Década Studio presents itself on its website as a marketplace specialist agency covering retail media, advertising, brand stores, and international expansion. Flapen employs 50 operators, sources and launches brands from zero, and prices five tiers in public. Six weighted questions below score both models.

The short version

  • Década Studio states a marketplace scope. Its site names Amazon Ads, DSP, SEO, catalog work, brand stores, and video.
  • The captured page reads in Spanish. Title, headings, and meta description sit in that language.
  • TikTok Shop and Walmart are the other named channels. Both sit beside Amazon in the stated scope.
  • No fee appears on the captured page. As of September 2026 you ask for the number.
  • Flapen publishes what it turns down. 193,753 niches scored, 4.8% of them passing.

What Década Studio says it offers

Everything here comes from the one decadastudio.com page captured on 5 September 2026.

The page title names the company an agency specialized in marketplaces. Its headline states that the company builds brands and accelerates businesses, under three words, Media, Retail, and Intelligence. A heading beneath widens that to marketplaces, retail media, and digital advertising.

Its meta description states that the company was chosen at the Marketplaces Awards as a breakthrough agency, and puts that down to its professionalism. A later heading groups the awards it has won in marketplaces. No partner badge and no founding year appears on the captured page.

Separate headings name a practice in retail ads, a practice in internationalization, and one in TikTok Shop. Another names the Amazon offer Gestión 360, which reads as 360 degree management in English. Brand stores carry a heading of their own, and so does Amazon Marketing Cloud.

The services the page names include Amazon Ads, DSP, SEO, catalog work, brand registry, brand stores, video, and audits. Beyond Amazon it names two channels, TikTok Shop and Walmart. One line states that the company helps a seller expand the business.

Its case studies are grouped under four categories: home appliances, technology, pet food, and food supplements. A heading above them states that large brands trust the agency. No price, no retainer, and no fee model appears anywhere on it as of September 2026.

The page closes on two invitations, one to start on an Amazon Ads strategy today and one offering an audit at no cost.

What Flapen offers

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass. A market under $2 million a year, or one where returns run above 8%, is among the rejections.

Our system then runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. Each call rests on 90+ data points rather than a review count. Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Fifty operators carry about 70 brands between them, about 1.4 each, all on our payroll. Sourcing and quality control run from our Guangzhou studio and creative from Dubai, with nothing subcontracted.

All 50+ services come at every tier, $800 a month for one product up to $2,400 for five. You run month to month on 30 days of notice and keep the account, the campaigns, and the creative. That is Amazon brand management.

Our operators work inside tools we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation, on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month. The agents that take action ship next.

Where Década Studio may be the right fit

Fit follows the language and channels a company publishes in, and fit is all this section weighs. The captured page reads in Spanish from the title down, so a brand selling into Spanish speaking marketplaces meets its own language on every heading. Internationalization carries a heading of its own, as of September 2026.

TikTok Shop and Walmart are named beside Amazon, which suits a seller already carrying more than one storefront. Retail ads, DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud sit in the same stated scope, which suits a budget led by advertising.

Its blog covers Amazon Rufus and Prime Big Deal Days, and the page names an event of its own, the Década Adtech Summit. A brand in one of its four published categories can read work the company chose to show.

A brand we launched and run

Tiny Tinker makes toddler play and feeding products, and we have run the brand on Amazon for three years. It runs on the full Flapen membership, so listings, advertising, inventory, and reporting sit with one team.

Its headline figure is +41% year-over-year pace. The outcome sentence reads: Three years in, the account runs ahead of last year on less ad spend, and the hero product moves 500+ units a month.

How to test both of us

Send these six questions in writing to every company on your shortlist, mine included. Score a specific answer at full weight, a general one at half, a missing one at zero.

The question you send Weight Full weight sounds like
What would make you tell me to stop selling a product? 25 Four signals, read over 60 to 90 days
Which of my products would you stop this quarter? 15 One named, and the numbers behind it
Who employs my account team, and where do they sit? 15 Roles, named cities, any outside firm
How many brands does that person carry this month? 15 A ratio. Ours is about 1.4
What is included at my price, and what costs extra? 15 Services one by one, not a package name
What leaves with me, and on how much notice? 15 Account, campaigns, creative, notice in days

Add the scores, then set your pass mark. Seventy out of one hundred is a bar plenty of buyers set, and this one is yours. If Flapen lands under it, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

No agency is a neutral judge of another, mine included, so let the scores rule, not my wording. Three rows sit outside the scorecard most sellers run, and each costs more in a year than the fee.

The row nobody scores Weight I would give it A zero answer sounds like
Who owns the decision to stop a product 40 The call waits for you
What window the four signals are read over 35 Results take time, with no days named
What happens to a product that misses it 25 A fresh campaign instead of a stop

Those three carry another hundred points, and most shortlists skip them.

Década Studio alternatives

Four structures sit behind this purchase, and structure decides more than the name on it. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a monthly fee, and a specialist takes one function, usually the ad account.

An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, and a platform sells you data and leaves the doing to you.
