🚀 What You'll Own
We’re looking for a Conversion Optimization Specialist with deep knowledge of Amazon creative performance. In this role, you’ll review product listing visuals—including images, A+ Content, and other assets—to ensure they’re set up for maximum conversion and click-through. You’ll work across multiple designers, optimize creative strategy, run polls to test visuals, and help clearly communicate each product’s UVC (Unique Value Communication). Your mission: boost CTR, improve conversions, and help every product image sell harder.
🔍 What You’ll Do
Review Amazon listing creatives (images, A+ Content, etc.) for conversion effectiveness
Audit design assets and provide clear, data-backed feedback to improve CTR and CVR
Ensure each product communicates a strong UVC with visual clarity
Collaborate with multiple designers to guide creative direction and optimization
Conduct customer polls or testing to validate visual performance
Track creative performance and suggest continuous listing improvements
Work with Brand Managers and Creative team to align visuals with sales goals
🧠 What Makes You a Fit
Experience reviewing and optimizing Amazon listing creative assets
Deep understanding of Amazon design and conversion best practices
Familiarity with UVC frameworks and how to apply them to visuals
Strong analytical mindset — knows what to measure and why it matters

Organized, deadline-driven, and outcome-focused
Great communicator — can explain visual decisions using data and buyer psychology
✅ Bonus Points
Experience conducting polls or using tools like PickFu to test creatives
Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO), visual testing, or copy strategy
Experience working with private-label or Amazon-native brands
