Flapen cover for INNELS vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator marking milestones on a blank wall calendar at a sample table

INNELS describes itself on its website as a global Amazon full-service agency covering account management, SEO, PPC, and A+ content. Flapen employs 50 operators, sources and launches brands from zero, and publishes its prices. Six written questions, starting with which traffic channels each of us runs, separate the two models.

The short version

  • INNELS states a full-service scope. Its site names account management, SEO, PPC, and A+ content as of September 2026.
  • Its service list carries numbers. Amazon PPC sits fifth, Product Launches sixth, and VAT Registration ninth.
  • No fee sits on the captured pages. Two pages captured on 5 September 2026 publish no monthly figure.
  • Flapen plans traffic across five channels. Organic, paid, promotions, influencer and creator, and off-channel.
  • Flapen prices the work, not the relationship. $800 a month for one product, $2,400 for five.

What INNELS says it offers

Everything below comes from two pages on innels.com, captured on 5 September 2026. The home page title reads Full Service Amazon Marketplace Agency, and its headline reads as your full service amazon agency. Its meta description states a global Amazon full-service agency helping D2C brands grow sales through account management, SEO, PPC, and A+ content.

A band titled Our Services numbers the list beneath it. Account Management, Content Creation, and Logistics and inventory planning open it, then Amazon PPC sits fifth, Product Launches sixth, SEO and optimization seventh, Amazon Store Design eighth, and VAT Registration ninth, with Amazon A/B Testing after them.

A section titled Holistic Brand Scaling states that integrating advertising, SEO, logistics, and A+ Content is how a brand grows on Amazon. A heading reading Most of our clients are from lists the USA, Sweden, the UK, Denmark, and the Netherlands. Two more headings state experience with all Amazon markets.

The home page publishes two free tools a visitor can run without contact. One returns a country-by-country EU compliance report on your listing and your chosen markets in under two minutes. The other returns a TikTok Shop score and launch plan for an Amazon listing URL in about 30 seconds.

It also carries a free e-book on product listing images and four case study entries. The second captured page is one of those studies, with headings running About the company, The challenge, Our solution, The results, and Client testimonial. Nothing there is read as a service INNELS sells, because a case page describes one account.

No price, no partner badge, and no founding year appears on either captured page.

What Flapen offers

Read the exit terms before the sales page, because the exit shows the real shape. You leave Flapen with the account, the campaigns, the creative, and a written handover, on 30 days of notice. You work with us inside your own account on permissions you grant and revoke, which is Amazon brand management.

Fifty operators carry about 70 brands between them, about 1.4 each, all on our payroll. Sourcing and quality control run from our Guangzhou studio, creative from Dubai, and our engineers write the software. All 50+ services come at every tier, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2M a year and holds returns under 8% before we quote it. A product is built for 0.2 stars above the niche average, then validated on 200 units and $5,000 to $10,000.

Traffic is step three, and the channels number five: organic, paid, promotions, influencer and creator, and off-channel. Most sellers run two, so their ceiling is the traffic plan rather than the market. Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass.

Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month. Every task they finish becomes an SOP that trains the agents.

Where INNELS may be the right fit

Fit is not quality, and this section is about fit alone. Its website lists the USA, Sweden, the UK, Denmark, and the Netherlands under a heading about where its clients come from, and it numbers VAT Registration among its services. A brand selling across several European storefronts can run its free EU compliance report before making contact.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Tiny Tinker makes toddler play and feeding products, and Flapen has managed the brand on Amazon for three years running. The headline figure is +41% year-over-year pace.

The outcome sentence reads: Three years in, the account runs ahead of last year on less ad spend, and the hero product moves 500+ units a month.

How to test both of us

Sellers reach this page saying I don't have the profitability I expected. Send these six questions in writing to every company on your list, mine included.

The question in writing A full answer A non-answer
Which of the five traffic channels will you run? named channels and the economics of each more advertising
What is your ACoS target at launch and at maturity? two numbers, one per stage one blended target
How many brands does my account manager carry? a ratio, ours is about 1.4 a team photo
Is the fee flat, a share of sales, or tied to spend? a monthly number and the list it buys a package name
What would make you tell me to stop a product? four signals read over 60 to 90 days keep testing
What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? account, campaigns, creative, handover, days a later call

One rule closes it: hire the model that answered in the middle column, and if that is not Flapen, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

An agency writing about another agency is not evidence, so score the answers and ignore my adjectives. Three lines in a monthly report decide your year, and each hides the comparison that settles it.

The line in the report The comparison it leaves out
Advertising is working return on ad spend per channel, and the channels nobody ran
Sales are up the month sales grew from, and whether spend grew faster
The launch is on track rating trend, return rate, conversion rate, and cost of customer acquisition

Ask for the right column before you renew, because a report with only the left column compares against nothing.

INNELS alternatives

Four structures cover this purchase, and structure decides more than the name on the invoice. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a fee, and a specialist takes one function. An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, and a platform leaves the tasks with you.
