Flapen runs $800 to $2,400 a month at 1.4.","No published ranking survives contact with your own account, so build the shortlist yourself. Worldwide capability means one team covering the marketplaces you sell in, in the languages you sell in, at a fee you can carry for twelve months. Score on capacity per operator, coverage, and total cost.

## The short version

- **A worldwide shortlist is built, not read.** Whoever published the list decided who appears on it.
- **Cost per product per month is the comparable unit.** Ours runs from $800 for one product to $2,400 for five, every service included.
- **Coverage is a question of languages, not flags.** Selling in Germany means German copy built from German search data.
- **Ask how many brands one account manager carries.** At Flapen it works out at about 1.4, and that number governs response time.
- **Your first-year budget is mostly not the fee.** Inventory, freight, Amazon's own charges and ad spend dwarf it.

## Put the arithmetic before the ranking

Most global lists sort by headcount, funding, or awards. None of those change what lands in your bank account. Convert every candidate into a cost per product per month, then set that against what the product has to earn to carry it. Here is the arithmetic for a brand starting from zero, using our published numbers so you have something concrete to test other quotes against.

| Line item | Single product, year one | Five-product brand, year one |
|---|---|---|
| Management fee | $9,600 at $800 per month | $28,800 at $2,400 per month |
| Launch capital (inventory, freight, samples, creative) | $8,000 to $15,000 | $25,000 to $50,000 |
| Advertising | $1,000 per month is a workable floor | Scales with live product count |
| Amazon's own charges | Referral, fulfillment and storage, billed to you directly | Same, at higher volume |

Read the table and the management fee stops being the decisive number. Choosing a firm that is $400 per month cheaper matters far less than choosing one that puts your first purchase order into a market that cannot support it. The arithmetic also tells you when to stop shopping: if the fee exceeds the gross profit the product can plausibly generate in month twelve, you do not have an agency problem, you have a product problem, and management does not fix that.

## What worldwide has to mean before you believe it

Worldwide is the easiest word on an agency site to write and the hardest to staff. There are 23 Amazon marketplaces. Operating them needs listing capability in more than one language, familiarity with each store's returns behavior, and somebody who can answer a Seller Central case in the time zone where it was opened.

Three questions resolve the claim quickly.

1. Which marketplaces have you operated in during the last twelve months, and in which categories?
2. Which languages do you write listing copy in, in-house, without an outside translator?
3. Who answers a suppressed listing in Germany at nine in the morning, local time?

We work across all 23 marketplaces and produce content in English, German, Spanish and French. That is specific and you can hold me to it. Any serious candidate should give you something equally specific, and you should write down the answer.

## The capacity line that never appears in a proposal

If I were buying this service, the first number I would ask for is how many brands one account manager carries.

Flapen employs around 50 operators against about 70 brands under management, which works out at about 1.4 brands per operator. That ratio is not magic. It is measurable, and it predicts the thing clients actually complain about, which is depth of attention and how long a reply takes.

Do the division for any candidate. Ask for the headcount of people who touch accounts, excluding sales and leadership, and the number of brands under management. A refusal to give you both numbers is itself an answer. If the ratio comes back at eight or ten brands per manager, what you are buying is coordination rather than operation, and it should be priced that way.

## What most agencies will not tell you

A global footprint is frequently a directory of freelancers. The firm signs you in one country and then buys the German listing, the Japanese customer service, and the creative from three contractors it has never met in person. That structure can work, but it changes what you are paying for: a coordination margin, with quality that varies by whoever was free that week. Ask who does the work and where they sit, and get the answer in writing.

The second thing goes unsaid because it costs the seller money to hear: expansion is usually the wrong move for a brand that has not yet won its home marketplace. Five new countries multiply your inventory exposure and your listing surface without repairing conversion on the page you already have. Win the first store, then copy the pattern outward.

## Related answers

- [Rank the best Amazon brand management firms](/blog/rank-the-best-amazon-brand-management-firms)
- [Full service Amazon FBA management cost](/blog/full-service-amazon-fba-management-cost)
- [Best agencies for Amazon brand management](/blog/best-agencies-for-amazon-brand-management)
- [Amazon agency vs in-house team pros and cons](/blog/amazon-agency-vs-in-house-team-pros-and-cons)
- [Done-for-you Amazon management: the complete guide](/blog/done-for-you-management)

Every tier, the full service list, and the free audit sit on one page at [Flapen](/amazon-consulting).

## Keep learning

- [Compare Amazon business models](/guides/business-models)
- [Value your Amazon business](/tools/business-value-calculator)
","published","working-with-agencies",[14,15,16,17],"amazon-fba","fees","ppc","amz-expansion","joel-turcotte-gaucher","/images/blog/clusters/done-for-you-management-03.jpg","2026-09-04T06:47:51.798+00:00
[23,27,31,35,39
"top-full-service-amazon-brand-management-agencies-worldwide-faq-1","No. There is a best fit for your category, your marketplaces, and your stage.
