Flapen cover for Andeza vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator planning a launch budget with a printed timeline and a calculator

Andeza describes itself on its website as a tech-enabled ecommerce partner for consumer brands on Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. Flapen employs 50 operators, sources and launches brands from zero, and quotes no market under $2 million a year. The eight questions below set both models against the same test.

The short version

  • Andeza states a three-channel scope. Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop run as one operating model on its site.
  • Four program names sit on that page. Amazon Ads Partner, Amazon Service Provider, Amazon Solution Provider, and Walmart Connect Partner.
  • Three fee structures appear, and no rate. A flat fee, a percentage of sales, or a project fee, as of September 2026.
  • Flapen publishes the price list. $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, everything included.
  • Flapen sizes the market first. A category clears $2 million a year and returns under 8%, or we pass.

What Andeza says it offers

Everything below comes from one page on andeza.com, captured on 5 September 2026.

Its meta description states that Andeza is a deeply collaborative, tech-enabled ecommerce partner for ambitious consumer brands on Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. Headings present three channels on one operating model, one marketplace operation under one roof, and a method rather than a template.

Six capability areas carry their own headings: Full Account Management, Marketplace Operations, Retail Media and Demand, Content and Digital Shelf, Social Commerce and Creator, and Brand Defense and Strategy. Demand Planning and Analytics sits beside them, with an AI-Powered Brand Management Portal and a Marketplace Strategic Assessment. The words inside those blocks include Sponsored Ads, DSP, listings, A+ content, brand stores, video, brand registry, catalog, inventory, SEO, and listing audits.

Day-to-day account management runs across Seller Central, Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, and TikTok Shop, as its site states it. Another line covers TikTok Shop launch and scaling.

Four program names sit on that page as of September 2026: Amazon Ads Partner, Amazon Service Provider, Amazon Solution Provider, and Walmart Connect Partner.

On fees, one captured line names three structures: a flat fee with performance incentives, a percentage of sales with a minimum, or a fixed-scope project fee. Another states that assessment fees vary by the number of marketplaces, assessments contracted, and products evaluated. No rate sits beside either line, and no founding year appears on the page.

On market size, one line states that it grows brands across the largest categories on those three channels and the 120+ subcategories beneath them. It puts that addressable market at more than $400B. Another describes a pool care brand whose subcategories were contracting year over year.

What Flapen offers

Read the exit terms first, because they define a relationship more precisely than a capability list. You leave us with the Seller Central account in your name, the campaigns, the creative, and a handover, on 30 days of notice.

Every tier carries all 50+ services, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, with no commission and no onboarding fee. Fifty operators sit on our payroll and run about 70 brands by hand, sourcing and quality control in Guangzhou, creative in Dubai. Nothing is subcontracted, and that is Amazon brand management.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year and returns under 8%, or we do not quote it. The product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average, then Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000.

Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, of which 4.8% pass. Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month. The action-taking agents ship next.

Where Andeza may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states about its own focus. Andeza names Vendor Central beside Seller Central, so a brand shipping to Amazon as a vendor sees that scope stated as of September 2026. Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop sit in the same line, which suits a brand already carrying three storefronts.

Four program names appear on that page, and plenty of brands treat partner status as a requirement before granting account access. A wholesale reference sits in one case study line.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Silver Aid sells pet wound care for dogs and horses, and our Full Account Management team runs its listings, advertising, and weekly reporting. The headline figure is a 16.9% conversion rate.

The outcome sentence reads: Roughly double a typical category median conversion rate, with Amazon's Choice held on both the dog and horse gels.

Conversion rate is one of the three milestones that gate Phase 2, proven inside Amazon FBA Launch.

How to test both of us

Most brand owners who call us open the same way: I don't have the profitability I expected. That is decided by market size and the cost of a customer inside it. Send these six in writing to everyone on your list, mine included.

  1. Ask them to size the market before quoting a fee. Done properly, that is a dollar figure with a year and a source.
  2. Ask what that market did last year. Done properly, that is growth or decline with the data behind it.
  3. Ask the return rate in your category. Done properly, that is a percentage against a bar. Ours is under 8%.
  4. Ask what a first order costs and carries. Done properly, that is a unit count and a budget. Ours is 200 units on $5,000 to $10,000.
  5. Ask what would make them tell you to stop. Done properly, that is named signals and a window. Ours is four signals over 60 to 90 days.
  6. Ask who does the work and what you keep on exit. Done properly, that is employed roles, named locations, and notice in days.

If Flapen does not clear your version of this list, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

A comparison page by one agency about another is not evidence, so run the list rather than my adjectives. Three items belong on it.

  1. A fee gets quoted before anyone has sized the category. Done properly, the market number arrives first and the fee is argued against it.
  2. A share of sales moves with revenue, not with the work. Done properly, the fee reads as a number beside a list of services.
  3. The stop decision has no owner. Done properly, the agreement names who calls it and the window it is read over.

Andeza alternatives

Four structures cover this purchase, and the structure decides more than the name on the invoice. Full service puts one team on the whole account, and a specialist takes one function, usually the ad account. An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll, and a platform leaves the work to you.
