Flapen cover for Prime Guidance vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator drawing a five-step path on a whiteboard for the team

Prime Guidance publishes a four step process and states on its website that its advisors work toward a self-sufficient seller on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. Flapen runs the account itself with 50 operators in-house, and the majority of our brands are profitable inside their first year. Six weighted questions separate the models.

The short version

  • Prime Guidance publishes a four step process. Strategize, Analyze, Learn, and Grow sit on its site as numbered headings.
  • The stated aim is a self-sufficient seller. Its site names on-site workshops and training, consulting, coaching, and interim management.
  • Full account management sits on the same list. Its site names it beside account creation and setup.
  • No fee appears on the captured page. It offers a free 30 minute consultation and listing audit as of September 2026.
  • Flapen publishes one outcome. The majority of the brands we run are profitable inside their first year.

What Prime Guidance says it offers

Everything in this section comes from the single primeguidance.com page captured on 5 September 2026. Its title reads Marketplace Consultants, Walmart, eBay, Amazon Consulting. The meta description states that its advisors help a seller become self-sufficient and successful on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and various other marketplaces.

A heading over the service list reads Prime Guidance Services, and a section headed Our Process publishes four numbered steps: Strategize, Analyze, Learn, and Grow. Those words also run across the top of the page as Strategize, Review, Learn, Grow. Further headings state that time is money and that a seller can power their own marketplace business.

Six groups organize the offer as that page arranges it. Coaching and Strategy Services names account audits, on-site workshops and training, consulting, coaching, and interim management, plus expansion into domestic and international marketplaces. Product Optimization and Content Creation names product page optimizations, keyword research, brand store design, video creation, and content creation including A+ content and infographics.

Business Operations names software selection and configuration, channel control enforcement, inbound and outbound ecommerce logistics configuration, and a 1P to 3P transition. Traffic Generation names external traffic generation beside launch services and ranking improvements. Account Management names full account management and account creation and setup.

Account Health names category ungating, account and product reinstatements, and brand registry with private label brand development. Another heading states that the page holds everything a seller needs to grow a marketplace like Walmart and eBay. Testimonials and an As Seen On section sit near the foot of it.

The contact block offers a free 30 minute consultation and listing audit as of September 2026. A line beside it states that a seller receives a customized recommendation for optimal profits. No fee, no partner badge, and no founding year appears on that page.

What Flapen offers

You are a year in, the ads run daily, and the planned profit has not arrived. The majority of the brands we run are profitable inside their first year, the outcome to hold anyone to.

Fifty operators on our payroll carry about 70 brands between them, about 1.4 each, nothing subcontracted. Sourcing sits in our Guangzhou studio, creative in our Dubai studio. Every tier carries all 50+ services, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five.

You stay month to month on 30 days of notice and keep the account, campaigns, and creative. That is Amazon brand management.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year and returns under 8%. The product is built 0.2 stars above the niche average.

Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing. Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer our platform serves 15,000 sellers a month.

Where Prime Guidance may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states it focuses on, and this section is about fit alone. Its site states that its advisors work toward a self-sufficient seller.

An owner who wants the knowledge on their own team is reading a scope written for that. On-site workshops and training, consulting, coaching, and interim management are named on the same list.

Walmart and eBay sit beside Amazon in the page title itself. A seller carrying more than one marketplace, or moving from 1P to 3P, will find those situations named in writing.

A brand we launched and run

Silver Aid sells pet wound care for dogs and horses, one of the stores built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Its headline figure is a 16.9% conversion rate.

The outcome sentence reads: Roughly double a typical category median conversion rate, with Amazon's Choice held on both the dog and horse gels.

A profitable first year is won at the listing, not in the ad account. That is what Amazon FBA Launch settles.

How to test both of us

"I don't have the profitability I expected." Send these six questions in writing to every company on your list, mine included.

The question to send Weight Full weight looks like
What share of your brands were profitable in year one? 25 A share, a period, a definition
Who does the work, and where? 20 Employed roles, named cities
How many brands does that person carry? 15 A ratio. Ours is about 1.4
What is included, and what is extra? 15 Services listed, not a package
What would make you tell me to stop? 15 Four signals, read over 60 to 90 days
What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? 10 Account, campaigns, creative, days

Full weight for a specific answer, half for a general one, zero for a refusal. Set the pass mark before the answers arrive. Seventy out of 100 is a fair line.

If Flapen does not clear your test, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

A comparison page by one agency about another is not evidence, so score the account, not my adjectives. Most of what decides a profitable first year is settled before an agency touches the listing. Score your brand out of 100 below.

What decides a profitable first year Weight Full weight looks like
Market size and growth 35 $2 million a year, growing
Landed cost and margin after fees 30 A margin surviving freight and returns
Conversion rate on the listing 20 At or above the category median
Ad efficiency by product stage 15 A launch target and a maturity one

Three of those lines were settled before an agency arrived. So a brand scoring 40 needs a decision reversed, not an ad rebuild.

Prime Guidance alternatives

Four shapes exist here, and shape matters more than the logo. Full service puts one team on the account for a fee.

A specialist owns one function, usually advertising. A hire puts the knowledge on your payroll and the managing on you. A software subscription hands over data and leaves the work where it sat.
