Flapen cover for AddMatrix vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: two Flapen operators counting a first modest inventory on a pallet

AddMatrix describes itself on its website as a full service Amazon marketing agency based in Pune, India, covering listings, search optimization, and advertising. Flapen employs 50 operators in-house, sources and launches brands from zero, and publishes about 1.4 brands per operator. The checklist below tests both models on the same eight questions.

The short version

  • AddMatrix states a full service Amazon marketing scope. Its site names listing work, search optimization, advertising, A+ content, and store design.
  • The same site places the company in Pune, India. It states the work improves visibility and sales on Amazon.
  • No fee appears on the captured page. As of September 2026 a seller has to ask for the pricing model.
  • Flapen staffs the whole account itself. 50 operators carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 each.
  • Flapen writes the exit into the deal. Notice is 30 days, and the account, campaigns, and creative stay yours.

What AddMatrix says it offers

Everything in this section comes from one page on addmatrix.com, captured on 5 September 2026.

The page title reads addMatrix, a full service Amazon marketing agency. Its meta description states the company is a full service Amazon marketing agency in Pune, India, helping brands improve their visibility and sales on Amazon. Its site carries an Amazon Ads Verified Partner badge.

A greeting heading welcomes the visitor and names the company an Amazon growth partner. Two headings read Building Brands, one reads Meaningful growth, and another states that Amazon growth starts with deep understanding.

Its headings name Amazon seller management services, product listing, search optimization, and advertising services. Others name Amazon A+ content, Amazon Stores design and optimization, and Amazon Seller Central management. One heading states that its creative is built to perform.

Four short headings sit further down the page: Increase Revenue, Expert Guidance, Done-For-You, and Strategic Partner. A section titled Who we help states there are solutions for all sellers, from a trusted Amazon ads agency. A subheading invites a brand to reach its potential with an Amazon advertising agency.

A marketplace selector on the page lists Amazon domains, among them amazon.in, amazon.co.uk, amazon.ca, amazon.de, and amazon.co.jp, and the country list beside it is a phone-code selector rather than a service claim.

Sections titled Our Clients and Amazon Success Stories carry the client side of the page. One heading asks why a brand should choose AddMatrix as its Amazon ads agency, and another is titled The Challenge.

No fee, no retainer, and no founding year appear on that page. It does not state how many brands one account manager carries, and it does not state who does the work. Those are absences in the 5 September 2026 capture, not claims about the company.

What Flapen offers

Start with the day you leave, because that clause decides how much of the work was ever yours. You keep the account, the campaigns, the creative, and a written handover, on 30 days of notice.

Fifty people on our payroll run about 70 brands, about 1.4 in front of each operator. Sourcing and quality control run from our Guangzhou studio, creative from Dubai, and nothing is subcontracted.

Every tier carries all 50+ services, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five. That is Amazon brand management.

Our system runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year, and Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000. Our science publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing.

Our operators work in tools we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer our platform serves to 15,000 sellers a month. Every task they do becomes an SOP, and the action-taking agents ship next.

Where AddMatrix may be the right fit

Fit follows what a company states about itself, and it is not a comment on quality. AddMatrix states Pune, India as its base, and no marketplace list sits in a captured sentence. A seller whose next market sits in that list is reading a stated match.

Its headings name listing work, search optimization, advertising, A+ content, and store design. A brand that wants the catalog and the ad account handled by one Amazon shop sees that scope written down. A team that also needs sourcing and a published fee should ask for both in writing.

A brand we launched and run

Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. Vora Bowl sells chilled serving bowls on Amazon with Flapen managing the account, and our Full Account Management team plans the ad spend and reports every week. The headline figure is 5.7% TACoS at scale.

The outcome sentence reads: Record sales days on the most efficient ad account in the portfolio, with six-figure monthly targets carried on $5K of monthly spend.

How to test both of us

Most sellers who send me this list open on the same line, that their product is live but sales are not where they should be. Send all six in writing to everyone on your shortlist, mine included.

  1. How many brands does the person on my account carry? Done properly, the answer is a number, ours being about 1.4.
  2. Who employs the people doing the work, and where do they sit? Done properly, the answer names employed roles, cities, and subcontractors.
  3. What is included at the tier I would pay for? Done properly, the answer is a service list and a monthly number.
  4. What would make you tell me to stop selling this product? Done properly, the answer names four signals and a 60 to 90 day window.
  5. What do I keep on the day I leave, and on what notice? Done properly, the answer names the account, campaigns, creative, and notice.
  6. What outcome do you hold yourselves to? Done properly, the answer is one public result, ours the majority profitable in year one.

Count the specific answers only. If Flapen does not clear your checklist, do not hire us.

What most agencies will not tell you

A comparison page by one agency about another is not evidence, so read the agreement instead.

  1. Attention is capped, and almost nobody writes the cap down. Done properly, the agreement states how many brands your manager carries.
  2. The fee model shapes the advice you get. Done properly, the contract states whether the fee is flat or a share.
  3. Exit terms belong in the deal before onboarding. Done properly, the agreement lists the account, campaigns, and creative as yours.
  4. The stop decision needs an owner and a date. Done properly, one named person owns the call on a set window.

AddMatrix alternatives

Four structures cover this purchase, and the structure matters more than the name on the invoice. Full service puts one team on the catalog, the ads, and the reporting. A specialist takes one function and leaves the rest with you.

An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll. A platform sells data and leaves the doing to you.
