Flapen cover for The Master Agency vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator marking milestones on a blank wall calendar at a sample table

The Master Agency publishes a single page naming Amazon, Walmart, social media, paid ads, and brand video, and that page carries no fee. Flapen staffs the account in-house at about 1.4 brands per operator and prints every tier price. Six written stages below test both models.

The short version

  • The Master Agency states its offer on one page. Its title names Amazon growth experts and its top heading is a mission statement.
  • The Master Agency lists five service blocks. Amazon, Walmart, social media, paid ads, and brand video, in that order.
  • No fee, no partner badge, and no founding year appear on it. You request the fee model.
  • Flapen prints a ratio, not a headcount. Fifty operators carry about 70 brands, 1.4 each.
  • Flapen sources, launches, then runs the brand. Guangzhou sourcing, Dubai creative, nothing subcontracted.

What The Master Agency says it offers

Everything here comes from one page on themaster.agency, captured 5 September 2026. The site publishes in English.

The page title names Amazon growth experts, and the heading at the top is a mission statement. The line beneath it states that the company leads brands to the digital frontier and works with brands looking to maximize Amazon and ecommerce sales. Its menu runs Welcome, Amazon, Walmart, Social Media, Paid Search, About Us, and Work With Us.

Five service blocks follow in a fixed order. The Amazon block names account, PPC, and strategy management, and the Walmart block beneath it names the same three for that marketplace. The social media block names account management for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

The last two name paid ads management and custom video creation, and each block ends in a link worded as an invitation to learn more.

A section headed Welcome to the Digital Frontier states that the ecommerce and digital advertising space is always and ever changing. A line there states that the company can guide a brand from first launch to the outer limits of advertising and marketplace presence.

Two client testimonials close the page, under an invitation to see what its clients have to say. A line inviting a visitor to follow the company sits last.

The word catalog appears in one testimonial rather than in a service block. No fee, no partner badge, and no founding year appears on the page as of September 2026.

What Flapen offers

We reject markets before we take clients. Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass. The rest lose on trajectory, returns, or too small a rating gap.

Fifty operators carry about 70 brands by hand, about 1.4 each, on our payroll, sourcing in Guangzhou, creative in Dubai. Every tier carries all 50+ services, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five.

You stay month to month on 30 days of notice and leave with the account, the campaigns, the creative, and a handover. That is Amazon brand management.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A product is built for 0.2 stars above the niche average, then Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5K to $10K. Our operators run accounts in software we built, on the data layer behind our platform.

Where The Master Agency may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states, and fit is not quality. Walmart gets a block of its own, naming account, PPC, and strategy management in the words the Amazon block uses. A seller carrying both storefronts reads one company writing to both.

The social media block names Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and custom video creation sits beside it. A brand that wants marketplace work and social channels in one place finds that scope stated.

A brand we launched and run

TuffTynz is one we launched and run, and its headline figure is a 9.5x return on creator ads.

The results page states: TuffTynz makes pouch storage cans, and Flapen manages the brand on Amazon, creator campaigns included.

The outcome sentence reads: $575 of creator spend returned $5,492 in sales, holding daily orders steady against a category down 22% on search volume.

How to test both of us

Sellers weighing an agency send me this: "My product is live but sales are not where they should be." They run $5K to $30K a month. Send these six stages to every candidate, me included.

Stage The question to send The gate that clears it
1. Attention How many brands does my manager carry? A number. Ours is about 1.4
2. Payroll Who touches my account, and who employs them? Roles, cities, and any vendor
3. Scope What sits outside the fee at my tier? A written list. Nothing sits outside ours
4. Research What is measured before you quote a market? Size, growth, returns, and the rating gap
5. Stopping What would make you tell me to stop a product? The four signals, over 60 to 90 days
6. Exit What leaves with me, and on what notice? Account, campaigns, creative, handover, notice in days

If Flapen misses a gate you set, hire someone else.

What most agencies will not tell you

This page is one agency writing about another, so hold the rows below against me. Three stages recur in this order on accounts I take over.

Stage What goes unsaid The gate before you fund the next stage
Week 1, audit Whoever writes the audit rarely runs the account The operator's name in writing, before invoice one
Month 1, handoff Your account joins a book whose size nobody quotes That operator's brand count, asked again each quarter
Month 6, ceiling A flat fee funds the staffing that fee supports A written trigger for adding a person

The number to watch is the brands your operator carries in month six.

The Master Agency alternatives

This purchase has four shapes, and the shape matters more than the invoice. Full service hands one team the whole account, and a specialist takes one function. An in-house hire puts the knowledge on your payroll, and a platform sells data.
