Flapen cover for IZC Media vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator marking milestones on a blank wall calendar at a sample table

IZC Media describes itself on its website as an Amazon PPC agency, and it states that its account managers are based in New York City. Flapen employs 50 operators in Abu Dhabi, Guangzhou, and Dubai, subcontracts nothing, and launches brands from zero before running them. Six written questions decide which of the two models fits your account.

The short version

  • IZC Media publishes an Amazon PPC scope. Its page title names ACOS and TACoS optimization, as of September 2026.
  • It states where the people sit. Its site states its account managers are based in New York City and work exclusively on your account.
  • No rate appears on the captured page. The dollar bands there describe sales and ad spend as of September 2026.
  • Flapen employs everyone who touches an account. 50 operators, about 70 brands, nothing subcontracted.
  • Flapen publishes the price list. $800 a month for one product up to $2,400 for five.

What IZC Media says it offers

Everything in this section comes from one page on izcmediagroup.com, captured on 5 September 2026.

The page title reads Amazon PPC agency, with ACOS and TACoS optimization beside it. Its meta description states that it helps sellers lower ACOS, control TACoS, and scale profitably with structured, data-driven ad management. The headline underneath reads as an Amazon PPC agency for scalable and profitable growth.

Its site states that its account managers are based in New York City and work exclusively on your account, adding personalized service and local expertise. A card on that page is headed as a New York City based Amazon PPC agency. Another card states no contracts and no commitments.

A section headed how it works numbers four stages, as of September 2026: reach out, discovery call, audit and proposal, and execution and growth.

Its navigation names Amazon PPC Management, Amazon Profitability Management, and Amazon PPC Audit, with location pages for New York and Manhattan. Its targeted PPC campaigns card states that it builds and optimizes campaigns on high-intent keywords across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Other cards name custom strategy development, real-time optimization, instant communication, and reporting software.

Another section, headed what you get, guaranteed, lists focused strategy, lower ACOS, higher ad sales, fast answers, full control, and a custom solution.

Three dollar bands sit on that page as of September 2026. One states that it has handled over $440M in Amazon PPC sales in 2024. The other two state a rise from $15K to $350K a month across eight months, and $983,463.55 in sales from $234,549.66 of ad spend.

Those bands describe sales and ad spend, so not one of them states a rate. No monthly fee, no partner badge, no founding year, and no marketplace outside Amazon appears there.

What Flapen offers

I hired Amazon agencies for years before I staffed one. At BRANDED and Moonshot Brands I ran data and technology over 60+ acquired brands. No vendor deck ever answered who, exactly, sat inside the account.

So we employ everyone who touches one. Fifty operators carry about 70 brands between them, about 1.4 each, with nothing subcontracted. Sourcing sits in our Guangzhou studio and creative in our Dubai studio.

All 50+ services come at every tier, from $800 a month on one product to $2,400 on five. Amazon brand management is month to month on 30 days of notice, and you leave with the account, the campaigns, and the creative.

Our system publishes five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year or we do not quote it. The product is built for 0.2 stars above the niche average.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass.

Our engineers build the ad, marketing, and valuation tools our operators work inside, on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month.

Where IZC Media may be the right fit

Fit is a question about stated focus, not about quality. Sellers write to me saying I'm spending money on ads but don't know if it's working. IZC Media states an Amazon PPC scope, with ACOS and TACoS optimization in its page title as of September 2026.

A brand whose listings, sourcing, and creative are handled already, and that wants the ad account worked alone, matches what the page describes. Its stated stance against contracts suits a buyer who wants one quarter of evidence first. Buyers who want calls inside United States business hours have the location stated for them.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Purefiz sells water testing instruments on Amazon, where Flapen manages the account and its growing subscription base. The headline figure is 157 active subscriptions.

The outcome sentence reads: A broad testing range with the portfolio's only recurring-revenue base, plus 1,014 extra orders from tier discounts.

How to test both of us

Six questions, in writing, to every company on your list including mine. The first decides what the rest are worth.

  1. Who employs the people on my account, and where do they sit? Complete names roles, cities, and every subcontractor.
  2. How many other brands does that person carry? Complete is a number, and ours is about 1.4.
  3. What is included at the tier I would pay for? Complete is a service list beside a monthly figure.
  4. Is the fee flat, a share of sales, or a share of ad spend? Complete is the rate in writing before the call ends.
  5. What would make you tell me to stop selling a product? Complete names four signals read over 60 to 90 days.
  6. What do I keep on the day I leave, and on what notice? Complete names the account, campaigns, creative, and a notice in days.

Count only answers that name a person, a place, or a number. If Flapen does not clear your checklist, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

A comparison page by one agency about another proves nothing, so read the agreement instead.

  1. In-house and dedicated are not the same as employed. In writing, that means every subcontractor named with its country.
  2. Attention has a cap and it is rarely written down. Done properly, the agreement states how many accounts your manager carries.
  3. A published scale figure is not a published rate. A complete proposal puts the monthly number beside the service list.
  4. The stop decision needs an owner before it needs a dashboard. Assigned properly, one person owns that call over a set window.

IZC Media alternatives

Four structures cover this purchase, and structure decides more than the name on the invoice. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a fee, and a specialist takes one function, usually the ad account.

An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, and a platform sells the data and leaves the work to you.
