Zon Spark publishes flat project fees on its website, from $200 for a listing teardown to installs from $7,500. Its home page splits the work between operators and acquirers, and Flapen prices a managed Amazon account monthly. Six written questions below separate the two models, starting with who sizes the market.
The short version
- Zon Spark publishes its prices in public. The pricing page runs from $200 flat to installs from $7,500.
- Zon Spark splits its work into two tracks. An operations install for operators, deal diligence for acquirers.
- Zon Spark states flat fees and no long-term contracts. Its pricing description adds that fees credit upward.
- Flapen prices the account, not the project. $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, all services included.
- Flapen sizes the market before quoting. A niche under $2M a year never reaches a proposal.
What Zon Spark says it offers
Everything here comes from two pages on zonspark.com, captured on 5 September 2026.
The home page titles the company an AI operations layer for digital businesses, and its headline reads as AI that runs businesses. Its meta description states that Zon Spark installs that operations layer inside ecommerce brands on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and DTC. The same description states that it underwrites digital deals for acquirers.
Five headings follow, opening on most businesses experimenting with AI while a few run on it. The next two read two ways in with one discipline, then audit, install, and operate. The last two read built for operators rather than experimenters, and one conversation with real direction.
The second captured page is titled Pricing, and its headline states that every price is in public. Seven named items sit under its two headings: Listing Teardown, Red-Flag Scan, Digital Deal Diligence, Reimbursement Leak Report, AI Operations Audit, System Install, and Operate.
The captured figures read $200 flat for a listing teardown and $950 flat for a red-flag scan. Deal diligence is stated at $5,900 flat in five to seven days, and a reimbursement leak report at $249 flat. The AI operations audit is stated at $2,500 flat, and at $7,500 for eight and nine figure brands.
Installs are stated from $7,500 on a fixed scope, operate from $2,500/mo, and post-close installs from $15K. The page states flat fees, no long-term contracts, and fees that credit upward.
The site describes that leak report as a claim-by-claim analysis of your Seller Central reports. Another line states that the consulting and the product are not separate.
What Flapen offers
Our science publishes the count and the pass rate together. At the 2026-08-26 capture we had scored 193,753 niches, and 4.8% of them passed. What that rejects is most of what a seller arrives excited about.
$2M a year is the floor on size, because a smaller market cannot repay the cost of a customer. Returns above 8% take a market out on margin before we quote. The five steps at our system run in order: market, product, traffic, plan, launch.
A product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average. Phase 1 then puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.
Fifty operators carry about 70 brands between them, all on our payroll and nothing subcontracted. Sourcing sits in Guangzhou, creative in Dubai, and our own tech team writes the code. That is Amazon brand management, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five.
All 50+ services come at every tier, and the agreement runs month to month on 30 days of notice.
Our operators work inside software we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation. It runs on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month. Every task they repeat becomes an SOP that trains the agents next.

Where Zon Spark may be the right fit
Fit is not quality, and only fit is on the table. An acquirer working a deal will find diligence priced step by step. It reads $950 flat before a letter of intent and $5,900 flat after it, as of September 2026.
A seller who wants one bounded piece of work rather than a monthly relationship will find that shape too. Its reimbursement leak report at $249 flat reads your Seller Central reports and names what is recoverable.
A brand we launched and run
The site states that every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Silver Aid sells pet wound care for dogs and horses, with listings, ads, and weekly reporting under our Full Account Management membership. The headline figure is a 16.9% conversion rate.
The outcome sentence reads: Roughly double a typical category median conversion rate, with Amazon's Choice held on both the dog and horse gels.
How to test both of us
Most of these calls open on one sentence: My product is live but sales are not where they should be. Send all six questions below in writing to everyone on your list, mine included.
| Symptom now | Likely cause | Who owns it, and what to ask |
|---|---|---|
| A price arrived on the first call | Scope sized off your catalog | Whoever quoted it. What is this market worth a year |
| Ad costs climb, units stay flat | The market cannot repay a customer | The researcher. What is your minimum market size |
| The second order dwarfs the first | Validation had no unit ceiling | The planner. How many units does Phase 1 buy |
| Margin disappears into returns | Return rate was never a gate | The buyer. What return rate stops a market |
| The product lands level with the shelf | The rating gap went unmeasured | The product lead. What rating do you design for |
| Nobody names a stopping point | The stop decision has no owner | You. Which signals end a product, over what window |
A specific answer scores, a general one does not. If Flapen misses your test, hire another company.
What most agencies will not tell you
This page is written by a company you could hire, so weigh the answers rather than my adjectives. The same three columns run on the relationship after signing.
| Symptom by month three | Cause | Who fixes it |
|---|---|---|
| The scope is a package name | The fee was priced on the relationship | Ask for the flat number and the list under it |
| Reports show spend, never share | Nobody sized the market at the start | Ask what share of the market you hold now |
| The plan never mentions stopping | Kill criteria sat outside the agreement | Ask which four signals end a product, over 60 to 90 days |
Row two costs the most across a year, because a market under $2M a year cannot repay the ad budget it takes.
Zon Spark alternatives
Four structures sit behind the names on a shortlist. A full-service agency runs the whole account for a fee, and a specialist owns one function, usually advertising.
A hire buys the skill. An agency buys the outcome. A software product hands over data and expects you to act.
