Flapen cover for Padeco Global vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: two Flapen operators counting a first modest inventory on a pallet

Padeco Global publishes in Spanish and calls itself an agency specialized in Amazon and marketplaces in Spain, with strategy, Amazon Ads, DSP, and commerce intelligence as the stated scope. Flapen employs 50 operators, sources and launches brands from zero, and publishes its prices. Eight rows below compare the two models.

The short version

  • Padeco Global publishes in Spanish. Its home page is titled Amazon and Marketplaces Agency, Commerce Growth Partner.
  • Its stated scope covers marketplace management and advertising. The page names Catalog, SEO, PPC, DSP, and Prime Video Ads.
  • No fee appears on the captured page. As of September 2026 the pricing model is on request.
  • Flapen publishes what the buying side rarely sees. Fifty operators, about 70 brands, and every tier's price.
  • Flapen sources, launches, then runs the brand. Guangzhou sourcing, Dubai creative, nothing subcontracted.

What Padeco Global says it offers

One page on padecoglobal.com was captured on 5 September 2026, and that site publishes in Spanish. Every line below is my translation of that page.

The page is titled Amazon and Marketplaces Agency, Commerce Growth Partner, under a headline reading Agency Specialized in Marketplaces. Its meta description states a specialized agency for Amazon and marketplaces in Spain, offering strategy, Amazon Ads advertising, DSP, and commerce intelligence for brands that want to scale.

Nine section headings organize the rest. They read that this is not one more agency but a pioneer, that beyond the catalog it activates demand, and that Amazon is also your advertising channel. Three more read real results real brands, your complete digital channel without building a team, and data that turns decisions into results.

Five subheadings name marketplace management and growth, then Amazon Ads, DSP and Prime Video, then a line stating that Amazon audiences are also yours. A services block splits the work into Catalog, SEO, and expansion on one side, then PPC, DSP, and Prime Video Ads on the other. A fourth entry there is labeled Full Commerce Partnership.

Its advertising copy states that Sponsored Ads capture existing demand through Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, as of September 2026. A DSP block states that a brand can advertise on Amazon without selling there, for what the site calls non-endemic brands. The navigation names Seller Central account creation, A+ Content, Brand Store, and SEO on Amazon.

One captured line states that a tool reads Amazon's semantic algorithms, Cosmo and Rufus, and indicates what to highlight in your listing. A second names Amazon, Miravia, TikTok Shop, and Shein as platforms where it manages brands.

No fee, no rate card, no contract term, no badge, and no founding year appears on that page.

What Flapen offers

I bought this service before I ever sold it. Running data and technology at BRANDED and Moonshot Brands put me on the buying side of 60+ acquired brands, and no invoice named who worked them.

That gap is why the ratio sits on our own website. Fifty operators carry about 70 brands by hand, about 1.4 each, with sourcing in Guangzhou and creative in Dubai. All 50+ services sit in every tier, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, under Amazon brand management.

You run month to month on 30 days of notice and keep the account, the campaigns, the creative, and a written handover. The five steps at our system run in order: market, product, traffic, plan, launch.

A market clears $2 million a year before we quote it, and Phase 1 buys 200 units on $5,000 to $10,000. At the 2026-08-26 capture our science had scored 193,753 niches, with 4.8% passing. Our operators work in software we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer our platform opens to 15,000 sellers a month.

Where Padeco Global may be the right fit

Fit follows a stated focus, and fit is not quality. Its site publishes in Spanish and states an agency for Amazon and marketplaces in Spain, so a Spanish-speaking team reads its own language. One captured sentence names Amazon, Miravia, TikTok Shop, and Shein together, which suits a brand carrying several storefronts.

Its internationalization line states a route to the marketplaces of Europe and America.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Oral Pouch Solution is a dry-mouth oral care brand managed by Flapen on Amazon, under our Full Account Management membership. The headline figure is repeat buyers 7% to 14%.

The outcome sentence reads: Sales rose 42% month over month while the repeat-purchase rate doubled, the number that matters most for a consumable.

How to test both of us

Sellers who write to me open on one line: "I don't have the profitability I expected." These six went to vendors from my side of the table, each gating the next.

Stage The question to send in writing The gate that clears it
1. Owner Who runs my account, and how many brands do they carry? A role, and a ratio. Ours is about 1.4
2. Staffing What is subcontracted, and to whom? Each function placed with a company and a city
3. Scope What sits in my tier, and what is billed on top? Services listed, never a package name
4. Traffic Which of the five traffic channels will you run? Channels named and costed before launch
5. Stop rule What makes you tell me to stop a product? Four signals, read over 60 to 90 days
6. Exit What do I keep on leaving, and on what notice? The account, the work, notice in days

Move on only when the question before has a written answer. If Flapen does not clear your gates, hire whoever does.

What most agencies will not tell you

Most agencies will not tell you where a year goes after signing. From the buying side I watched these five stages pass ungated.

Stage What passes unnoticed The gate to hold it to
1. The pitch The presenter is rarely the person who works the account The operator named, with their brand count
2. Week one Access requests and introductions instead of a plan A written report with prioritized fixes, 48 hours
3. Month one Reporting starts before the account moves Measurable ACoS improvement, typically inside 30 days
4. Month three Scope narrows to the ad account and stays Two more of the five channels named and costed
5. Month six Nobody owns the call to stop a sinking product Scale / Fix / Kill on four signals, 60 to 90 days

An ungated stage still invoices on the first of the month, and the price is a lost year.

Padeco Global alternatives

Four shapes exist here, and the shape decides more than the logo does. One company carries the whole account for a flat monthly fee, or a specialist carries a single function, usually the ads.

A hire moves that knowledge onto your payroll for a salary. A platform hands you data and leaves the tasks with you.
