Digital Aid & Solutions describes itself on its website as a full stack Amazon and ecommerce agency based out of Pune, India, working on a continuous consulting approach. Flapen employs 50 operators, runs its own sourcing studio in Guangzhou, and built its frameworks across 500+ brands. Eight questions separate the two models.

The short version

  • Digital Aid & Solutions states a full stack scope. Its site heads five services, from Amazon Product Listing to Amazon Integration.
  • Digital Aid & Solutions states it joined the Amazon Service Provider Network. A heading carries that as of September 2026.
  • Digital Aid & Solutions does not publish a fee schedule. Two headings read Fixed Cost and Starts from $50, with no service beside them.
  • Flapen sources and inspects in its own studio. Guangzhou runs sourcing and quality control, Dubai runs creative, and nothing is subcontracted.
  • Flapen publishes the price list. $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, every service at every tier.

What Digital Aid & Solutions says it offers

Everything below comes from one page on digitalaid.in, captured on 5 September 2026.

The page titles the company a full stack Amazon and ecommerce agency in Pune, India, offering various services to brands and manufacturers. A heading announces that Digital Aid and Solutions joins the Amazon Service Provider Network, and a second reads Amazon Consulting.

The site states it works on a continuous consulting approach, with brands coming to it to build a brand, grow sales, or advertise.

Five service headings follow in this order: Amazon Product Listing, Amazon SEO, Amazon Promotion & PPC, Amazon Brand Management, and Amazon Integration. It states it is proficient in listing products in any category, and that it understands the ranking algorithm.

Its brand management line runs from Brand Registry to a Brand Store to A+ content. Amazon Integration states experience with inventory management, PIM, CRM, and ERP systems connected to Amazon. The menu adds Amazon Reimbursement, Account Health Monitoring, Shopify Management, and a free Amazon audit.

On marketplaces the site states it works with Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.in, Amazon.com.mx, and Amazon Europe.

One heading states that more than 54% of product search happens on Amazon. Lower headings read Fixed Cost, Starts from $50, and Clients. No founding year and no retainer appear on the captured page.

What Flapen offers

Before Flapen I sat on the buying side, running data and technology at BRANDED and Moonshot Brands. I audited 60+ acquired brands at $5M to $10M each and signed the agency invoices. The ones that grew had visibility across sourcing, creative, and growth.

So we built that half in-house. Our payroll carries 50 operators running about 70 brands by hand, near 1.4 each, nothing subcontracted. Sourcing, quality control, and negotiation run through our Guangzhou studio on frameworks built across 500+ brands, creative through Dubai.

The price list runs from $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, all 50+ services at every tier. Notice is 30 days, and the account, campaigns, creative, and a written handover leave with you. That is Amazon brand management.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2M a year with returns under 8% before we quote it, and a product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average. Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, with 4.8% of them passing, and 90+ data points sit behind one launch decision. Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer our platform serves 15,000 sellers a month. The agents those tools train ship next.

Where Digital Aid & Solutions may be the right fit

Fit is not quality, and this section is about fit alone. Digital Aid & Solutions states a Pune base and names Amazon.in among its marketplaces, so a brand selling into India is reading a company that states that ground. Its site also announces that it joined the Amazon Service Provider Network, a listing a buyer can check with Amazon.

Its menu carries Shopify Management and eCommerce Virtual Assistance, and the page names Walmart and eBay beside Amazon. A seller running several storefronts, with an ERP to connect, sees those in one place.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. TuffTynz makes pouch storage cans, and Flapen manages the brand on Amazon, creator campaigns included. The headline figure is a 9.5x creator-ads return.

The outcome sentence reads: $575 of creator spend returned $5,492 in sales, holding daily orders steady against a category down 22% on search volume.

The team that sourced it runs those campaigns today, which is what Amazon FBA Launch buys.

How to test both of us

A seller wrote to me last month: I have a product idea but don't know if it's worth pursuing. That answer starts in the factory, not in the ad account. Send these six questions in writing to everyone on your list, mine included.

The question to send Weight A full answer contains
Who inspects the goods before they ship? 25 A studio, a city, an employer
How many brands were your sourcing frameworks built on? 20 A count. Ours is 500+
Who negotiates with the factory? 15 An employed role and a city
What would make you tell me to stop a product? 15 Four signals, a 60 to 90 day window
What is the fee, and what does a tier include? 15 A number, then a service list
What do I keep on exit, and on what notice? 10 Account, campaigns, creative, notice

A specific answer takes full weight, a general one half, a refusal nothing. Set your pass mark first, and 70 out of 100 is a fair line. If Flapen sits under it, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

A page by one agency about another proves nothing, so score the answers and ignore my adjectives. This second scorecard decides the year after you sign.

What nobody volunteers Weight Score it on
Who owns the factory relationship 30 The supplier contact held in your name
Who carries the cost of a rejected inspection 25 A named owner, agreed up front
What your account looks like the month you leave 25 Campaigns, creative, and history left intact
What ends a product instead of fixing it 20 Four signals and the window behind them

Score the arrangement you have now before you score anyone new. Whatever scores low is the job you are buying.

Digital Aid & Solutions alternatives

This purchase comes in four structures, and the structure decides more than the company. In full service one team owns the whole account for a monthly fee, and a specialist covers one function, usually advertising.

Hiring in-house moves the knowledge onto your payroll, and a platform sells data and leaves the doing to you. Pick the structure, then compare companies inside it.
