Flapen cover for PPC Adviser vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator marking milestones on a blank wall calendar at a sample table

On its website PPC Adviser titles itself an Amazon Advertising Agency, and its pricing page publishes $1,499 a month plus a share of ad revenue. Flapen runs the whole account with 50 operators in-house, plans five traffic channels, and charges flat tiers. Six written questions separate the two models.

The short version

  • PPC Adviser publishes a fee. Its pricing page states $1,499 per month plus 1.5% Ad Revenue billed in arrears, as of September 2026.
  • Its site states no service contracts. The same page carries the words transparent pricing and no contractual length.
  • Advertising leads both captured pages. The headings read Expert Amazon Advertising Management and Amazon Advertising Account Management.
  • Flapen charges flat tiers. $800 a month for one product up to $2,400 for five, everything included.
  • Flapen costs five traffic channels before launch. Organic, paid, promotions, influencer and creator, off-channel.

What PPC Adviser says it offers

Everything in this section comes from two pages on ppcadviser.com, captured on 5 September 2026.

The home page title reads Amazon Advertising Agency, under a lead heading that reads Expert Amazon Advertising Management. A second heading reads Amazon Advertising Account Management, and the line beneath it states that bi-weekly performance reports and recommendations are delivered by email. A section headed Our Purpose states the company was created to help brands and sellers succeed in the retail ecommerce industry.

Two counters run across that page, headed Satisfied Brands and Campaigns Created, and the capture holds those labels rather than the figures beside them. Case study headings sit lower down, one of them naming Amazon Ads, influencers, and promotions together. Its site states that its experts help sellers drive relevant traffic and dial in product SEO on Amazon.

Its pages also carry the words keyword research, product listing optimization, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis. The pricing page is headed Subscribe With Confidence, above a line stating that PPC Adviser offers transparent pricing with no service contracts. It names one plan, Amazon Advertising Management, an ongoing PPC management service for sellers that would prefer a team of experts managing their advertising.

That plan's price reads: $1,499 per month + 1.5% Ad Revenue billed in arrears. A second plan is listed at $349, an Amazon Advertising Audit is listed as Free, and a one hour consultation appears on the same page.

That page also carries a general line about what an Amazon digital marketing agency costs, which describes the market rather than its own plans. The range it gives runs from $1,000 to $10,000 or more per month. No partner badge and no founding year appears on either captured page.

What Flapen offers

Your product is live, the ads run daily, and the profit line reads lower than the revenue suggests. That is a traffic question before it is an advertising question.

Fifty operators sit on our payroll and carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 each, with nothing subcontracted. Sourcing and quality control run from our Guangzhou studio, creative from our Dubai studio, and our engineers write the software. That is what Amazon brand management buys.

Every tier carries all 50+ services, with no commission and no onboarding fee. You run month to month on 30 days of notice, and you keep the account, the campaigns, and the creative.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year with returns under 8%. The product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average.

Step three costs all five channels, and Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass. Our operators work inside tools we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation, on the data layer our platform serves 15,000 sellers a month.

Where PPC Adviser may be the right fit

A seller who wants the ad account worked as its own function, on a fixed cadence, sees that scope stated: bi-weekly reports by email. Its pricing page also names Walmart among the features listed under its plans.

A buyer who prefers a published number to a quote has one to read before the first call. PPC Adviser states a monthly figure, a percentage line, and a free advertising audit on that page as of September 2026.

A brand we launched and run

Purefiz sells water testing instruments on Amazon, where Flapen manages the account and its growing subscription base. The headline figure is 157 active subscriptions.

The outcome sentence reads: A broad testing range with the portfolio's only recurring-revenue base, plus 1,014 extra orders from tier discounts.

How to test both of us

Most sellers who write to me open with one line: "My product is live but sales are not where they should be". Send these six in writing to every company on your list.

Step What you send in writing The gate that opens the next step
1. Channels Which of the five traffic channels will you run? All five named: organic, paid, promotions, influencer and creator, off-channel
2. Economics What does a customer cost on each channel? A cost per channel, not a blend
3. Ad targets What ACoS do you target at launch, and at maturity? Two numbers, one per stage
4. Fee shape Is the fee flat, a share of sales, or tied to spend? The figure first, then the services it buys
5. Stop rule What makes you tell me to stop selling a product? Scale / Fix / Kill on four signals over 60 to 90 days
6. Exit What do I keep the day I leave, and on what notice? The account, the campaigns, the creative, notice in days

If Flapen does not clear your version of this sequence, hire someone else.

What most agencies will not tell you

Most agencies will not tell you which channels they never intend to open. Most sellers run two of the five, so the ceiling is the plan.

Stage What opens The gate before the next channel
1. Organic First page ranking, carried by inventory It holds while inventory holds
2. Paid Text, image, and video ads at an ACoS by stage Aggressive at launch, efficient at maturity
3. Promotions Discounts and deals that move velocity Orders survive the discount coming off
4. Influencer and creator A revenue share program, slow to build Cost per customer beats your paid number
5. Off-channel Blogs, social, and other platforms The traffic lands at a cost you can name

Three of those stages at zero is a plan that stopped at stage two.

PPC Adviser alternatives

This purchase comes in four shapes, and the shape decides more than the invoice. Full service buys one team for the account, a specialist buys one function, an in-house hire buys knowledge, and a platform buys data. Pick the shape first, then compare two companies inside it.
