PrimeUp publishes in German and describes itself on its website as an agency for Amazon marketing, retail media, and marketplace business. Flapen employs 50 operators, launches brands from zero, and publishes tiers from $800 a month. Six questions and one piece of arithmetic separate the two models.
The short version
- PrimeUp publishes its home page in German. The title translates as agency for Amazon marketing and marketplace business.

- Flapen publishes the tier and what it includes. $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five.
What PrimeUp says it offers
Everything in this section comes from one page on primeup.de, captured on 5 September 2026. That page is in German, and the lines below are my translation of its own words. Where it speaks to the reader directly, the translation reads your.
The page title translates as agency for Amazon marketing and marketplace business, and the headline adds retail media. Its meta description states that the company's Amazon marketing agency expertise generates more revenue and customers for you through optimization.
One heading translates as our services as a marketing agency for Amazon and ecommerce. The headings under it name Advertising and Retail Media, consulting for Amazon business, strategy, Prime Video advertising, content design, internationalization, marketplace management, and SEO. A further heading names Marketing Technology Pulse.
The services run in the same navigation names Amazon DSP, Amazon PPC, and retail media. Marketplace management is named for more than one marketplace, Amazon and eBay among them. That list is the site's own, as of September 2026.
One captured sentence translates as this: in the jungle of marketplaces and retail media platforms it takes more than smart product photos and Sponsored Ads.
The page carries a news section of its own. One headline translates as from Prime TV to display, Amazon DSP now accessible without entry hurdles. A second covers Amazon Vendor Central terminations.
A third headline announces the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, and two headings translate as PrimeUp in the press and news and insights. The closing heading translates as use your full potential on Amazon now. No fee, retainer, percentage, partner badge, or founding year appears on the page.
What Flapen offers
Five steps stand between a product idea and a brand that pays you: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. Most sellers who write to me are stuck on step three, traffic. Our system sets a bar on every step, and nothing moves until it clears.
A market clears $2 million a year before we quote it. A product is built for 0.2 stars above the niche average.
Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000. Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing.
Fifty operators carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 each, all on our payroll, with sourcing in Guangzhou and creative in Dubai. Every tier carries all 50+ services, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five.
You leave on 30 days of notice with everything in the account. That is Amazon brand management.
Our operators work inside tools we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation, on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month.

Where PrimeUp may be the right fit
Fit follows what a site states it works on. The captured page is German from the title down. A brand selling into Germany that wants its account discussed in German sees a company already working in that language.
Its headings name internationalization and marketplace management for Amazon and eBay. A news post there addresses Amazon Vendor Central terminations, so a brand supplying Amazon as a vendor sees the subject covered.
A brand we launched and run
Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Grady's Pitching School sells baseball training equipment on Amazon, and Flapen runs the account for them. The headline figure is +30% year over year.
The outcome sentence reads: Untangling self-competing ad campaigns cut ACoS five points while sales rose 20% and held three months over profit target.
Campaigns bidding against each other never surface in one blended number, so an operator sits in the account every week.
How to test both of us
Most of these conversations open on one sentence: I'm spending money on ads but don't know if it's working. So run the arithmetic before anyone quotes a fee.
ACoS is ad spend divided by the sales those ads produced. Write two from last month, one for a product launched this year and one two years old. If both match, one target covers two stages.
Price the management the same way.
| Products managed | Flapen tier a month | Cost per product |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $800 | $800 |
| 2 | $1,150 | $575 |
| 3 | $1,500 | $500 |
| 4 | $1,950 | $487.50 |
| 5 | $2,400 | $480 |
Published tiers divided by their product count.
Then send six questions in writing, me included.
- What is my ACoS target at launch, and at maturity?
- Which report shows both numbers separately?
- What does one product cost me a month?
- Is the fee flat or tied to my ad spend?
- Who employs my account team, and where?
- What do I keep on exit, and on what notice?
Ours are two targets by stage, a flat tier, and 30 days. If Flapen does not clear your test, do not hire us.
What most agencies will not tell you
A comparison page by one agency about another is not evidence, so price the claims.
One ACoS number across a portfolio underfeeds the launch and overfeeds the mature product, and both errors leave through the ad account. Split last month's spend by product age, read each half against its sales, and the gap is the error.
A fee written as a share of ad spend rises with the spend that recommends it. Multiply your spend by the share your contract states, then set it beside the tiers above.
| The unpriced line | What it costs a month | Where you read it |
|---|---|---|
| One target for every stage | spend the wrong half absorbs | spend split by product age |
| A fee tied to ad spend | your spend times the stated share | the fee clause |
| A stop decision nobody owns | budget past the window | four signals over 60 to 90 days |
Costs a seller absorbs without a line item, on our published figures.
So ask for the two ACoS numbers before you ask for the price.
PrimeUp alternatives
Four structures compete for this budget, and the structure decides more than the logo. Full service owns the account end to end for one fee, and a specialist owns one function. An in-house hire puts the skill on your payroll, and a platform hands you data while the work stays yours.
