Flapen cover for Seller Candy vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen colleague holding a blank storyboard for the photographer

Seller Candy sells outsourced Seller Central work, priced on its site as of September 2026 as a monthly plan with unlimited tasks and cases. Flapen employs 50 operators who run about 70 brands end to end, and launches new brands from zero. One model takes the task list off your desk, and the other carries the account.

The short version

  • Seller Candy publishes an outsourcing model. Its home page title names outsourced Seller Central for Amazon FBA sellers and agencies.
  • Its plans are named around unlimited volume. Headings there read Unlimited Tasks, Requests, Cases, plus a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
  • One monthly figure sits on that page. A plan starts at $1997 a month with custom reporting included, as of September 2026.
  • Flapen publishes a sequence, not a task list. Five steps run in order, market to launch.
  • Everyone on a Flapen account is our employee. 50 operators, about 70 brands, Guangzhou sourcing, Dubai creative, nothing subcontracted.

What Seller Candy says it offers

Every sentence in this section comes from two pages on sellercandy.com, captured on 5 September 2026.

The home page title names the company as outsourced Seller Central and addresses two audiences, Amazon FBA sellers and agencies. Its meta description states that a seller never has to speak to Seller Support again. A heading on the same page repeats that promise about Amazon Seller Support. A second heading tells the reader to stop working in the business and start working on it.

Underneath those sit the terms of a plan. The page names everything Seller Central, fast turnaround, unlimited tasks, requests, and cases. It names communication in the app, by email, and over Zoom, and a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Two plans carry names on that page, Unlimited Seller and Unlimited Agency, under a heading stating there is a plan for whatever a seller needs. One price appears in the capture, a plan starting at $1997 a month with custom reporting included. The second plan card shows no figure on the page captured on 5 September 2026.

The services those pages name are account management, listings, catalog work, Seller Central operations, suspension, reinstatement, reimbursement, storefront, inventory, and audit. No founding year, no partner badge, and no office location appears on either page.

The second captured page is a free FBA fee calculator. Its title offers to map margins, and its description states that a seller can calculate Amazon FBA fees in seconds. It promises a breakdown of fulfillment, referral, and storage costs. The steps it publishes run in order: core product information, accurate dimensions and weight, the marketplace and fulfillment setup, optional cost inputs, then instant calculations.

Other headings on that page state that the calculator covers any Amazon marketplace, that it is made for power sellers and smart starters, and that guessing FBA fees is costing profit. One heading sets out the calculator limitations to keep in mind. The page answers its own questions on accuracy, on how often Amazon FBA fees change, on comparing FBA with FBM, and on bulk estimates from a spreadsheet. Europe is among the marketplaces those pages name, as of September 2026.

What Flapen offers

Market, product, traffic, plan, launch. Every brand we take on moves through those five steps in order, and our system publishes all five. A seller reading about outsourcing Seller Central is usually deep inside step five. The product is live, the cases stack up, and the decisions that move money wait for next week.

Step five reads four signals: rating trend, return rate, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost. When they do not turn inside 60 to 90 days, we stop the product instead of funding it. Step one refuses a market under $2 million a year. Step two builds for 0.2 stars above the niche average, and our science publishes the record behind both gates, 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing.

One team runs all five steps. Fifty operators carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 each, all of them our employees. Sourcing and quality control sit in our Guangzhou studio, photography and video in Dubai, engineering in Abu Dhabi. Nothing goes to a subcontractor.

All 50 plus services come at every tier, from $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, with no commission and no onboarding fee. The agreement runs month to month on 30 days of notice, and you leave holding the account, the campaigns, the creative, and a written handover. That is Amazon brand management.

Our operators work in software we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation, on the data layer 15,000 sellers a month use in our research tools. Every repeated task becomes an SOP that trains the agents shipping next.

Where Seller Candy may be the right fit

Match matters more here than any opinion of mine. Its title names agencies as well as sellers, so a company that already owns the strategy and wants the Seller Central queue off its desk is reading a page written to it. Its services name suspension, reinstatement, and reimbursement, the casework that eats an operations day. Its calculator page names Europe and covers any Amazon marketplace.

A brand we launched and run

Flapen's Amazon FBA service built and launched every store on flapen.com/results. Silver Aid is one, a pet wound care brand for dogs and horses. Its listings, advertising, and weekly reporting sit inside a Full Account Management membership. The headline figure is a 16.9% conversion rate.

The site puts the outcome in one sentence: Roughly double a typical category median conversion rate, with Amazon's Choice held on both the dog and horse gels.

How to test both of us

Send these six in writing to every company on your list, mine included. The middle column is what a complete answer contains.

Ask in writing Clears Leaves it open
Who does the work, and who employs them? Named roles, cities, payroll A team name, no employer
Where do sourcing and photography happen? Studios you can name and visit A partner network
How many brands does my manager carry? A number. Ours is about 1.4 A promise of attention
What is included at my price, and what gets quoted later? A list of services A plan name
What makes you tell me to stop selling a product? Named signals and a window. Ours is 60 to 90 days Reassurance
What do I keep on exit, and what notice do I owe? Account, campaigns, creative, handover, days Settled at the time

Six clears is a pass. Under five, keep looking. If Flapen does not clear your version of this test, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

Handing over the task list is not the same as handing over the decision. Cases get filed, listings get fixed, reimbursements land, and the account still loses money.

The numbers that decide profit were set upstream: what you sell, what it lands at, and what rating the niche will bear. Ask any provider, me first, which of those three it will own. An emptied queue is not a profit line moving.

Seller Candy alternatives

Four structures exist here, and structure decides more than the logo.

Full service puts one company on the whole account for a fee. A specialist takes one function, usually advertising or casework. An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll. A platform gives you the numbers and keeps the doing on your side of the desk.
