![Flapen cover for Ecom Brainly vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen operator drawing a five-step path on a whiteboard for the team](https://flapen.com/_vercel/image?url=%2Fimages%2Fblog%2Fclusters%2Froadmaps-and-capital-09.jpg&w=1536&q=100) Ecom Brainly presents itself on its website as an Amazon agency covering advertising, search optimization, catalog work, and creative, founded in 2017. Flapen runs every part of an account in-house, 50 operators to about 70 brands, and builds brands from zero. The eight questions below test both models. ## The short version - **Ecom Brainly names four service pillars.** Amazon SEO, Catalog Management, Creatives, and Amazon Ads, as of September 2026. - **Its site states 2017 and eight years on Amazon.** It numbers a process of consultation, audit, then onboarding. - **The site states a model, not an amount.** It describes a fixed monthly fee plus a capped percentage of revenue, with no figure published as of September 2026. - **Flapen publishes attention as a division.** Fifty operators, about 70 brands, about 1.4 each. - **Advertising targets move with product stage.** Ask us both for the launch number and the maturity number. ## What Ecom Brainly says it offers Everything here sits on two ecombrainly.com pages captured on 5 September 2026. The home page title names an Amazon PPC agency and growth partner. Its meta description states that the agency helps brands run profitable ads, improve SEO, fix catalog issues, and upgrade visuals for stronger CTR and conversion rate. The site gives 2017 as its founding year, and a band on the page reads eight years of Amazon work only. Four service headings organize that page: Amazon SEO, Catalog Management, Creatives, and Amazon Ads. The site numbers a three-step process of consultation, audit, then onboarding with execution, and it offers a free ASIN audit report. The services those pages name run to account management, brand management, listings, A+ content, brand registry, catalog work, video, and launch. Advertising appears as Amazon Ads, PPC, sponsored ads, and DSP. Seller Central and the UK are the only marketplace terms on the pages, and no partner badge appears. On terms the site is specific. Its own question list asks whether a seller must sign a long-term contract, and the copy answers with no fine print and no extended contract. On money it states a fixed monthly fee plus a capped percentage of revenue, and no amount for either appears on the captured pages. The second page is a blog post on what Amazon advertising costs in 2026. It runs category benchmarks, then fifteen factors that move a cost per click, among them auction density, CTR, CVR, and match type. It publishes a bidding rule it calls the 2.5x rule, where target cost per click equals selling price times 0.025. On a $30 product that sets a $0.75 upper limit. Those are figures its blog states about advertising costs, not fees the agency charges. The same post lists eight ways to bring that cost down, starting with conversion rate work, then long-tail targeting and weekly negative keyword hygiene. ## What Flapen offers The first number I publish is a division, not a headcount. Fifty operators carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 in each pair of hands. A headcount alone hides the brand count, so we publish the ratio. Everyone counted is on our payroll: sourcing and quality control in Guangzhou, photography and video in Dubai, engineering in Abu Dhabi, and nothing subcontracted. Fees run from $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, all 50 plus services at every tier, no commission. Notice is 30 days, and you leave holding the account, campaigns, creative, and a handover. That is [Amazon brand management](https://flapen.com/amazon-brand-management). [The system](https://flapen.com/system) publishes five steps in order: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market under $2 million a year never reaches a quote. A product is built 0.2 stars clear of the niche average. Validation runs 200 units on $5,000 to $10,000, and [the science](https://flapen.com/science) holds the record, 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% clearing. Operators run accounts inside software we wrote for ads, marketing, and valuation, and every finished task becomes an SOP that trains the agents shipping next. ## Side by side | | Flapen | Ecom Brainly |
| --- | --- | --- | | Who does the work and where | 50 operators in-house, Abu Dhabi, Guangzhou, Dubai | 2017 per its site, offices not named | | Brands per account manager | about 1.4 | not published as of September 2026 | | Launch a brand from zero | yes, [Amazon FBA Launch](https://flapen.com/amazon-fba-launch) | launch and brand management named | | Sourcing and creative | in-house studios | creatives and video named, sourcing not named | | Advertising | in-house, ACoS targets by product stage | Amazon Ads, PPC, sponsored ads, and DSP | | Technology | own tools, own data layer | an ASIN audit report and a budget calculator | | Pricing model | $800 to $2,400 a month, everything included | fixed monthly fee plus a capped percentage of revenue per its site, no figure published, as of September 2026 | | Contract and exit | month to month, 30 days, you keep everything | no extended contract per its site, notice not stated | The right column comes from the two ecombrainly.com pages captured on 5 September 2026. ## Where Ecom Brainly may be the right fit Fit is a separate question from quality, and only fit belongs here. Advertising is the center of gravity on both pages, from a home page title built on PPC to a post running fifteen cost factors and a bidding formula. A seller whose live problem is cost per click, and who wants a benchmark before the call, is reading a page written for that problem. The pages name Seller Central and the UK, so a brand selling into Britain sees its ground named. ## A brand we launched and run Every brand on flapen.com/results was built and launched through Flapen's Amazon FBA service. [Silver Aid](https://flapen.com/results/silver-aid) sells pet wound care, and our team runs its listings, advertising, and weekly reporting under a Full Account Management membership. The headline figure is a 16.9% conversion rate. The outcome sentence reads: _Roughly double a typical category median conversion rate, with Amazon's Choice held on both the dog and horse gels._## How to test both of us Send these six in writing to every agency on your list, me included. 1. **What ACoS do you target in the first 90 days, and what at maturity?** Two numbers, or one is set wrong. 2. **How many brands does the person on my account carry?** Ours is about 1.4. 3. **Who does the work, and in which office?** Named roles, named cities, named subcontractors. 4. **What would make you tell me to stop selling a product?** Ours are rating trend, return rate, conversion rate, and CAC trajectory over 60 to 90 days. 5. **What is included at my tier, and what costs extra?** Services listed, not a package name. 6. **What do I keep the day I leave, and on what notice?** Account, campaigns, creative, handover, notice in days. Question one carries the most money. | Ad-attributed sales | Spend at 35% ACoS | Spend at 22% ACoS | Difference |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | | $25,000 | $8,750 | $5,500 | $3,250 | Thirteen points of ACoS is $3,250 a month there, more than we charge to run five products. A launch should pay more per sale than a mature product. ## What most agencies will not tell you A page by one agency about another is not evidence, so the six questions are yours to send. Management is billed monthly and advertising by the click, so the retainer is the small line and the ad account is where the money leaves. Ask what a customer costs to acquire at each stage. ## Ecom Brainly alternatives Four structures exist, and structure decides more than the name on the invoice. A full-service agency owns the whole account for a fee, and a specialist owns one function, usually advertising. An in-house hire buys the knowledge for a salary. A platform hands over data and leaves the doing. ## Related answersGo deeper [~~Omnitail vs Flapen~~](https://flapen.com/blog/omnitail-vs-flapen)· [~~Marketplace Valet vs Flapen~~](https://flapen.com/blog/marketplace-valet-vs-flapen)· [~~Agency or in-house team~~](https://flapen.com/blog/amazon-agency-vs-in-house-team-pros-and-cons)· [~~Switching agency without losing momentum~~](https://flapen.com/blog/switching-amazon-agency-without-losing-momentum)· [~~Flapen compared with other Amazon agencies: the complete guide~~](https://flapen.com/blog/flapen-vs-other-amazon-agencies) ## Sources - [Ecom Brainly, Amazon PPC agency and growth partner](https://ecombrainly.com/) - [Amazon PPC cost breakdown for 2026](https://ecombrainly.com/amazon-ppc-cost/) Last verified 5 September 2026.
