Flapen cover for Amazing Agency vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: two Flapen operators counting a first modest inventory on a pallet

Amazing Agency publishes in Spanish and describes itself on its website as a growth infrastructure partner in Commerce Media, integrating media, artificial intelligence, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and first party data. Flapen employs 50 operators, launches brands from zero, and plans five traffic channels before a product goes live. Eight rows below compare both models.

The short version

  • Amazing Agency publishes its site in Spanish. Its headline states that it builds infrastructures integrating business, media, data, and strategy.
  • Its site carries an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner badge. The meta description dates that partner status to 2018.
  • The page names Amazon Marketing Cloud and first party data. Its service words include PPC, Sponsored ads, DSP, SEO, and A+ Content.
  • No fee appears on the captured page. As of September 2026 the price is a question you ask.
  • Flapen publishes five traffic channels and a price list. Most sellers arrive running two.

What Amazing Agency says it offers

Everything here comes from one page on amazingagency.io, captured on 5 September 2026. That site publishes in Spanish, and every translation below is mine.

The page title reads Amazing Agency, Growth Infrastructure Partner en Commerce Media. Its headline states that the company builds infrastructures which integrate business, media, data, and strategy, and turns them into real growth. Its meta description states that it integrates media, artificial intelligence, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and first party data into a single growth system.

Its site carries an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner badge, and that same description dates the partner status to 2018. The captured page states no year for the founding of the company.

Eight section headings organize the page. Two of them read from Amazon to Commerce Media, from campaigns to infrastructure, and first the data, then the decision. A third states that when the data is the strategy, the numbers show it.

Other headings introduce client words and state that the system the company is reflects how it thinks. One states that it thinks out loud about Commerce Media, and one states that the company was born for a market that did not yet exist.

Four headings put a question to the reader. They ask whether your growth infrastructure is performing at its maximum, whether you already have a data based growth infrastructure, and whether you want your brand to be the next success case. A fourth asks whether you are a builder, then invites a conversation.

Two blog headings sit in the same capture, one asking why the company has stopped talking about campaigns. The other states that Prime Day does not reward brands that improvise.

The page numbers its service blocks. Block 02 is titled Amazon Ads and PPC, and it names Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, while block 05 pairs SEO and content with artificial intelligence. Under that block sits a line naming catalog optimization, positioning, and brand authority.

A later block names Amazon Marketing Cloud, first party data, NTB, and LTV. The site also names Mexico.

No fee, no retainer, and no pricing model appears on that page as of September 2026.

What Flapen offers

Our operators work inside software we wrote for ads, marketing, and brand valuation. It reads the data layer 15,000 sellers a month use through our platform. Every repeated task becomes an SOP that trains the agents shipping next.

Traffic decides most accounts, and five channels carry it: organic, paid, promotions, influencer and creator, and off-channel. Most sellers run two, so we price the mix before a unit ships.

Fifty operators sit on our payroll in Abu Dhabi, sourcing in Guangzhou, creative in Dubai, nothing subcontracted. They carry about 70 brands by hand on all 50+ services at every tier, $800 to $2,400 a month.

Notice is 30 days, and you leave with the account, the campaigns, and the creative, which is Amazon brand management.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year and returns under 8%. The product is built 0.2 stars above the niche average.

Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000. Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% of them passing.

Where Amazing Agency may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states about itself, and none of this judges the work. The site publishes in Spanish, so a brand that wants its Amazon advertising handled in Spanish is reading a page in its own language. It also names Mexico.

A seller often opens with "I'm spending money on ads but don't know if it's working." That page names Amazon Marketing Cloud, first party data, NTB, and LTV, so a team wanting its advertising data in one place will find that focus stated.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. SnoreLessNow is an anti-snoring sleep brand that Flapen manages on Amazon and beyond, and our Full Account Management team looks after its listings, advertising, and inventory. The headline figure is TACoS 10.8% to 9.9%.

The outcome sentence reads: A multichannel sleep brand at six-figure weekly revenue. Ad efficiency improved while expanding into Walmart and the UK.

How to test both of us

Six questions, in writing, to everyone on your list including me. Full weight for a number or a name, half for a general answer, zero for silence.

The question to send Weight Full weight looks like
Which of the five traffic channels do you run? 25 Named channels, and the ones missing
What does each channel cost per order? 20 A cost per channel, not a blended number
Who works my account, and where? 15 Employed roles, named cities, subcontractors named
What is included at my price, and what is extra? 15 A service list and a fee model
What would make you tell me to stop a product? 15 Four signals read over 60 to 90 days
What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? 10 Account, campaigns, creative, notice in days

The sheet totals 100 points, and you set the pass mark. Mine would sit at 70. If Flapen misses your bar, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

A comparison page by one agency about another is not evidence, so put me on the same sheet. The first score reads answers, and answers cost nothing. Re-score the delivery at day 90 on the rows below.

What to re-score at day 90 Weight Full weight looks like
Channels live, out of five 40 Two added since day one, with a cost each
Who is on the account 35 The people who pitched, writing the weekly note
A written stop or scale call 25 One product named, four signals read, a date on it

Most retainers hold their price while the channel count stays at two. The gap between your two scores is what you renew on.

Amazing Agency alternatives

Four structures cover this purchase, and structure decides more than the name. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a fee, and a specialist takes one function, usually ads. An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, and a platform sells data while the doing stays with you.
