Flapen cover for Roicos vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator planning a launch budget with a printed timeline and a calculator

Roicos publishes in Spanish and describes itself on its website as an agency specialized in Amazon, marketplaces, and ecommerce. Its site carries an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner badge. Flapen employs 50 operators in-house, subcontracts nothing, and launches brands from zero, so six written questions separate the models.

The short version

  • Roicos publishes in Spanish. Its home page title translates as a digital marketing agency, experts in ecommerce and retail.
  • A partner badge sits there. Its site carries an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner badge, captured 5 September 2026.
  • One page holds the whole capture. No fee or percentage of spend appears on it.
  • Flapen employs everyone who touches the account. 50 operators, nothing subcontracted.
  • Flapen builds a brand before it runs one. Guangzhou sourcing, Dubai creative, in-house tech.

What Roicos says it offers

Everything here comes from one page, the home page of roicos.com, captured 5 September 2026. It publishes in Spanish, so every line below is my translation.

Its page title reads as a digital marketing agency with experts in ecommerce and retail. The description under it states an agency specialized in Amazon, marketplaces, and ecommerce that builds unique 360 degree strategies for each brand. The headline translates as we sell more for brands that already sell online.

The first heading states that this is not a normal agency. The line puns on the Spanish word for agency, folding the letters for artificial intelligence into it. Two headings follow, reading as five fronts, one system, and a method that orders the work.

The next heading translates as where we already sell, and Walmart and eBay sit among the marketplace names under it. A heading after that reads as results with a name, a logo, and a figure, though the capture holds none.

Later headings gather client comments and its retail experts. Three blog titles follow, on Google Ads reporting and on selling on Amazon. A band near the end states that more than 400 brands have increased their Amazon sales with it.

Its subheads set out a pipeline: data ingestion, processing with its own models, and senior human validation. Four more name SEO, Paid Media, Marketing Automation, and Business Analytics, and a fifth names Amazon. Three closing subheads read as sector analysis, brand presence online, and long term retention.

Its Amazon menu names a service that sells for you, covering stock, catalog, logistics, and ads. Under visibility it names Amazon SEO for listing optimization and a Brand Store, described as your brand store designed to measure. A+ Content sits beside them, described as pages that raise conversion.

Its advertising lines name Amazon Ads with Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, then Amazon DSP for new customers off Amazon. Prime Video Ads sits beside them, read as advertising on Prime Video and Twitch. One line names Rufus and Alexa for Shopping, so the shopping assistant recommends your listing.

Away from Amazon the menu names SEO, SEM, and social ads carrying PPC, and its resources name a podcast, a newsletter, YouTube, and TikTok.

No fee, retainer, or percentage of spend appears on that page as of September 2026. It states no founding year, no contract length, and nothing about what a seller keeps at the end.

What Flapen offers

Five steps stand between a product idea and a profitable brand: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. Most sellers who write to me are stuck on step three, buying traffic in a market step one rejects.

Our system runs those steps in order, and a market clears $2 million a year with returns under 8%. Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Everyone who touches your account sits on our payroll, and nothing is subcontracted. Fifty operators run about 70 brands by hand, about 1.4 each, with sourcing in Guangzhou and creative in Dubai. That is Amazon brand management.

All 50+ services come at every tier, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five. You run month to month on 30 days of notice and keep the account, the campaigns, and the creative.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass. The work runs on software we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer our platform serves 15,000 sellers a month.

Where Roicos may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states it sells, and this section is fit alone. Its site names Walmart and eBay among the marketplaces where it already sells, so a seller carrying several storefronts sees that scope stated. Prime Video Ads and Amazon DSP sit there too, which suits a budget large enough for display.

The Amazon Ads Advanced Partner badge points the same way for a brand buying ads first.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. TuffTynz makes pouch storage cans, and Flapen manages the brand on Amazon, creator campaigns included. The headline figure is 9.5x creator ads return.

The outcome sentence reads: $575 of creator spend returned $5,492 in sales, holding daily orders steady against a category down 22% on search volume.

How to test both of us

Sellers write to me in the same words: I'm spending money on ads but don't know if it's working. Send these six questions to everyone on your list, mine included.

The failure, costliest first The question that finds it A full answer
Work goes to a subcontractor Who does the work, and where? Employed roles, named cities
The market was never sized What is this market worth a year? A figure and a floor
Attention split across accounts How many brands does my manager carry? A ratio. Ours is about 1.4
Nobody owns the stop decision What makes you stop a product? Four signals, 60 to 90 days
The fee is a package name Flat fee or tied to ad spend? A number, then the services
Exit terms read on the way out What do I keep, and on what notice? Account, campaigns, creative

Score a named number as an answer, a general assurance as nothing. If Flapen misses your bar, hire someone else.

What most agencies will not tell you

I sell the thing this page compares, so score the answers, not my adjectives. These four cost more than any line in a scope.

What goes wrong What it costs The signal in month one
Work moves to a subcontractor Ad calls by people you never meet No city or role in the proposal
The stop decision has no owner Cash in a product that ended in month four Reports rank spend, not calls
The fee buys a package name An invoice for work you assumed included Tiers priced, not tasks
Exit terms are unwritten A quarter rebuilding campaigns Access granted, ownership never

I funded a product for three months while the numbers said stop, hoping the ads would turn. That quarter produced Scale / Fix / Kill and the Kill Criteria.

Roicos alternatives

Four shapes cover this purchase. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a monthly fee, and a specialist takes one function, usually ads. An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, and a platform leaves the work to you.
