Flapen cover for GlobalAMZ vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator drawing a five-step path on a whiteboard for the team

GlobalAMZ describes itself on its website as an agency focused on the Amazon marketplace, and the captured page is written in German. Flapen employs 50 operators, sources and launches brands from zero, and sets an ACoS target that changes by product stage. Six written questions separate the two models.

The short version

  • GlobalAMZ states a focus on the Amazon marketplace. Its own heading carries that line in German, as of September 2026.
  • Six service areas are named on the captured page. Amazon Analytics and Knowledge, Brand Development and Protection, Content Strategy and Creation, Account Maintenance, Amazon Advertising Strategies, and Global Expansion.
  • No fee, no partner badge, and no founding year appear on that page. Ask for the fee model in writing.
  • Flapen sets the ACoS target by product stage. Aggressive at launch, efficient at maturity.
  • Flapen sources, launches, then runs the brand. 50 operators, about 70 brands by hand, Guangzhou sourcing, Dubai creative.

What GlobalAMZ says it offers

Everything in this section sits on one page of globalamz.com, captured on 5 September 2026. That page is written in German from its title to its contact heading.

Its own heading states that GlobalAMZ is an agency with a focus on the Amazon marketplace. The page title and the headline both read GlobalAMZ Ihre Lösung für Amazon, your solution for Amazon. A second heading asks what the company can do for you, and a third asks why you should work with it.

Six service areas carry headings on that page as of September 2026. They are Amazon Analytics and Knowledge, Brand Development and Protection, Content Strategy and Creation, Account Maintenance, Amazon Advertising Strategies, and Global Expansion.

Its account paragraph states that the work runs from strategic account management and performance marketing through to content optimization and global expansion. Its brand paragraph states that it develops your brand identity, optimizes the offer, and uses Amazon Brand Registry, brand analytics, and protection against counterfeiting.

The content paragraph states that it writes product copy, produces product images, and builds A+ content to strengthen the brand and raise the conversion rate. The expansion paragraph states that international success on Amazon calls for a clear strategy and knowledge of the local market. PPC sits on the same page beside reporting and monitoring, in its advertising material as of September 2026.

Three further headings invite the reader to hear from its customers, to work together, and to get in touch. A blog band sits near the foot of that page under a heading for the latest insights. No fee, no billing word, no partner badge, and no founding year appear anywhere on it.

What Flapen offers

I bought this service for years before I sold it. At BRANDED and Moonshot Brands, every agency reporting into me sent one blended advertising number across 60+ acquired brands.

So we publish who does the work. Fifty operators on our payroll run about 70 brands by hand, about 1.4 each, with sourcing in Guangzhou and creative in Dubai.

All 50+ services come at every tier, from $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five. Notice is 30 days, and you leave with the account, the campaigns, and the creative. That is Amazon brand management.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year, and Phase 1 validates on 200 units and $5,000 to $10,000.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass. Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation, on the data layer our platform serves 15,000 sellers a month.

Where GlobalAMZ may be the right fit

Fit is not quality, and this section is about fit alone. The captured page is written in German throughout, so a brand that wants its Amazon account handled in German reads its own language there. Its expansion material states that international success on Amazon calls for a clear strategy and knowledge of the local market.

A seller who wants one of those six areas handled, rather than a whole account, can ask for it by name.

A brand we launched and run

Tiny Tinker makes toddler play and feeding products, and our Full Account Management team has carried its listings, advertising, inventory, and reporting for three years. The published headline figure is +41% year-over-year pace.

The outcome sentence reads: Three years in, the account runs ahead of last year on less ad spend, and the hero product moves 500+ units a month.

Growth on falling ad spend is what a target set by product stage buys.

How to test both of us

A seller with revenue puts it like this: I'm spending money on ads but don't know if it's working. Six stages, in writing, to every company on your list including mine. Each opens when the one before it clears its gate.

Stage The question to send The gate that opens the next stage
1. Target What ACoS do you target at launch, and at maturity? Two numbers, never one blended target
2. Reason Why those two numbers on my product? Velocity at launch, margin at maturity
3. Switch What moves the launch target to the maturity target? A trigger written as a metric
4. Owner Who reads that number weekly, and how many brands do they carry? A role and a ratio. Ours is about 1.4
5. Stop What makes you tell me to stop selling this product? The four signals, inside a 60 to 90 day window
6. Exit What comes with me when I leave, and on what notice? Account, campaigns, creative, notice in days

A general answer ends the sequence there. If Flapen does not clear all six, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

One agency writing about another is not evidence, so put the six stages in front of me too. The target that fits one stage stops fitting the next.

Stage What goes unsaid at that point The gate that lets you move on
1. The proposal One ACoS figure is quoted for the whole account A launch number and a maturity number, per product
2. Launch Aggressive spend is buying rank, and the report reads like a problem The stage named, and its target agreed before spend starts
3. Month three The launch target still runs on a product that already ranks The metric that switches the target
4. Maturity Efficiency reads as a win while unit sales slide ACoS, TACoS, and units in one weekly report

I kept pouring money into a product that was not working for three months, hoping the ads would turn around. They did not, and our four signals came out of that quarter.

GlobalAMZ alternatives

Four structures cover this purchase, and the structure decides more than the name on the invoice. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a monthly fee, and a specialist takes one function. An in-house hire moves the skill onto your payroll, and software leaves the work with you.
