Flapen cover for Amazency vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator drawing a five-step path on a whiteboard for the team

Amazency describes itself on its website as an Amazon growth agency offering a complete business service that simplifies selling on Amazon. Flapen employs 50 operators, launches brands from zero, and publishes five monthly tiers. The models differ on who does the work, and six written questions separate them.

The short version

  • Amazency states a complete business service. Its home page says the company simplifies the process of selling on Amazon, as of September 2026.
  • Amazency names an audit as a starting point. The same page carries an Amazon Audit heading and asks about your own private label brand.
  • Amazency publishes no fee. The one page captured on 5 September 2026 names no price and no contract term.
  • Flapen publishes five monthly tiers. $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, everything included.
  • Flapen holds itself to year one. The majority of our brands reach profitability inside twelve months.

What Amazency says it offers

Everything here comes from one page on amazency.co, captured on 5 September 2026. That page is the whole capture, and twelve statements were taken off it.

The page title names an Amazon growth agency and sets three words beside it: operations, sales, and brand. Its headline states that Amazency offers a complete business service, simplifying the process of selling on Amazon.

Three further headline lines follow in the order the page carries them: Amazon Search Algorithm Plan, Listing Quality Analysis, and Sales Analysis. Its advertising work is captured under the words Amazon Advertising Evaluation.

Seven section headings organize the rest, in captured order: We Help Brands Scale Profitably on Amazon, Hello, Our Approach, and Our Services. Three more follow: Amazon Audit, a question about your own private label brand, and a newsletter signup.

On the audit the site states that a good place to start for many businesses is its Amazon Audit. On new sellers it states that its expertise guides them in the optimal product launch strategy and ensures sound financial due diligence. A further line states a passion for original and creative thinking, aimed at businesses that are scalable and sustainable.

The footer carries the name Amazency Ltd beside a line of places, among them United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, and UAE. No fee, no partner badge, and no founding year appears on that page as of September 2026.

What Flapen offers

Fifty operators are on our payroll and hold about 70 brands, about 1.4 each, with sourcing in Guangzhou and creative in Dubai. Nothing is subcontracted. They run accounts on tools our engineers built, on the data layer our research platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month.

Amazon brand management carries all 50+ services at every tier, from $800 to $2,400 a month. You run month to month on 30 days of notice and keep the account, the campaigns, and the creative.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2M a year with returns under 8%, and a product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average. Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass, each call resting on 90+ data points.

Where Amazency may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states about itself. Amazency states a complete business service that simplifies selling on Amazon, so a seller who wants operations, sales, and brand under one roof sees that scope written down.

Its footer names United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, and UAE, so a brand trading across Europe and into the Gulf sees those places listed.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service, the scope of Amazon FBA Launch. TuffTynz makes pouch storage cans, and Flapen manages the brand on Amazon, creator campaigns included. The headline figure is 9.5x creator-ads return.

The outcome sentence reads: $575 of creator spend returned $5,492 in sales, holding daily orders steady against a category down 22% on search volume.

How to test both of us

Sellers weighing this write to me in one line.

My product is live but sales are not where they should be.

Send these six questions in writing to everyone on your list, mine included.

The question A specific answer
What share of your brands reached profit in year one? A proportion. Ours is the majority
What ends a product, and in what window? Named signals and days
How many brands does my account manager carry? A ratio. Ours is about 1.4
Who does the work, and where? Employed roles, named cities
Flat fee, share of sales, or share of ad spend? One model and its services
What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? Account, campaigns, creative, days

Score a specific answer, discard a general one, and if Flapen misses your bar, hire somebody else.

What most agencies will not tell you

One agency writing about another is not evidence, so run the arithmetic yourself. The retainer is fixed on the day you sign. The inventory and the ad budget are not.

Year one line The arithmetic The figure
Fees, two products $1,150 times twelve $13,800
Ad spend, same year your monthly budget times twelve your figure
A reorder on a flat read Phase 1 capital committed twice $5,000 to $10,000

Kill Criteria reads four signals across 60 to 90 days: rating trend, return rate, conversion rate, and cost of customer acquisition trajectory. Ask which of those four ends a product.

Amazency alternatives

This purchase comes in four shapes, and the shape matters more than the invoice. One team on the whole account for a monthly fee is full service. One function bought alone, most often the ad account, is a specialist.

A salaried hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll. A subscription hands you the data and leaves the work with you.
