Flapen cover for Ecomcy vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: two Flapen operators counting a first modest inventory on a pallet

Ecomcy describes itself on its website as a full Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok brand management agency, with PPC and account management on its home page. Flapen employs 50 operators, sources and launches brands from zero, and publishes a price list. Six written questions separate the two models.

The short version

  • Ecomcy states a full service scope across three storefronts. Its home page names Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop as of September 2026.
  • Its site carries a Verified Partner badge. Headings beside it read Amazon Service Provider and TikTok Agency Marketing Partner.
  • No fee appears on the captured page. Its dollar figures sit in a band headed Us in Numbers.
  • Flapen publishes what a year costs. $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five.
  • Flapen sources, launches, then runs the brand. Guangzhou sourcing, Dubai creative, nothing subcontracted.

What Ecomcy says it offers

Everything in this section comes from the ecomcy.com home page, captured on 5 September 2026.

The page title reads Ecomcy, a full Amazon, Walmart and Tiktok brand management agency. Its meta description states that it helps brands grow on Amazon, TikTok, and Walmart with account management, product optimization, PPC advertising, and e-commerce consulting services. The headline above that states it makes brands unstoppable.

A heading near the top reads Amazon Verified Partner, and its site carries a Verified Partner badge. A Service Provider Network badge sits with it, and two headings beside them read Amazon Service Provider and TikTok Agency Marketing Partner.

Its service headings name Amazon PPC Advertising Management, Amazon Full Service Management, and Amazon DSP and AMC Management. One states that its full service management is end-to-end account management covering everything from listings to ads. A band headed Our Expertise adds Amazon Listing Optimization and Amazon Product Launch.

A second column names the other retailer: Walmart Seller Management, Walmart PPC, Walmart DSP, and Walmart Creative Services. TikTok Shop Full Service and Brand Management sits under those. A call to action on the same page offers a free audit as of September 2026.

Lower down, a heading states it is helping more than one thousand brands grow, above a band headed Us in Numbers. Other headings there read Our Trusted Clients and Our Team Is Fully Certified.

No monthly fee, no rate card, no contract term, and no founding year appears on that page as of September 2026.

What Flapen offers

I ran data and technology at BRANDED and Moonshot Brands, auditing and scaling 60+ acquired brands at $5M to $10M each. Not one agency proposal I read priced the work by who would do it.

So we publish that line first. Fifty of us on payroll run about 70 brands by hand, about 1.4 each. Sourcing and quality control sit in Guangzhou, creative in Dubai.

Every tier of Amazon brand management carries all 50+ services, from $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five. Thirty days of notice ends it, and the account, the campaigns, and the creative stay yours.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year and holds returns under 8%, or we do not quote it. Phase 1 validates on 200 units and $5,000 to $10,000.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing. Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer our platform serves 15,000 sellers a month.

Where Ecomcy may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company puts on its own page, and fit is not quality. Ecomcy names Walmart Seller Management, Walmart PPC, Walmart DSP, and Walmart Creative Services, so a seller carrying two retailers sees that scope stated. TikTok Shop brand management sits in the same navigation.

A partner badge matters to some buyers, and its site carries one as of September 2026. The free audit on that page is one way to hear how a company reads your account.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Silver Aid sells pet wound care for dogs and horses, with Flapen managing the brand on Amazon.

The headline figure is a 16.9% conversion rate. The outcome sentence reads: Roughly double a typical category median conversion rate, with Amazon's Choice held on both the dog and horse gels.

How to test both of us

Sellers write to me saying I'm spending money on ads but don't know if it's working. Send these six in writing to every company on the list.

The question to send A complete answer
What is the fee, and what is billed on top? One number, then its services
Which figure on your site is a price? A rate, not a result
Who works my account, on whose payroll? Named roles and named places
How many brands does that person carry? A ratio. About 1.4 here
What makes you tell me to stop spending? Four signals, over 60 to 90 days
What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? Account, campaigns, creative, notice in days

Then price the answers. Management at $800 a month is $9,600 over a year, and the ad floor we recommend adds $1,000. Jungle Scout 2025 puts 30% of small and medium sellers at margins of 11 to 20%.

The line The number
Management, one product $800 a month
Ad floor we recommend $1,000 a month
Committed cost over a year $21,600
Added sales at a 20% margin $108,000
Added sales at an 11% margin about $196,000

If Flapen does not clear this test, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

A comparison page by one agency about another is not evidence, so price the models instead.

Put a 5% share of sales against a store doing $30,000 a month, and the work bills $1,500. Double the store and the same work bills $3,000, while a flat fee stays put.

The line Share of sales at 5% Flat fee, one product
Store at $30,000 a month $1,500 $800
Store at $60,000 a month $3,000 $800
Twelve months at $60,000 $36,000 $9,600

Growth is what you paid for, and a percentage charges you for it twice.

Ecomcy alternatives

Four shapes exist for this spend, and the shape matters more than the name on the contract. A full-service agency owns the whole account for a fee, and a specialist owns one function, usually advertising.

An employee brings the work onto your payroll at a salary. A software subscription hands you numbers and leaves the tasks with you.
