![Flapen cover for The Techload vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator marking milestones on a blank wall calendar at a sample table](https://flapen.com/_vercel/image?url=%2Fimages%2Fblog%2Fclusters%2Froadmaps-and-capital-02.jpg&w=1536&q=100) The Techload states on its website that it is a full service Amazon agency, founded in 2019, covering creative, advertising, account operations, and launch. Flapen employs 50 operators, sources and launches brands from zero, and runs five traffic channels where most sellers run two. Eight rows compare them. ## The short version - **The Techload states a full service scope.** Its site names creative, advertising, account operations, launch, and Brand Registry. - **It publishes a price beside a named service.** Listing optimization is stated at $97 with no retainer, as of September 2026. - **It names a method of its own.** The Compound Method and a 90 day Amazon turnaround are home page headings. - **Flapen runs five traffic channels.** Organic, paid, promotions, influencer and creator work, and off-channel demand. Most sellers run two. - **Flapen publishes one price for the account.** $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, all 50+ services included. ## What The Techload says it offers Everything below comes from two pages on thetechload.com, captured on 5 September 2026. The home page title names a full service Amazon agency covering Amazon PPC and marketing, and its site states the company was founded in 2019. Its meta description states it is trusted by 800+ brands and names PPC management and listing optimization. Four groups organize the work: Creative Studio, Growth and Advertising, Account Operations, and Launch and Brand Setup. Under them the site names creative design, images, A+ Content, 3D rendering, and video. Its method carries a name of its own, The Compound Method, beside a section stating a 90 day Amazon turnaround. Six launch steps follow on its site: validate the idea, source and sample, company and trademark, Brand Registry, build the brand assets, then launch and rank. Its site states listing optimization at $97 with no retainer, sold as a complete human-written listing for a seller starting small. The model it publishes is flat monthly fees for management and flat per-project rates for creative, with no percentage of spend. Other dollar figures on those pages describe client outcomes and calculator estimates, not fees. The second captured page is titled Amazon Account Management Service, and its description states that the service streamlines operations and maximizes profitability. It numbers eight areas of work, among them catalog, logistics, and reporting. Product research and sourcing, shipping plan generation, restock suggestions, and dedicated account managers sit under those areas, beside automation for efficiency. Its pages name Seller Central and Vendor Central, plus Canada. The home page also offers a free account audit it calls the Leak Report. ## What Flapen offers Our operators run every account inside software we built for ads, marketing, and brand valuation. Those tools sit on the data layer 15,000 sellers a month use on [our platform](https://flapen.com/flapen-ai). Every task an operator repeats becomes an SOP, and the agents that take action ship next. Fifty operators carry about 70 brands between them, about 1.4 each, with nothing subcontracted. Guangzhou runs sourcing and quality control, Dubai runs creative, and our engineers write the code. That is [Amazon brand management](https://flapen.com/amazon-brand-management). All 50+ services come at every tier, $800 a month for one product and $2,400 for five. You run month to month on 30 days of notice and leave with the account, the campaigns, the creative, and a handover. [Our system](https://flapen.com/system) runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year with returns under 8%. The product is built for 0.2 stars above the niche average. Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000. Traffic is step 3, and it means five channels: organic, paid, promotions, influencer and creator, and off-channel. Most sellers run two, so the ceiling is the traffic strategy and not the market. [Our science](https://flapen.com/science) publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing. ## Side by side | | Flapen | The Techload |
| --- | --- | --- | | Who does the work and where | 50 operators in-house, Abu Dhabi, Guangzhou, Dubai | in-house designers stated, no location published | | Brands per account manager | about 1.4 | dedicated account managers named, no ratio published | | Launch a brand from zero | yes, [Amazon FBA Launch](https://flapen.com/amazon-fba-launch) | site names a six step launch sequence | | Sourcing and creative | in-house studios | site names sourcing, photography, 3D rendering, video | | Advertising | in-house, ACoS targets by product stage | site names Amazon PPC and an ad spend calculator | | Technology | own tools, own data layer | site names automation for efficiency | | Pricing model | $800 to $2,400 a month, all services included | listing optimization at $97, flat monthly management fees | | Contract and exit | month to month, 30 days, you keep everything | no retainer stated, exit terms not published | The right column comes from the two thetechload.com pages in Sources, captured 5 September 2026. A gap means the page states nothing. ## Where The Techload may be the right fit Fit here is read from what its site says it concentrates on. Creative carries the most space on its home page. A brand that needs photography, 3D rendering, and video first is reading an agency writing to that need. It names Seller Central beside Vendor Central, plus Canada, which suits a seller carrying a vendor relationship or a second country. ## A brand we launched and run Every brand on flapen.com/results was launched through our Amazon FBA service. [Tiny Tinker](https://flapen.com/results/tiny-tinker) makes toddler play and feeding products, and Flapen has managed the brand on Amazon for three years running. Listings, advertising, inventory, and reporting sit with our Full Account Management team. The headline figure is +41% year-over-year pace. The outcome sentence reads: _Three years in, the account runs ahead of last year on less ad spend, and the hero product moves 500+ units a month._ Three years of compounding is what [Amazon FBA Launch](https://flapen.com/amazon-fba-launch) starts. ## How to test both of us Most readers here arrive saying _"My product is live but sales are not where they should be."_ Send these six questions in writing to every company on your list, mine included. 1. **Ask which of the five traffic channels they run today.** Done properly, the answer names the live ones and the next one to open. 2. **Ask how many brands your account manager carries.** Done properly, a ratio comes back rather than a headcount, and ours is about 1.4. 3. **Ask who does the creative and where they sit.** Done properly, employed roles, a city, and any subcontractor are named. 4. **Ask for the ACoS target at launch and at maturity.** Done properly, two numbers come back rather than one. 5. **Ask what would make them tell you to stop selling a product.** Done properly, four signals are named, read over 60 to 90 days. 6. **Ask what you keep on exit, and on what notice.** Done properly, the account, campaigns, creative, and handover are named, with notice in days. A specific answer scores and a general one does not. If Flapen does not clear this test, do not hire us. ## What most agencies will not tell you A page one agency writes about another is not evidence, so run a second checklist over the paperwork. 1. **Check what the fee buys, service by service.** Done properly, the scope names every service at your tier, not a package name. 2. **Check who sits on your account after the next ten clients sign.** Done properly, the ratio is written into the agreement. 3. **Check the traffic plan against all five channels.** Done properly, the plan names which channel opens in which month. ## The Techload alternatives This purchase has four shapes, and the shape decides more than the name on the contract. A full service agency owns the whole account for a monthly fee. A specialist owns one function, most often the ad account. An in-house hire puts the knowledge on your payroll and the risk on you. A platform sells data and leaves the execution with you. Choose the shape first, then rank companies inside it. ## Related answersGo deeper [~~Shopin Ecom vs Flapen~~](https://flapen.com/blog/shopin-ecom-vs-flapen)· [~~Witailer vs Flapen~~](https://flapen.com/blog/witailer-vs-flapen)· [~~Questions to ask before hiring an Amazon agency~~](https://flapen.com/blog/questions-to-ask-before-hiring-an-amazon-agency)· [~~Month to month vs annual Amazon contracts~~](https://flapen.com/blog/month-to-month-vs-annual-amazon-contracts)· [~~Flapen compared with other Amazon agencies: the complete guide~~](https://flapen.com/blog/flapen-vs-other-amazon-agencies) ## Sources - [The Techload, full service Amazon agency](https://thetechload.com/) - [Amazon Account Management Service](https://thetechload.com/amazon-account-management/) Last verified 5 September 2026.
