We launch and scale brands end to end — product research, positioning, creative, listings, and ads — for sellers who want to compete with operators far larger than they are. Every launch starts with our own research platform: proprietary market data that decides which niches are worth entering before a dollar goes into inventory.\n\nMost Amazon brands lose on the shelf before anyone reads a word of their listing. Our work is to make sure that doesn't happen: sharper positioning, main images that earn the click, listings that convert the traffic they get.\n\n- 300+ Amazon product launches run end to end\n- Founded by an operator with 8+ years building and scaling Amazon brands\n\n\n\n**ROLE**\n\nWe're hiring a Paid Social Buyer to lead off-channel growth for a portfolio of established Amazon brands. These are products with real sales history and little to no presence outside Amazon. The work is opening that second channel and turning it into traffic, customers and revenue the listing alone was never going to produce. You start with one brand and add more as the channel proves out.\n\nWhat makes this different from a standard DTC seat: a large share of the sales you drive will land on Amazon, where Meta can't see them and will report you as unprofitable while you're actually making money. You're expected to know that trap, build the attribution around it, and argue for budget on total revenue over total spend. \n\n\n\n**RESPONSIBILITIES**\n\n- Build Meta and Instagram advertising for several brands from near zero. A few have a page or an old ad account, none have real traction — you're starting the channel, not inheriting it.\n- Decide which brand gets the next dollar. Move budget between the brands every week and say why.\n- Build the testing system: test angles, audiences, offers and landing pages. Write the hypothesis and the kill number before the campaign goes live.\n- Take what wins on one brand and test it on the others the same week.\n- Brief the creative team on paid social assets — hook, format, angle — inside the brand framework the Creative Strategist sets, and approve the asset before money goes behind it.\n- Set up tracking that catches sales landing on Amazon, where Meta can't see them and will report you as unprofitable.\n- Report weekly on blended MER — total revenue divided by total ad spend — and what you changed because of it.\n\n\n\n**RESULTS**\n\n- One brand reaches its target blended MER inside 90 days, with the winning angle, audience and creative format documented well enough for someone else to run it again.\n- Testing is continuous and documented — at least 4 new angles per live brand per month, each with a hypothesis and a kill number written before launch, and the result recorded whether it wins or dies.\n- Blended MER is tracked from day one — and improves month over month.\n- Spend is always accounted for. Zero budget overruns, and no campaign left running past its stated kill number unreviewed.\n- The creative queue never runs dry — the creative team always knows what's next and why.\n- Reporting is automated, weekly, and decision-ready.\n- Paid social becomes a measurable, growing revenue driver for the portfolio — on Shopify and in the Amazon halo it creates.\n\n\n\n**REQUIREMENTS**\n\n- 3+ years buying Meta and Instagram ads for physical consumer products, including at least one brand you took from zero to consistently profitable spend above $10,000 per month.\n- Can explain why platform-reported ROAS and blended MER disagree, and which one you act on.\n- Able to write a creative brief a creative team can execute without a call — hook, format, angle, and the objection the ad has to beat.\n- Advanced Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager — campaign structure, bidding, audiences, and attribution setup.\n- Self-directed and async. You set the testing cadence and report without being asked.\n\n\n\n**BONUS POINTS**\n\n- Have driven off-Amazon traffic to an Amazon listing and measured the halo — Amazon Attribution, Levanta, or Brand Referral Bonus.\n- Experience working closely with creative strategists, designers, video editors, and copywriters.\n- Knowledge of landing-page optimization and conversion-rate optimization.\n- TikTok ads experience.\n\n\n\n**LOCATION & HOURS**\n\n- Remote.\n- Async by default. 40-hour week across five 8-hour days. At least 6 hours of each day overlap Dubai time (GST, UTC+4).\n- We track hours. That log is how your pay is calculated.\n- Your rate, your scope and your promotion are decided on outcomes — what you shipped, what it moved in MER and acquisition cost, and what that movement was worth in revenue to the brand.\n\n\n\n**WHAT WE OFFER**\n\n- Competitive pay, performance bonuses, and career growth opportunities\n- Fully remote, permanently. No return-to-office plans, because there is no office to return to.\n- Ownership of your projects with zero micromanagement. You are briefed on the outcome, not the steps.\n- A fixed annual paid time off allowance.\n- Budget for tools, courses and AI subscriptions you can make a case for.\n\n\n\n**HOW TO APPLY**\n\nApply through the link. You'll be asked to record a short introduction video — it takes about five minutes and it's the fastest way for us to see how you think. Applications sent as messages on the job board are not reviewed.\n\n","published","2026-09-01T07:38:00.95309+00:00","2026-09-01T13:14:24.999433+00:00"]
