What EXPANDO Global says it offers
Every line below comes from two expan.do pages captured 5 September 2026.
The home page is titled Selling on marketplace with EXPANDO, and the headline reads that we boost your marketplace sales. Its meta description calls it your full-service marketplace agency for brands and resellers, and names Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, eMAG, Allegro, and Cdiscount.
Eight headings organize that page, beginning with Choose your marketplaces and a guide titled Mastering European Marketplaces. What services do we offer and Speak to our experts follow.
Under the services heading it names Full-Service Marketplace Management for brands, with brand management and account management in the same block. Its service navigation lists Full-service for brands, Full-service for resellers, Expand to Amazon Ireland, Amazon account reinstatement, and Start on Amazon. Amazon account audit, Amazon seller training, Amazon product listing, and Graphic design for Amazon follow.
The fifth heading is written in the first person, dating its start to web stores in 2003 and a London conference in 2015. The sixth states that EXPANDO has been on the market since 2016, and names collaborations with Amazon, eMAG, and eBay.
See what our customers have to say and We share our knowledge close the page. A customer story there carries the words localized listings and targeted advertising.
The second captured page is in Czech, titled Národní plán obnovy, the national recovery plan. Its description states that a process automation and digitalization project of EXPANDO global s.r.o. is financed by the European Union under NextGenerationEU.
No fee, badge, or contract term appears on either page as of September 2026.
What Flapen offers
I hired Amazon agencies for years before I ever ran one. At BRANDED and Moonshot Brands I ran data and technology across 60+ acquired brands, and buying outside help came with the job. No vendor would say how many other accounts my manager carried.
So we publish the ratio behind the headcount: fifty operators carry about 70 brands between them, about 1.4 each, with nothing subcontracted. Sourcing and quality control run from our Guangzhou studio, creative from Dubai, and our engineers write the software.
All 50+ services sit inside every tier, from $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five. Notice is 30 days, and you leave with the account, the campaigns, the creative, and a written handover, under Amazon brand management.
Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average, and Phase 1 proves it with 200 units on $5,000 to $10,000. Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing.
Our operators work inside tools we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation, on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month. Every task they complete becomes an SOP that trains the agents.

Where EXPANDO Global may be the right fit
Fit follows what a company states it focuses on, not quality. Its home page description names five marketplaces beside Amazon, so a seller who wants eBay, Kaufland, eMAG, Allegro, or Cdiscount covered sees it stated.
Its service navigation names Amazon account reinstatement, which speaks to a seller whose account is down, plus Amazon seller training and Expand to Amazon Ireland. One captured page is published in Czech.
A brand we launched and run
Every brand on flapen.com/results was built and launched through our Amazon FBA service. Grady's Pitching School sells baseball training equipment on Amazon. Our team runs its listings, ad campaigns, and weekly reporting under a Full Account Management membership.
The headline figure is +30% year over year. The outcome sentence: Untangling self-competing ad campaigns cut ACoS five points while sales rose 20% and held three months over profit target.
How to test both of us
If your line is my product is live but sales are not where they should be, send these six in writing, mine included.
| What goes wrong, costliest first | The question that catches it early |
|---|---|
| A dead product keeps eating inventory cash | What would make you tell me to stop? |
| Your manager picks up ten more brands | How many brands does my manager carry? |
| The work moves to someone you never meet | Who does the work, and in which city? |
| The figure in the deck is another account | Which account and what date range produced it? |
| The fee grows with the spend it approves | Is the fee flat, a share, or tied to spend? |
| The exit terms get read on the way out | What do I keep, and on what notice? |
A specific answer counts, a general one does not. If mine miss your bar, cross Flapen off.
What most agencies will not tell you
A comparison page by one agency about another proves nothing, so grade the answers, not my adjectives. These four cost more in a year than any line in a scope of work.
| The failure, costliest first | What a year of it costs | The early signal |
|---|---|---|
| Nobody owns the decision to stop | Four quarters of cash in a dead product | Four signals flat over 60 to 90 days |
| Your share of an operator's week is unquoted | Weeks when nothing in the account changes | A ratio given once, never again |
| The scope is a package name, not a task list | Covered work comes back as a separate quote | An invoice line the pitch implied |
| Reporting grows while profit stays flat | A year of dashboards with no margin line | A weekly update that never names profit |
Scale / Fix / Kill reads four signals: rating trend, return rate, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost. Ask which a candidate reads, and over what window.
EXPANDO Global alternatives
Every shortlist is four structures under different names, and the structure decides more than the logo. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a monthly fee, and a specialist takes a single function. An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, while a platform sells data and leaves the tasks on your desk.
Cost all four over twelve months, since a monthly number hides a stalled quarter.
