Flapen cover for Dobby Ads vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: two Flapen operators counting a first modest inventory on a pallet

Dobby Ads titles itself an AI creative agency for Amazon and e-commerce brands, naming product images, A+ content, video, and 3D renders on its website. Flapen employs 50 operators who run the whole account, source in Guangzhou, and shoot in Dubai. Creative scope against account scope is the structural difference here.

The short version

  • Dobby Ads states a creative scope. Its site names product images, A+ content, listing assets, and storefronts for Amazon, Shopify, and DTC.
  • Its process is published as four named steps. Raw Product Assets, AI Pipeline, Creative Direction, and Final Output head the page.
  • Human creative directors close that process. Its site states they refine the strongest concepts for brand precision and platform compliance.
  • No fee appears on the captured page. As of September 2026 the pricing model is on request.
  • Flapen employs every hand on your account. 50 operators, about 1.4 brands each, nothing subcontracted.

What Dobby Ads says it offers

Everything in this section comes from one page on dobbyads.com, captured on 5 September 2026.

Its page title names the company an AI creative agency for e-commerce. The meta description calls it an award-winning AI creative agency and lists listing images, A+ Content, video, 3D renders, and branding. That same description states 450+ brands served.

Under Services, its eCommerce Creative line names product images, A+ content, listing assets, and storefronts for Amazon, Shopify, and DTC. A Video and Commercials line names brand films, UGC-style content, social video, and TV-ready commercials. An Animation and 3D line names 3D renders and product animations.

Four headings carry the process in order: Raw Product Assets, AI Pipeline, Creative Direction, and Final Output. Four more name Category Research, Creative Generation, Performance Validation, and Rapid Delivery. Under Category Research, its site states the competitive field is examined before any design begins.

Under Performance Validation, its site names visual attention mapping and click prediction. At Creative Direction, its site states that human creative directors select and refine the strongest concepts for brand precision and platform compliance. One heading states that AI does the heavy lifting while its creative directors do the thinking.

Its own questions cover its services, how it uses AI in its creative process, and how long a typical project takes. One asks why a seller cannot use AI-generated images directly, and the answer is that direct AI output tends to look generically AI. It names oversaturated colors, lighting that misses real product photography, and plastic-looking textures.

Its site states it has been recognized every year since 2022. No fee, rate, or partner badge appears on that page as of September 2026.

What Flapen offers

Five steps run in order: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. Most sellers who write to me are stuck on one step while paying for work from another. Sharper images cannot rescue a market that was never sized.

Our system publishes those steps, each with a bar. A market clears $2 million a year and returns under 8%, or we do not quote it. The product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average.

Step five puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000. Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass.

Fifty operators sit on our payroll, carry about 70 brands between them, and subcontract nothing. Sourcing and quality control run from our Guangzhou studio, creative from our Dubai studio. So the operator who retouches an image answers for the conversion rate.

Every tier carries all 50+ services, from $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five. You stay month to month on 30 days of notice and keep the account, the campaigns, and the creative. That is Amazon brand management.

Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation. Those tools run on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month.

Where Dobby Ads may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states it focuses on, and this section reads fit alone. Dobby Ads names product images, A+ content, listing assets, and storefronts for Amazon, Shopify, and DTC on one page. A brand with the account already covered, wanting the imagery redone, sees that job named.

Its site also names brand films, UGC-style content, social video, and TV-ready commercials, with Rapid Delivery as a heading of its own.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Grady's Pitching School sells baseball training equipment on Amazon, and Flapen runs the account for them. The headline figure is +30% year over year.

The outcome sentence reads: Untangling self-competing ad campaigns cut ACoS five points while sales rose 20% and held three months over profit target.

The images, the ad account, and the weekly report sit with one team, which is what Amazon FBA Launch buys.

How to test both of us

Sellers reach this page saying I don't have the profitability I expected. Put the third column in writing to every company you weigh, mine included.

What you are seeing What usually sits under it Who owns the fix, and what to ask
Nobody can name who touched the listing The work went to a subcontractor The agency. Ask which roles, in which city
Images arrive when they arrive Creative is bought in per job The agency. Ask if the studio is staff
Ads and stock pull against each other Two suppliers own two halves The agency. Ask if one team owns both
New images live, conversion flat The market sets the ceiling, not the creative You. Ask what this market is worth a year
Nobody has said to stop a product The stop decision has no owner The agency. Ask the four signals and the window
The invoice grows with ad spend The fee tracks spend, not work You. Ask if the fee is flat

A specific answer scores, a general one does not. If Flapen misses the bar you set, hire someone else.

What most agencies will not tell you

A page by one agency about another is not evidence, so read the columns rather than my adjectives. Three symptoms show up before anyone signs.

What you see before signing What sits under it Who has to fix it
A named lead on the call, other names on the work The account is staffed after signing Whoever writes the scope
Creative quoted per asset The studio is a supplier, not staff Whoever writes the scope
Percentages with no account behind them One campaign stands in for a year You, by asking the account and period

Your fee decides how many hands your account gets. Ask what that ratio becomes after ten more clients sign.

Dobby Ads alternatives

Four structures sit behind this decision, and structure matters more than the invoice. Full service puts one team on the whole account, and a specialist takes one function.

An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, and a platform leaves the work in your hands.
