Velocity Agency presents itself on its website as an Amazon and eBay agency covering strategy, content, advertising, and reimbursement claims. Flapen employs 50 operators, sources and launches brands from zero, and publishes its price list. One site captures a service menu, the other a staffing ratio, so six written questions settle it.

The short version

  • Velocity Agency names two marketplaces. A heading names Amazon and eBay experts as of September 2026.
  • Five service headings organize the page. Amazon Strategy, Content Creation, Retail, Amazon Revenue Reclaim, and PPC.
  • No fee appears on the captured page. The number arrives on a call.
  • Flapen publishes attention as a ratio. 50 operators, about 70 brands, about 1.4 each.
  • Flapen sources, launches, then runs. Guangzhou sourcing, Dubai creative, nothing subcontracted.

What Velocity Agency says it offers

Everything below comes from the one page captured on velocityagency.co.uk on 5 September 2026. One page is the whole record here, so this account stays short on purpose.

Its own description opens on Amazon strategy and invites a seller to state the goal so the agency sorts it. It cites extensive experience of achieving sales velocity as the basis for guiding a seller to Amazon success. A second block pairs content creation with optimization, naming A+ premium and title optimization.

A third block is headed Exclusive Selling and breaks off mid sentence about taking the stress and hassle out. Headings at the top of the page read Award Winning Agency, Growth Strategy, The Retail Crew, and Amazon and eBay Experts. Lower ones name Amazon Strategy, Retail, Amazon Revenue Reclaim, PPC, eBay, About Us, and Make Contact.

One sentence states that the agency manages and continually optimizes Amazon advertising using sponsored placement PPC campaigns. Another states that it works directly with Amazon to identify potential reimbursement claims a seller might be eligible for. A third names a crew of experts in PPC, eBay, SEO, and creative, the closest it comes to naming who does the work.

A retail sentence states that it buys directly from a seller, holds stock, and owns FBA availability, retail pricing, promotions, and logistics end to end. A free brand audit sits beside a line about accelerating growth through advertising and marketing, called a holistic service. Two further headings read Taking Ecommerce Out of This World and Velocity Commerce.

No monthly fee, no contract term, and no notice period appears on that page as of September 2026. It states no partner badge, no founding year, and no brand count.

What Flapen offers

Five steps run every account we take on: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. Most sellers who write to me are stuck on one, so name yours before hiring anybody.

Our system sets a bar at each step. A market clears $2 million a year and returns under 8%. A product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average.

Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000. Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing.

Fifty operators carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 each, sourcing in Guangzhou, creative in Dubai. All 50+ services come at every tier, $800 to $2,400 a month, month to month on 30 days of notice, which is Amazon brand management. Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer behind our platform.

Where Velocity Agency may be the right fit

This section is about fit alone, and fit follows what a company states. Its site names eBay beside Amazon in a heading and again in its crew sentence, so a seller carrying both storefronts sees that scope stated.

A brand that prefers selling to a partner over running FBA itself reads its own model in that retail sentence. That block is headed Exclusive Selling.

A third heading, Amazon Revenue Reclaim, names reimbursement claims worked directly with Amazon. A seller sitting on years of FBA history and no claims filed has a reason to call.

A brand we launched and run

TuffTynz makes pouch storage cans and was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Flapen manages it on Amazon, creator campaigns included, and the headline figure is a 9.5x creator-ads return.

The outcome sentence reads: $575 of creator spend returned $5,492 in sales, holding daily orders steady against a category down 22% on search volume.

That is what Amazon FBA Launch buys.

How to test both of us

Sellers reach this page saying I don't have the profitability I expected. I sat on the buying side at BRANDED and Moonshot Brands across 60+ acquired brands, so send these six in writing, me included.

  1. Have you bought this service as a client? Done properly, what it cost and what it missed.
  2. Who touches my account, and on whose payroll? Done properly, roles, cities, and subcontractors.
  3. How many brands does that person carry? Done properly, a ratio. Ours is about 1.4.
  4. What is the fee, and what is billed on top? Done properly, one number, then its services.
  5. What makes you tell me to stop a product? Done properly, four signals over 60 to 90 days.
  6. What leaves with me on my last day? Done properly, account, campaigns, creative, notice in days.

If Flapen misses your bar on any of the six, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

One agency writing about another is not evidence, so run the list on me. Four things decided every agency year I paid for.

  1. The people who pitch rarely do the work. Done properly, the agreement names the operator assigned and their other brands.
  2. A service list says nothing about depth. Done properly, the proposal shows the data behind one recommendation.
  3. Nobody owns the decision to stop. I poured money into a dying product for three months hoping the ads would turn around.
  4. Exit terms get read last and matter first. Done properly, it names account, campaigns, and creative as yours.

Velocity Agency alternatives

Four shapes cover this purchase, and the shape decides more than the invoice. Full service puts one team on the channel for a fee, and a specialist takes one function. An in-house hire puts the skill on your payroll. A platform returns every task to you.
