Access to proprietary and third-party tools (e.g., Kapoq, ClickUp, Datarova, etc)

Amazon listing development, A+ content, SEO optimization
Photography, videography, brand identity design
PPC campaign setup, optimization, scaling
Social media and email marketing
Inventory management, FBA/Vendor Central consulting
Sales forecasting and account health monitoring
Suspension appeals and customer loyalty strategy
All services are delivered in accordance with client agreements and are subject to availability and scope limitations.
3. Non-Solicitation Clause
Clients agree not to solicit, recruit, or hire any Flapen - FZCO employees or contractors, either directly or indirectly, for a period of thirty-six (36) months following the termination or completion of the business relationship.
4. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect and maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information received during the course of the engagement. Disclosure is only permitted with written consent or when required by law. Any breaches must be promptly reported.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All deliverables created specifically for the Client shall become the Client’s intellectual property upon full payment. However, Flapen - FZCO retains all rights to its internal processes, proprietary tools, software, templates, and methodologies. Each party grants the other a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the other’s intellectual property solely for fulfilling the services under this agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Flapen - FZCO provides strategic and operational consulting services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, profits, or results due to the nature of e-commerce and the unpredictability of third-party platforms like Amazon. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flapen - FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our site and services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
