Flapen cover for IG PPC vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator marking milestones on a blank wall calendar at a sample table

IG PPC describes itself on its website as a hands-on Amazon PPC agency for 7 to 9 figure brands, and the scope its site names leads with advertising. Flapen employs 50 operators, inspects goods in its own Guangzhou studio and launches brands from zero. Six questions score both models.

The short version

  • IG PPC leads with advertising. Its site names PPC, Sponsored ads, DSP, and Amazon Ads, as of September 2026.
  • The fee model is stated without a number. The site states a flat monthly fee and no commission on what you spend or earn.
  • A free audit and a cost calculator sit on the site. Both are offered to sellers as of September 2026.
  • Flapen inspects what it sources. Our Guangzhou studio runs sourcing and quality control, on frameworks from 500+ brands.
  • Flapen builds brands, then runs them. 50 operators, about 70 brands by hand, nothing subcontracted.

What IG PPC says it offers

Every line in this section comes from two pages on igppc.com, both captured on 5 September 2026.

The home page titles the company a hands-on Amazon PPC agency for 7 to 9 figure brands, and the headline on it repeats that line. Its meta description states that a seller achieves category dominance on Amazon through premium SEO and PPC marketing. That description also states that the work is run by real humans.

Twenty section headings organize the home page as of September 2026. Among them sit As Mentioned, Our Numbers Speak for Themselves, and a question asking how those numbers were achieved. Others read Our Amazon Ad Services, What You Will Get in the Free Audit, and Our Post-Audit Process.

The services those two pages name include PPC, Sponsored ads, DSP, and Amazon Ads. Listing work, Seller Central, sourcing, launch, creative, inventory, and audits sit in the same list. Walmart is the only other marketplace those pages name beside Seller Central.

Three headings carry the company's stated position on advertising. One reads that it takes more than low ACoS to succeed on Amazon. Another states that agency expertise meets in-house dedication, and a third states that there is nothing artificial about its intelligence.

Nine questions of its own close the home page. They cover what hiring an Amazon PPC agency costs, how long campaigns take to show results, and whether strategies are customized per client. Others ask how a seller evaluates the agency running the ads, and how performance is held steady month over month.

On money the site states a flat monthly fee. It states that it asks for no commission based on what a client has spent or earned on the campaigns. No monthly amount appears on either captured page.

The same wording states that the company works month by month and does not lock a client into a contract. Either party is free to end the arrangement, as of September 2026.

The second captured page is a free Amazon PPC cost calculator, a tool the site offers to sellers. Its description states that a seller can estimate monthly PPC costs, clicks, and performance metrics. Headings on it cover how the calculator works, the cost breakdown it returns, and the variables that move a monthly bill.

That page also lists recent posts, among them guides to Walmart Sponsored Products and to Walmart advertising strategy. Its footer carries a New York office heading. No partner badge and no founding year appears on either captured page.

What Flapen offers

Our Guangzhou studio holds sourcing and inspection on our own payroll, on frameworks built across 500+ brands, and our Dubai studio shoots photography and video. Fifty operators carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 each, nothing subcontracted. All 50+ services sit in every tier at $800 to $2,400 a month, and 30 days of notice returns the account, the campaigns and the creative, which is Amazon brand management.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year and returns under 8%, or we do not quote it. The product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average.

Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000. Our science scores 193,753 niches at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% of them passing, on 90+ data points rather than a review count. Our operators run accounts on software we built for ads, marketing and brand valuation, over the data layer 15,000 sellers a month use in our platform, and the action-taking agents ship next.

Where IG PPC may be the right fit

IG PPC names Walmart beside Seller Central, and two of its recent posts cover Walmart Sponsored Products and Walmart advertising strategy. A brand advertising on both retailers is reading a company that publishes about that work.

Its stated audience is brands at 7 to 9 figures, and its headline puts the ad account first. A seller who wants a flat monthly fee with no commission and no lock-in will find that model stated on the page, as of September 2026.

A brand we launched and run

Oral Pouch Solution is a dry-mouth oral care brand managed by Flapen on Amazon, built and launched through our Amazon FBA service. Repeat buyers run 7% to 14%. The outcome reads: Sales rose 42% month over month while the repeat-purchase rate doubled, the number that matters most for a consumable.

How to test both of us

Six questions, in writing, to every company on the shortlist including mine.

The question you send Weight
Who inspects my units, and in which city? 25
How many brands does my account manager carry, as a ratio? 20
What is in the fee, and what is billed on top? 15
Which four signals would make you stop a product? 15
What do I keep when I leave, and on what notice? 15
Which tools did you build, and where does my data go? 10

Full weight for a specific answer, half for a general one, zero for a refusal. Set your pass mark first: 70 out of 100 is a bar plenty of buyers set. If Flapen misses it, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

Score the answers, not my adjectives. Four questions sit outside the scorecards I see sellers use, and each costs more over a year than the items they score.

What no scorecard asks Weight I would give it
Who owns the account in month seven 30
What happens when a carton misses spec 25
Who signs off on stopping a product 25
What the fee covers as the catalog grows 20

Those four are another 100 points, and most shortlists score none.

IG PPC alternatives

Four structures sit behind every logo. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a monthly fee, a specialist runs one function, an in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, and a platform sells you the data. Pick the structure before the company.
