An Amazon PPC management service runs your Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns for a monthly fee. Paid traffic is one of five channels, and most sellers run two. So before you compare quotes, ask which channels each provider covers, who owns the listing the ads point at, and what the fee excludes.
The short version
- A management service sells a mandate, not a result. The fee buys campaign work inside a boundary, and the boundary is the part worth comparing.
- Paid is one channel of five. The full set is organic, paid, promotions, influencer and creator, and off-channel, and most sellers run two of them.
- Whoever owns the page owns the conversion rate. A campaign cannot repair a detail page it has no permission to touch.
- A flat fee holds still while your budget moves. Ours runs from $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, with every service included.
- Spend decides whether a fee is worth paying. We hold no hard minimum, though under about $1,000 a month an account gives back too little signal each week.
Three shapes of Amazon PPC management services
Every provider in this category sells one of three mandates, and the price gap between them is smaller than the scope gap. Read the proposal for what sits outside the fee, because that is where the account stalls. Sellers usually discover the boundary in month three, after the easy campaign work is finished.
| What you are buying | What the fee covers | Where it runs out |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign-only management | Structure, keywords, negatives, bids, budgets, and placements on the listings you already have | Conversion rate, price, images, and the review base sit outside the mandate |
| Advertising plus the listing | The campaigns and the page they land on, under one owner | The other traffic channels stay unbought, so growth stops where paid stops |
| Full account management | All five channels, plus catalog, creative, and the ad account under one team | Heavy for a single product with a clean listing and a small budget |
The three mandates on offer in this category, as of September 2026.
One rule decides it. Buy the narrowest mandate that still contains your real constraint, and if you cannot name that constraint, buy a written audit before you buy a retainer.
Amazon PPC services cover one traffic channel out of five
Paid traffic is the second of the five channels we run, after organic and before promotions, influencer and creator, and off-channel. Most sellers operate two of the five, which is why paid budgets keep rising while total orders sit flat. A service scoped to campaigns inherits that ceiling on the day it starts.
Fifty operators run about 70 Amazon brands by hand at Flapen, from Abu Dhabi, with creative in Dubai and sourcing in Guangzhou and nothing passed to a subcontractor. That structure exists because the channel decisions and the campaign decisions are the same decisions. A bid change made without the promotion calendar or the creator plan in view is a guess with a spreadsheet attached.
| The question you need answered | A PPC-only mandate | A channel mandate |
|---|---|---|
| Why did orders move last month | Spend, clicks, and ACoS across the campaigns in scope | Which of the five channels produced each order, and at what cost |
| What happens when paid plateaus | Structure and bid changes, then a flat line | Promotions, creators, and off-channel get tested against the same margin |
Two mandates, read against the questions a seller asks in a review call.
So the rule here is short. If paid is the only channel sending you orders today, the thing you are shopping for is a traffic plan, and a campaign manager alone cannot supply one.
What to get in writing before a service starts
Four items settle before any campaign is touched. Ask every candidate for their version, ours included, and compare the four answers rather than the four prices.
- Access and permission. The work happens inside your own Seller Central account under user permissions you grant and revoke, never on an account somebody else holds.
- Scope as a list. All 50 or more of our services sit at every tier, with no commission on ad spend, no revenue share, and no onboarding fee.
- Reporting and its author. We send a written update in Slack every week, hold a live review every two weeks, and keep Slack open in between.
- Exit terms. Month to month on 30 days of notice, and you leave with the account, the campaigns, the creative, and a written handover.
Those four are the test, not the sales call. If our answers fail your version of it, do not hire us.
What most agencies will not tell you about a PPC mandate
The first weeks of any competent takeover look excellent, because wasted spend is the easiest money in the account to find. Then the gains slow, and the reason is structural rather than personal. The remaining fixes have moved outside the boundary you paid for.
| Window | What moves the number | Inside a campaign-only fee |
|---|---|---|
| The first month or two | Wasted spend removed, campaigns rebuilt, negatives added, budget moved onto terms that convert | Yes |
| From month three onward | Conversion rate, price, the main image, the review base, and the channels nobody has switched on | No |
The two windows every campaign-only engagement passes through.
So the rule for month three reads like this. Widen the mandate or cut the fee, because paying a campaign budget to solve a listing problem is the most expensive habit in this category.

Do this before you sign anything, and it costs nothing. Pull last month's orders by product and mark which of the five channels produced them: organic, paid, promotions, influencer and creator, off-channel. Any product carrying the paid line alone has a traffic plan with one channel in it, and no bid change repairs that.
Send account access and a written report with prioritized fixes comes back inside 48 hours at no charge from Flapen.
