Blankspace describes itself on its website as a full-service agency for Amazon and calls its offer a co-pilot service, with headings for strategy, SEO, content, PPC, and internationalization. Flapen employs 50 operators who run about 70 brands in-house, about 1.4 each. Six questions separate the two.
The short version
- Blankspace heads six service areas on one page. Its site names strategies, SEO, content, PPC, retail management, and internationalization.
- Blankspace calls the whole offer a co-pilot service. That name carries the headline and three headings under it.
- Blankspace publishes no fee on the captured page. A line under the headline states account management on performance-based compensation.
- Flapen prints the ratio, not the headcount. Fifty operators carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 each.
- Flapen sources, launches, then runs the brand. Guangzhou sourcing, Dubai creative, nothing subcontracted.
What Blankspace says it offers
Everything below comes from the one page captured on blankspace.eu on 5 September 2026, which runs in German throughout. The translation is mine.
The page is titled blankspace.eu, your full-service agency for Amazon, and it signs off as Blankspace Commerce GmbH. Its meta description states that these are Amazon experts who move a seller forward with an individual strategy. The headline reads your co-pilot for Amazon, over a line stating holistic Amazon account management on performance-based compensation.
Six service headings follow, each written for Amazon: strategies, SEO, content, PPC, retail management, and internationalization. The content heading states that it optimizes your product images, texts, A+ Content, and brand store for conversion rate. The retail management heading states it covers listing creation, review generation, and the solving of Amazon-related problems.
Its navigation lists those same six services, plus references, about us, and a blog, in a German and an English version. Its advertising line states that it drives revenue to your products while keeping your spend in view.
Under those sit a co-pilot service heading, one asking why that service, and one stating that the team looks after your account. A fourth carries the success stories of its co-pilots, with three customer quotes.
Two later headings run, in captured order, an invitation to talk about your project and a line offering Amazon news, short and compact. A contact block closes the page with eight topics, among them ad campaigns for Amazon, international expansion, and the launch of new products. No fee, no rate card, no partner badge, and no founding year appears on that page.
What Flapen offers
The number that decides your outcome is not the headcount. It is how many brands each operator carries, and ours is about 1.4.
Fifty operators run about 70 brands, every one our employee in Abu Dhabi. Sourcing runs from our Guangzhou studio, creative from our Dubai studio. Nothing is subcontracted.
All 50+ services come at every tier, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, with no commission. You stay month to month on 30 days of notice and leave with the account, the campaigns, and the creative. That is Amazon brand management.
Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average, and Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5K to $10K. Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass.
Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation, on the data layer our platform serves 15,000 sellers a month. Every task they finish becomes an SOP that trains the agents shipping next.

Where Blankspace may be the right fit
Fit is not quality, and fit is all this covers. The captured page runs in German from the headline to the contact block, so a brand that wants its Amazon account discussed in German is reading a site that already works that way. Its headings carry internationalization for Amazon and its contact block lists international expansion, which suits a seller looking past one home store.
A brand we launched and run
Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. SnoreLessNow is an anti-snoring sleep brand that Flapen manages on Amazon and beyond. The headline figure is TACoS 10.8% to 9.9%, and the outcome sentence reads: A multichannel sleep brand at six-figure weekly revenue. Ad efficiency improved while expanding into Walmart and the UK.
How to test both of us
Sellers who write to me are usually already trading: My product is live but sales are not where they should be. Send these six in writing, in order, to every agency on your list, mine included.
| Stage | The question to send | The gate that opens the next stage |
|---|---|---|
| 1. The room | Who does the daily work, and in which city? | Named roles, named cities, subcontractors named |
| 2. The payroll | Which are employed, and which are hired per task? | A straight split, in writing |
| 3. The load | How many brands is that person carrying today? | A number. Ours is about 1.4 |
| 4. The fee | Is the fee flat, a share of sales, or tied to ad spend? | One model, and what it covers |
| 5. The stop | What would make you tell me to stop a product? | Four signals, read over 60 to 90 days |
| 6. The exit | What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? | Account, campaigns, creative, handover, notice in days |
Five gates out of six is a shortlist. If Flapen misses yours, do not hire us.
What most agencies will not tell you
A comparison page by one agency about another settles nothing, so run these stages on me too.
| Stage | What goes unsaid here | The gate before you fund the next stage |
|---|---|---|
| 1. The pitch | The people pitching are not always the people on the account | Names and roles, written into the proposal |
| 2. Week one | Work can move to a freelancer you never meet | A written split of in-house and outsourced work |
| 3. Month two | Reporting can describe activity instead of the account | Spend, orders, and margin per product, weekly |
| 4. Month six | New clients land on your manager and your attention thins | The ratio asked again, against the one quoted |
| 5. The exit | Campaigns and creative can sit in accounts you do not own | Ownership of account, campaigns, and creative, in writing |
Row four moves after you sign, which is why we republish the ratio.
Blankspace alternatives
Four structures sit behind every quote you read, and the structure decides more than the name. A full-service agency puts one team on the whole account for a fee. A specialist takes one function, usually the ad account.
An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll. A platform sells data and leaves the work where it was.
