![Flapen cover for Amerge vs Flapen for Full-Service Amazon Management: a Flapen colleague holding a blank storyboard for the photographer](https://flapen.com/_vercel/image?url=%2Fimages%2Fblog%2Fclusters%2Froadmaps-and-capital-06.jpg&w=1536&q=100) Amerge presents itself on its website as a full service Amazon agency carrying an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner badge, with a global team across 9 countries and 3 continents. Flapen employs 50 operators, sources and launches brands from zero, and subcontracts nothing. Eight questions below separate the two models. ## The short version - **Amerge states a full service scope.** Its site names Sponsored ads, DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and vendor and seller management. - **Its site carries an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner badge.** It mentions the Amazon Ads Partner Awards. - **No fee appears on the captured page.** As of September 2026 you request the pricing model. - **Flapen employs everyone who touches your account.** 50 operators, Guangzhou sourcing, Dubai creative, no subcontracting. - **Flapen publishes its price and notice.** $800 to $2,400 a month, month to month, 30 days. ## What Amerge says it offers Everything in this section comes from one page on amerge.com, captured on 5 September 2026. The page title reads Amerge, Amazon Ads Advanced Partner and Full Service Agency. Its meta description states that Amerge is building the blueprint for every brand to succeed with Amazon, and the headline repeats it. Its site states that its global team speaks 12 languages across 9 countries and 3 continents. A heading beside that states the agency is AMC certified and award winning. Its site carries an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner badge and mentions the Amazon Ads Partner Awards. A six-item block sets out the reasons the site gives: that badge, a proprietary tech dashboard and optimization tool, a free of charge audit, multi award winning, sustainable growth, and full service agency. The services block names three groups: Amerge Ads, Amerge Tech, and vendor and seller management. Under them sit Amerge Tech Solutions, Amerge Creative Services, design and asset creation, and selling partner services. A further section is given to the brands the site states it has helped grow. On advertising, the page names Sponsored ads and DSP, Prime Video Ads, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and a DSP reseller offer. It also carries a section addressed to non-endemic brands, advertisers who do not sell their own products on Amazon. The marketplaces its site names are Seller Central, Vendor Central, the UK, North America, and Europe. No fee, no retainer, and no founding year appears on the captured page. The free of charge audit is the only offer with a price attached, and that price is zero. ## What Flapen offers At BRANDED and Moonshot Brands I hired agencies for brands we had just acquired. The people who sold the account were never the people who touched it. Flapen was built the other way. Fifty operators sit on our payroll and carry about 70 brands, about 1.4 each. Sourcing and quality control run from our Guangzhou studio, creative from our Dubai studio, and our engineers write the software. Every tier carries all 50+ services, $800 a month for one product to $2,400 for five, no commission. You run month to month on 30 days of notice and keep the account, the campaigns, and the creative. That is [Amazon brand management](https://flapen.com/amazon-brand-management). [Our system](https://flapen.com/system) runs five steps: market, product, traffic, plan, launch. A market clears $2 million a year and returns under 8%, or we do not quote it. Phase 1 puts 200 units live on $5,000 to $10,000. [Our science](https://flapen.com/science) publishes 193,753 niches scored at the 2026-08-26 capture, 4.8% passing, 90+ data points behind each decision, and where our thresholds were wrong. Operators work inside tools we built for ads, marketing, and valuation, on the data layer [our platform](https://flapen.com/flapen-ai) serves to 15,000 sellers a month. Every task they do becomes an SOP that trains the agents, which ship next. ## Side by side | | Flapen | Amerge |
| --- | --- | --- | | Who does the work and where | 50 operators, in-house, Abu Dhabi, Guangzhou, Dubai | site states a team in 9 countries | | Brands per account manager | about 1.4 | not published | | Launch a brand from zero | yes, [Amazon FBA Launch](https://flapen.com/amazon-fba-launch) | not published | | Sourcing and creative | in-house studios | site names design and asset creation | | Advertising | in-house, ACoS targets by stage | site names Sponsored ads, DSP, Prime Video Ads | | Technology | own tools, own data layer | site names a proprietary tech dashboard and optimization tool | | Pricing model | $800 to $2,400 a month, everything included | not published on the captured pages as of September 2026 | | Contract and exit | month to month, 30 days, you keep everything | not published | Right column from the one amerge.com page in Sources, captured 5 September 2026. Not published means the page is silent. ## Where Amerge may be the right fit Fit follows what a company states about its focus, not a judgment of quality. Amerge names Vendor Central beside Seller Central, so a brand shipping to Amazon as a vendor sees that scope stated. It also names the UK, North America, and Europe, which suits a brand selling across regions. It gives non-endemic brands a section of their own, so an advertiser whose budget runs through DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud is reading a site written to it. ## A brand we launched and run Flapen built and launched [Tiny Tinker](https://flapen.com/results/tiny-tinker), which makes toddler play and feeding products, and has run it on Amazon for three years. The headline figure is +41% year-over-year pace. The outcome sentence reads: _Three years in, the account runs ahead of last year on less ad spend, and the hero product moves 500+ units a month._## How to test both of us Most sellers who read this page say the same thing: _"I'm spending money on ads but don't know if it's working."_ Six questions, in writing, to everyone you shortlist including me. | Failure, costliest first | What it costs | Early signal | The question to send |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | | The work is subcontracted | Every fix waits on a firm you cannot call | Replies land late | Who does the work and where do they sit? | | One manager carries too many brands | Your account gets leftover hours | The update repeats last week | How many brands does my manager carry? | | One ACoS target for every stage | New products starve, mature ones lose margin | One target in every report | What is the launch target and the maturity one? | | Nobody owns the stop decision | A dead product keeps pulling cash | Stopping never comes up | What would make you tell me to stop? | | The fee tracks sales or ad spend | Spending more becomes their incentive | A percentage before a scope | Is the fee flat, a share, or tied to spend? | | Exit terms nobody read | You leave without campaigns or creative | Notice named, ownership not | What do I keep, and on what notice? | A specific answer counts, a general one does not. If Flapen does not clear this test, do not hire us. ## What most agencies will not tell you A comparison page by one agency about another is evidence of nothing, so score answers, not adjectives. Three failure modes outweigh any line in a scope of work. | Failure mode, ranked by cost | What it costs | Early signal |
| --- | --- | --- | | Attention is sold before it exists | Your hours get repriced as clients sign | Your call moves twice in a month | | A badge describes a program, not your account | You buy a status no seller report shows | Certifications lead, account numbers absent | | Reporting counts activity, not money | Nine months pass before anyone asks if a product should live | Changes listed, dollars not | Each row is a question to put in writing before the agreement is signed. ## Amerge alternatives Four structures cover this purchase, and structure decides more than the name on the invoice. Full service puts one team on the whole account for a monthly fee. A specialist takes one function, usually the ad account. An in-house hire moves the knowledge onto your payroll. A platform sells data and leaves the work with you. ## Related answersGo deeper [~~Sell Global vs Flapen~~](https://flapen.com/blog/sell-global-vs-flapen)· [~~Pirawna vs Flapen~~](https://flapen.com/blog/pirawna-vs-flapen)· [~~Checklist for changing Amazon agency smoothly~~](https://flapen.com/blog/checklist-for-changing-amazon-agency-smoothly)· [~~Data ownership in Amazon service agreements~~](https://flapen.com/blog/data-ownership-in-amazon-service-agreements)· [~~Flapen compared with other Amazon agencies: the complete guide~~](https://flapen.com/blog/flapen-vs-other-amazon-agencies) ## Sources - [Amerge, Amazon Ads Advanced Partner and Full Service Agency](https://www.amerge.com/) Last verified 5 September 2026.
