![Flapen cover for Eva Commerce vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: two Flapen operators counting a first modest inventory on a pallet](https://flapen.com/_vercel/image?url=%2Fimages%2Fblog%2Fclusters%2Froadmaps-and-capital-08.jpg&w=1536&q=100) Eva Commerce describes itself on its website as a full-service ecommerce performance agency running a growth system across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok. Flapen employs 50 operators who carry about 1.4 brands each, and that same team sources, launches, and then runs a brand from zero. The eight questions below hold both models to one standard. ## The short version - **Eva Commerce publishes itself as a growth system, not a service list.** Its headings read Eva Commerce Growth System and How Eva Operates Your Business, as of September 2026. - **Its pricing page ties one plan to monthly ad spend.** The Turnkey Management slider on eva.guru/pricing runs from $0 through $250K or more. - **Its recovery lines price on a performance basis.** FBA Reimbursements, Vendor Funds Recovery, and Walmart Reimbursements each carry the label Performance-based rather than a flat fee. - **Flapen publishes attention as a ratio.** 50 operators, about 70 brands, about 1.4 each. - **Flapen builds brands from zero, then runs them.** Guangzhou sourcing, Dubai creative, nothing subcontracted. ## What Eva Commerce says it offers Everything below comes from two pages on eva.guru captured on 5 September 2026. The home page titles the company a Full-Service Ecommerce Performance Agency, and the meta description states that Eva is a managed ecommerce growth agency for brands selling on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart, Google, Meta, and retail media channels. The page opens on a contrast: most brands manage channels, and high-growth brands run a system, operated end to end through three named stages, Foundation Setup, Execution and Optimization, and Scale and Profit, under a heading reading How Eva Operates Your Business. The services its site names include full-service, brand management, PPC, sponsored ads, DSP, advertising, listings, A-plus content, catalog, Walmart, suspension, reimbursement, SEO, and storefront work, alongside brand store, creative, inventory, compliance, and audit services. Shopify and TikTok sit beside Amazon and Walmart on that list, and the site names Europe among the markets it covers. No partner badge and no founding year appear on the two captured pages, as of September 2026. The pricing page, titled Choose your growth plan, separates three groups: Turnkey Management, Recovery Services, and Care Management Services. Turnkey Management is priced against monthly ad spend on a slider from $0 a month up through $50K and $100K to $250K or more, with a monthly or annual toggle stated to save 20 percent a year. The same panel names an Insights feature described as a Full analytics dashboard, so the plan reads as a software platform with managed services layered on top, in the site's own framing. The three recovery lines, FBA Reimbursements, Vendor Funds Recovery, and Walmart Reimbursements, each carry the label Performance-based rather than a flat fee. ## What Flapen offers Five steps decide whether a brand works: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. Most sellers who phone an agency are stalled inside one step, and seldom the one they name. [Our system](https://flapen.com/system) sets one bar on each step, and nothing moves forward until that bar clears. A market that does not clear $2 million a year never reaches a quote from us. A product is engineered for 0.2 stars above the niche average, so the rating gap is designed. [Our science](https://flapen.com/science) shows 4.8% passing out of 193,753 niches scored in the 2026-08-26 capture. Phase 1 puts 200 units in front of real customers on a budget of $5,000 to $10,000. That budget can test up to four products at once. Phase 2 capital moves only after rating, conversion rate, and cost of customer acquisition are proven. Fifty operators carry about 70 brands between them, which is where the 1.4 ratio comes from. Every operator is on our payroll, and none of the work is subcontracted. Sourcing and quality control sit in the Guangzhou studio, creative in the Dubai studio. [Amazon brand management](https://flapen.com/amazon-brand-management) carries all 50-plus services at every tier, priced from $800 a month for a single product up to $2,400 for five. There is no commission on your sales and no onboarding fee. The agreement is month to month with 30 days of notice, and you keep the account, the campaigns, and the creative. Operators run every account inside software we wrote for advertising, marketing, and valuation. Every task an operator completes becomes an SOP, and those SOPs train the agents inside [our platform](https://flapen.com/flapen-ai). ## Side by side | | Flapen | Eva Commerce |
| --- | --- | --- | | Who does the work and where | 50 operators, in-house, Abu Dhabi, Guangzhou, Dubai | not published as of September 2026 | | Brands per account manager | about 1.4 | not published as of September 2026 | | Launch a brand from zero | yes, [Amazon FBA Launch](https://flapen.com/amazon-fba-launch) | site names brand management and marketplace expansion | | Sourcing and creative | in-house studios | site names creative design | | Advertising | in-house, ACoS targets by product stage | site names PPC, sponsored ads, and DSP | | Technology | own tools, own data layer | site frames itself as a growth system platform | | Pricing model | $800 to $2,400 a month, everything included, no commission | tiered by monthly ad spend, $0 to $250K or more, on its pricing page | | Contract and exit | month to month, 30 days, you keep everything | monthly or annual, annual saves 20 percent, per its pricing page | Right column captured from eva.guru on 5 September 2026, and an absence means those pages do not state it. ## Where Eva Commerce may be the right fit Fit is not quality, and this is about fit alone. Its site frames its whole pitch around operating one system across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok at once, so a brand already selling on all three of those marketplaces is reading a page built to that spread. It also names Walmart, DSP, and Europe among the markets and ad formats it covers, plus a separate recovery line for FBA reimbursements, vendor funds, and Walmart reimbursements, each billed apart from the core plan. ## A brand we launched and run Every store on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. [GrillX](https://flapen.com/results/grillx) sells BBQ and bar accessories, and Flapen runs its account end to end, listings, ads, and freight included, under a Full Account Management membership. The headline figure is ACoS 88% to 32%. The outcome sentence reads: _The worst-performing ad line rebuilt into a keeper, while sea freight negotiated to $1.04/kg kept the landed cost honest._## How to test both of us I wrote these six questions from the other side of the table, approving agency invoices at BRANDED and Moonshot Brands. Put them in writing to every agency you are considering, ours included. A specific answer scores full weight, a general answer scores half, and a refusal scores zero. | Question | Weight | Full weight looks like |
| --- | --- | --- | | Which brand of my size have you built, and may I call its owner? | 25 | A brand name and a live contact, no slide deck | | Which of your people touch my account, and in which city? | 20 | Job titles on your payroll, cities, every subcontractor named | | Which services land at my tier, written into the contract? | 15 | Services listed line by line, never a package label | | When would you advise me to stop selling a product? | 15 | The signals by name and the window in days | | On the day I leave, what comes with me, and after how long? | 15 | Account, campaigns, creative, a handover, notice counted in days | | Which published outcome will you be held to? | 10 | A figure the company prints where buyers can read it | Under 70 out of 100, keep looking. If Flapen does not clear your version of this test, do not hire us. ## What most agencies will not tell you This is our page about another agency, so score the six questions yourself. The fee gets set before the staffing does, and the account receives whatever that fee will pay for. Pricing that follows monthly ad spend moves with your budget rather than with the hours worked. Ask what changes on your account the month your spend crosses into the next tier. ## Eva Commerce alternatives You are choosing between four structures, and the structure shapes the outcome more than the logo does. Full service means one company owns the whole account for a fee, and every point of margin stays with you. A specialist takes one function off your desk, most often advertising or creative work. A platform sells you dashboards and analytics, and the operating hours remain yours unless a managed layer is bolted on top. Hiring in-house turns that fee into a salary, and the knowledge lives on your side of the wall. ## Related answersGo deeper [~~Swiftstart vs Flapen~~](https://flapen.com/blog/swiftstart-vs-flapen)· [~~JumpFly vs Flapen~~](https://flapen.com/blog/jumpfly-vs-flapen)· [~~Is full-service Amazon management worth it for a single SKU~~](https://flapen.com/blog/is-full-service-amazon-management-worth-it-for-a-single-sku)· [~~How to choose an Amazon brand management agency~~](https://flapen.com/blog/how-to-choose-an-amazon-brand-management-agency)· [~~Flapen compared with other Amazon agencies: the complete guide~~](https://flapen.com/blog/flapen-vs-other-amazon-agencies) ## Sources - [Eva Commerce home page](https://eva.guru/) - [Eva Commerce pricing page](https://eva.guru/pricing/) Last verified 5 September 2026. Its website titles it a Full-Service Ecommerce Performance Agency as of September 2026, and frames the offer as a growth system spanning Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok rather than one channel alone. What does Eva Commerce charge? Its pricing page ties the Turnkey Management plan to monthly ad spend on a slider from $0 to $250K or more, with an annual option the page states saves 20 percent. The recovery services are billed as Performance-based, with no flat number published as of September 2026.How is Flapen priced? One product costs $800 a month, and five products cost $2,400 a month.
