectives. Three failures cost more over a year than any line in a scope of work.
| The failure, costliest first | What it costs over a year | The early signal |
|---|---|---|
| One ACoS target across the catalog | New products never buy rank, mature products never protect margin | The same number sits on a listing launched last month |
| No written window on a losing product | Ad budget and inventory cash fund a product that should have ended inside 60 to 90 days | Nobody names the four signals |
| A scope priced by the relationship | Your share of one person's week shrinks with every new client | Replies stretch while the fee holds |
Mana Analytics alternatives
Four structures cover this purchase, and structure decides more than the name on the invoice. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a fee. A specialist takes one function, usually ads.
An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, and a platform sells the data and leaves the work to you.
