Flapen cover for Fluid Commerce vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator drawing a five-step path on a whiteboard for the team

Fluid Commerce describes itself on its website as a specialist B2B ecommerce agency for Adobe Commerce, Magento, Hyvä, and Shopify. Amazon is not named on the page captured on 5 September 2026. Flapen employs 50 operators who run about 70 Amazon brands by hand, and the eight questions below separate the two models.

The short version

  • Fluid Commerce writes to B2B sellers. Its headline names manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and suppliers, as of September 2026.
  • The platforms it names are storefront platforms. Adobe Commerce, Magento, Hyvä, and Shopify head its title.
  • One captured page, and no fee on it. Neither Amazon, nor a retainer, nor a badge appears.
  • Flapen publishes attention as a ratio. Fifty operators carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 each.
  • Flapen sources, launches, then runs it. Guangzhou handles sourcing and quality control, Dubai the creative.

What Fluid Commerce says it offers

Everything in this section comes from one page on fluidcommerce.co.uk, captured on 5 September 2026. The page title names a B2B ecommerce agency and lists Adobe Commerce, Magento, Shopify, and Hyvä. Its meta description repeats that specialist B2B framing and adds a line about being by your side, guiding the way.

The first headline offers an ecommerce agency for manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, suppliers, and direct to consumer. A second headline sets the four platforms in a row of their own. A third asks what makes Fluid different, as of September 2026.

The sections beneath name ecommerce websites and B2B customer portals, and separately ecommerce marketing. One names Portal, described there as a ready made B2B feature platform for Magento. Others carry a portfolio, client quotes, a blog, and a line about being fussy over the company it keeps.

The service terms captured on that page include PPC, SEO, launch, and Shopify, with wholesale carried in the audience line. Its marketplace signals are Shopify and the United Kingdom, and two subheadings name a Manchester HQ and London. A repeated section invites the reader to add Fluid to the mix, and a free discovery call is offered.

The absences count as much as the headings. No fee, no retainer, no partner badge, and no founding year appears on that page as of September 2026. Who performs the work, how many clients each person carries, and what you keep on exit are absent as well.

What Flapen offers

The number that decides your account is not agency size, it is how many brands share one operator. Ours is about 1.4, published because attention cannot be audited after signing.

Our Abu Dhabi payroll carries 50 operators and about 70 brands. Sourcing and quality control run from Guangzhou, creative from Dubai, and nothing is subcontracted.

Every tier carries all 50+ services, so one product is $800 a month and five are $2,400. You run month to month on 30 days of notice and keep the account, the campaigns, and the creative. That is Amazon brand management.

The five steps at our system are market, product, traffic, plan, and launch. A market clears $2 million a year and returns under 8%, and Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Our science held 193,753 scored niches at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing. Operators work inside tools we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation, on the data layer our platform serves 15,000 sellers a month.

Where Fluid Commerce may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states it focuses on, and this is about fit alone. Fluid Commerce names manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and suppliers in its headline, so a trade seller shipping to accounts is reading a page written to it.

That page also names Portal, a ready made B2B feature platform for Magento, so a company already on Magento or Hyvä sees its stack addressed. A Manchester HQ and London sit in its subheadings, which suits a buyer wanting meetings in UK hours.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Grady's Pitching School sells baseball training equipment, and the headline figure on its results page is +30% year over year.

The outcome sentence reads: Untangling self-competing ad campaigns cut ACoS five points while sales rose 20% and held three months over profit target.

One owner for the whole ad account is what Amazon FBA Launch buys.

How to test both of us

Send these six in writing to everyone on your list, mine included.

  1. Who works on my account, and where do they sit? Done properly names roles, cities, and any subcontractor.
  2. How many other brands does that person carry? Done properly is a ratio, not a headcount. Ours is about 1.4.
  3. Which stages leave the building? Done properly names an owner for sourcing, inspection, photography, and software.
  4. What is included at my tier, and what costs extra? Done properly is a service list and a number.
  5. What ends a product for you? Done properly is four named signals read over 60 to 90 days.
  6. What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? Done properly is the account, the campaigns, the creative, and notice in days.

Run the same six on us, and do not hire us if Flapen misses items.

What most agencies will not tell you

This page comes from an interested party, so score the checklist instead.

  1. The name on the contract is often not the name doing the work. Done properly names every subcontractor in writing.
  2. A storefront build and a marketplace account want different hands. Done properly is one named owner per channel.
  3. Your share of attention changes the month after you sign. Done properly is that ratio in writing, rechecked at 90 days.
  4. Sourcing sits inside the fee or outside it. Done properly names the inspector and who pays for a reject.

Fluid Commerce alternatives

Four structures cover this purchase, and structure decides more than the name on the invoice. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a monthly fee, and a specialist takes one function.

An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, recruiting risk attached. A platform sells you data and leaves the doing to you.
