Flapen cover for Jamz vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator planning a launch budget with a printed timeline and a calculator

Jamz publishes in French, where its site names it an independent Amazon agency and offers three ways to use its expertise, an agency service, support, and training. Flapen employs 50 operators, subcontracts nothing, and publishes a price list before you call. Six weighted questions below score both models.

The short version

  • Jamz states an independent Amazon agency. Its title line, translated, reads that it helps you sell more on Amazon.
  • Three ways to use its expertise sit on the page. Those headings translate as agency, support, and training.
  • No fee, badge, marketplace, or founding year appears. The captured page states none of the four.
  • Flapen employs everyone who touches your account. Fifty operators, about 70 brands, nothing subcontracted.
  • Flapen prints the price before the call. $800 at one product, $2,400 at five, all 50+ services at every tier.

What Jamz says it offers

Everything in this section comes from one page on jamz.fr, captured on 5 September 2026. The site publishes in French, so every line below is my translation.

The page title reads independent Amazon agency, we help you sell more on Amazon. Its meta description asks whether you are looking for an Amazon agency or a consultant who can support you in your growth on Amazon.

A heading states that the company helps entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses build a profitable business on Amazon. Another reads three ways to benefit from our expertise, and the capture carries it twice. The three headings beneath it translate as agency, support, and training.

One more heading reads take advantage of the Amazon opportunity, and a band titled they trust us carries the social proof. No client is named in the capture, and no partner badge appears.

Seven of the captured headings belong to a podcast. Translated, its six episode titles cover selling an Amazon FBA business, sourcing and importing without slipping up, running a network of sites to push Amazon, lifting performance with a messenger bot, building product pages that convert, and growing ecommerce through SEO instead of ads. The page also carries an article titled 5 tips if you are starting to sell on Amazon.

The footer run captured that day names our services, Amazon agency, Amazon coaching, hourly coaching, and Amazon training, beside a copyright line reading 2017 to 2020. No monthly fee, no hourly rate, and no contract term appears on that page as of September 2026. No marketplace and no founding year is stated on it either.

What Flapen offers

I bought this service for years before I sold it. Running data and technology at BRANDED and Moonshot Brands put me on the buying side of agency contracts across 60+ acquired brands. No vendor there would put in writing which people on my account drew a salary from them.

So we answer that first. Fifty operators sit on our payroll and carry about 70 brands between them, about 1.4 each, with nothing passed to a subcontractor. Sourcing and quality control work out of our Guangzhou studio, creative out of our Dubai studio.

Every tier carries all 50+ services, from $800 a month at one product to $2,400 at five, with no commission and no onboarding fee. Notice runs 30 days, month to month, and you leave holding the account, the campaigns, the creative, and a written handover, which is Amazon brand management here.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year or we do not quote it. The product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average.

Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass. Our operators work inside tools we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation, on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month. The agents that take action ship next.

Where Jamz may be the right fit

Fit is not quality, and the site's own words set this section. Jamz writes every line in French and puts a consultant beside an agency in its own description, so a French-speaking owner who wants the account discussed in French is reading a site built for that. Its three headings let a seller hand the work over or learn to do it.

A seller who writes to me saying I don't have the profitability I expected is in the state that page addresses, since its heading names entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses building a profitable business on Amazon. Hourly coaching in that footer suits an owner who wants an hour of help rather than a full handover.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Silver Aid sells pet wound care for dogs and horses, and its listings, advertising, and weekly reporting run through our Full Account Management membership. The headline figure is a 16.9% conversion rate.

The outcome sentence reads: Roughly double a typical category median conversion rate, with Amazon's Choice held on both the dog and horse gels.

How to test both of us

Sellers ask what a service includes long before they ask who sits inside the account each week. Send these six in writing to everyone on your shortlist, mine included, scoring a specific answer full and a general one half.

Question to send Weight Full marks
Which people on my account draw a salary from you? 25 A headcount and the roles behind it
In which cities do those people sit? 20 Named cities. Ours are Abu Dhabi, Guangzhou, and Dubai
Which other company will hold my login? 15 Every firm with access named before permissions start
How many brands does that person carry? 15 A ratio. Ours is about 1.4
What is included at my monthly price? 15 A service list beside a number
What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? 10 Account, campaigns, creative, notice in days

Seventy out of 100 is where I would set the bar, and the bar is yours to set. If Flapen misses yours, hire somebody else.

What most agencies will not tell you

One agency scoring another is marketing, so score the written replies instead of my adjectives. Four rows decide who is actually inside your account, and a service agreement is usually silent on all four.

What to score Weight Full marks
Every company with account access is named 35 A list of firms in writing, before access starts
The person who pitched you works the account 25 A named operator, a start date, and who covers leave
Brands per manager is written down 25 A ratio in the agreement, and notice before it moves
The stop decision has an owner and a window 15 Four signals, read over 60 to 90 days, and a signer

Score those four against the bar you set above. A row backed by nothing scores zero, however good the call felt.

Jamz alternatives

Four structures cover this purchase, and the structure decides more than the name on the invoice. Full service hands one team the whole account for a monthly fee, while a specialist owns a single function. An in-house hire puts the skill on your payroll, and a platform sells data and leaves the tasks with you.

Before Friday, at no charge, open user permissions in Seller Central and list every email address with access beside the company behind it. An address you cannot place is a subcontractor nobody named. Put those six questions to us and a written audit with prioritized fixes comes back inside 48 hours, free, from Flapen.
