This page describes how to revoke Flapen's access to your Amazon Selling Partner account, request deletion of your stored data, and what we keep versus delete.\n\n## 1. Method\n\nThere are two paths. Either is sufficient on its own.\n\n### 1.1 Revoke in Seller Central\n\n1. Sign in to Seller Central for the relevant Amazon marketplace.\n2. Open **Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps**.\n3. Find **Flapen** in the list.\n4. Click **Revoke Authorization**.\n\nRevocation takes effect immediately on Amazon's side. Flapen detects the revocation on the next API call and begins the deletion process described in section 2.\n\n### 1.2 Email Request\n\nEmail [privacy@flapen.com](mailto:privacy@flapen.com) from the email address registered to your Flapen account. Include:\n\n- Your Flapen account email.\n- The Amazon Seller account email or Merchant ID, if different.\n- Whether you want to **revoke and delete** or also **close your Flapen account**.\n\nWe acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete them within 30 days.\n\n## 2. Timeline\n\n| Step | When |\n| --- | --- |\n| Token revocation in Flapen's database | Within 24 hours of detection. |\n| Deletion of cached SP-API data | Within 30 days. |\n| Deletion of Brand Analytics datasets | Within 30 days. |\n| Deletion of any buyer PII fetched via Restricted Data Token | Within 30 days. (PII is also subject to the standing 30-day cap.) |\n| Deletion of profile and configuration data (account closure only) | Within 30 days. |\n\n## 3. What Is Deleted\n\n- Encrypted Amazon refresh tokens.\n- Marketplace participation snapshots.\n- Cached SP-API operational data (listings, inventory, sales, fees).\n- Cached Amazon Advertising and AMC data tied to the connected account.\n- Brand Analytics datasets generated for your catalog.\n- Any buyer PII fetched via Restricted Data Token.\n\n## 4. What Is Retained\n\nThe following may be retained after revocation, in line with Amazon's program requirements:\n\n- Non-PII aggregates required for tax, audit, or legal compliance.\n- Anonymized usage metrics on Flapen's own product (no Amazon data).\n- Records demonstrating compliance with this policy (e.g., the deletion log itself).\n\nNone of the retained categories include buyer PII or any data that could be used to re-identify a seller's customers.\n\n## 5.
